The grand jury indictment against former president and 2024 contender Donald Trump hasn’t even been unsealed yet. But the corporate press has already moved on, redirecting the public’s focus to the other pending investigations — a subtle acknowledgment that the forthcoming charges by the Manhattan district attorney will be both weak and properly perceived as political persecution. But the Fulton County, Georgia investigation and Special Counsel Jack Smith’s probes of Trump are equally weak. (snip) it seems likely Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis, a Democrat, will soon follow Bragg’s lead and indict Trump on state law grounds, that move will only make the targeting of Trump look more

Comments:

And then there’s Lunatic Jack Smith and his pathetic little records case… Margot knows the territory.

This is the funniest thing in months. Ehh, this could be problematic for the progressive leftists and the orange-man bad persecution efforts. Sunlight dear friends. Fear not, no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Judge Juan Merchan, the judge in charge of President Donald Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan, apparently donated money to Joe Biden and Democrat efforts to remove President Trump from office. (snip) the FEC records show Judge Merchan made the donations through “Act Blue,” the DNC funding mechanism; the same Act Blue organization now shown by James O’Keefe to have laundered money through various unaware Democrat donors. So, there’s a possibility Judge Merchan may not have made the actual donations

Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing former President Donald Trump’s case in Manhattan, violated New York’s Code of Judicial Conduct by making three donations to Democrats in 2020, which could be grounds for an ethics investigation, according to several legal experts and former prosecutors. Under Section 100.5 of the New York Code of Judicial Conduct, sitting judges cannot “directly or indirectly engage in any political activity.” Prohibited political activity includes “(h) soliciting funds for, paying an assessment to, or making a contribution to a political organization or candidate.” The New York State Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics’s yearly-updated handbook makes this clear, stating:

Because of course… Despite the Biden White House having complete control over the issues and events during their withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, which included the murder of 13 U.S. servicemen during a terrorist attack at the Kabul airport, the Biden administration has to blame Donald Trump. Pathetic doesn’t even begin to appropriately outline the issue, and even U.S. corporate media can see it. Without announcing the release in advance, the White House dropped an 11-page after action report [SEE HERE] claiming the prior administration was in control of all their decision making in the summer and fall of 2021.

The United States government is seeking to garnish funds from Devon Archer’s accounts after he failed to pay $43,954,416.75 upon being convicted of fraud in 2022. Archer, who is a Biden family business associate and Hunter’s “best friend in business,” remains in legal trouble for failing to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims he deceived. In February 2022, the convicted fraudster was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for defrauding a Native American tribal entity. Prior to his arrest, Archer served in 2014 with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer was photographed in 2014 playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden

For weeks now, former President Donald Trump and legal experts on the right predicted that the prosecution Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought against Trump was pathetic and partisan. Not long after Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records during his arraignment on Tuesday, some of his most outspoken political enemies also began casting doubt on Bragg’s attempts to send the former president to jail. Here are the notorious anti-Trumpers who willingly admitted that Bragg’s case against the leader of the Republican Party is a weak attempt to keep him from winning the White House in 2024.
