House Democrat leadership staff have reportedly been telling offices that they do not have to weigh in on former President Donald Trump’s indictment, as one member said there is a “high risk” of him “becoming a victim.” Despite there being some Democrats who were overjoyed at Trump being arraigned on Tuesday, Axios reported that a Democratic leadership aide said, “House Democratic leadership staff has been counseling offices that there’s no expectation for them to weigh in publicly.” (snip)“guidance on messaging” over the two-week recess period advised members to focus on “President Biden’s policy agenda and attacking GOP plans on the abortion and the budget.”

Is this what we used to call CYA? And I guess they forgot to tell Nancy. She did say "no one is above the law. Now Trump can prove his innocence." I don't think she understands he doesn't have to prove innocence. They have to prove guilt.

High risk of him becoming a victim?? Of what? Do they know something the public doesn't? Would not surprise me and this is all on them.

My BS Meter started ticking way over when I read that the dims were capable of doing something they were ''ordered'' to do. More than likely it was the vicious, filth and hatred the dims spew whenever one of them cracks open his pie hole. He who would herd Democrats must first have a lifetime of herding diseased and demented cats.

Because of course… Despite the Biden White House having complete control over the issues and events during their withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, which included the murder of 13 U.S. servicemen during a terrorist attack at the Kabul airport, the Biden administration has to blame Donald Trump. Pathetic doesn’t even begin to appropriately outline the issue, and even U.S. corporate media can see it. Without announcing the release in advance, the White House dropped an 11-page after action report [SEE HERE] claiming the prior administration was in control of all their decision making in the summer and fall of 2021.

The United States government is seeking to garnish funds from Devon Archer’s accounts after he failed to pay $43,954,416.75 upon being convicted of fraud in 2022. Archer, who is a Biden family business associate and Hunter’s “best friend in business,” remains in legal trouble for failing to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims he deceived. In February 2022, the convicted fraudster was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for defrauding a Native American tribal entity. Prior to his arrest, Archer served in 2014 with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer was photographed in 2014 playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden

The grand jury indictment against former president and 2024 contender Donald Trump hasn’t even been unsealed yet. But the corporate press has already moved on, redirecting the public’s focus to the other pending investigations — a subtle acknowledgment that the forthcoming charges by the Manhattan district attorney will be both weak and properly perceived as political persecution. But the Fulton County, Georgia investigation and Special Counsel Jack Smith’s probes of Trump are equally weak. (snip) it seems likely Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis, a Democrat, will soon follow Bragg’s lead and indict Trump on state law grounds, that move will only make the targeting of Trump look more

For weeks now, former President Donald Trump and legal experts on the right predicted that the prosecution Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought against Trump was pathetic and partisan. Not long after Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records during his arraignment on Tuesday, some of his most outspoken political enemies also began casting doubt on Bragg’s attempts to send the former president to jail. Here are the notorious anti-Trumpers who willingly admitted that Bragg’s case against the leader of the Republican Party is a weak attempt to keep him from winning the White House in 2024.

Former President Donald Trump shows the most significant lead yet over President Joe Biden in Rasmussen Reports’ most recent national 2024 presidential election poll, conducted right before the former president’s arraignment earlier this week. While it is still unknown if Biden will run for another term or when he will announce his decision, the president is trailing his predecessor in the poll by the largest amount to date. In the hypothetical showdown between the two, Trump leads 47 to 40 percent of likely voters, with 11 percent saying someone else and two percent not sure. The most recent poll is a reversal from February,

Washington - The Supreme Court on Thursday denied West Virginia's request to let it fully enforce a state law that bans transgender women and girls from participating on public school sports teams consistent with their gender identity. In an unsigned order, the court denied West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey's emergency request to let the state enforce the 2021 law. Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented, saying they would have granted the request. Earlier this year, a lower federal court ordered the state to temporarily stop halt the ban against Becky Pepper-Jackson, a 12-year-old transgender girl who sued the state over the law shortly after its passage.

Justin Jones from the Legislature for his role in a protest calling for gun control following last week’s shooting at a private Christian school in Nashville that killed six people, including three children. Fox 17 Nashville reports that Jones was sanctioned for using a bullhorn when he joined with protesters, which state House leaders called "disorderly behavior." Thursday’s vote marked an extraordinary move from lawmakers that has been executed only a handful of times since the Civil War. House lawmakers are also considering ousting Democratic Reps. Blanket bans on transgender athletes participating on school sports teams consistent with their gender identity would constitute a violation of Title IX under a set of proposed changes unveiled Thursday by the Biden administration. Under the administration’s proposal, schools would be prohibited from adopting or applying a “one-size-fits-all” policy that categorically bans transgender students from participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity. “Such bans fail to account for differences among students across grade and education levels,” the Education Department said Thursday in a news release. “They also fail to account for different levels of competition — including no-cut teams that let all students participate

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is quickly (and calculatingly) attempting to solidify himself as a top contender for the Democratic nomination for president in the event Joe Biden bows out, and he’s gone about it primarily by sniffing around in the backyards of the red states that many of his former constituents have fled to by hundreds of thousands. Most recently Newsom traveled to Florida, ostensibly on grounds to note his supposed concern about kids allegedly not being taught “real history” (read: woke history). But in reality, his visit was to try and tweak the state’s governor, Ron DeSantis, ahead of what is being widely speculated to be an announcement next month
