In early March, Stanford University law students invited US Fifth Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan to speak at the university. It was a setup. When Judge Duncan arrived the young Marxists screamed at the federal judge, harassed him, shut down his speech, and threatened his children. School officials allowed law students to berate and shout down a federal judge who was invited to speak at the university. Students made it impossible for him to speak and he had to be escorted by Federal Marshals from the building. [Video] Judge Duncan later told The Free Beacon, “If enough of these kids get into the legal profession,

This post carries a familiar method for many things. Here is the method: "Marxists screamed at the speaker, harassed him, shut down his speech, and threatened his children". I notice that this method was used by homosexuals when getting the statement in the psych books which identitid homosexuals as mentally ill. The idea was also used by "women" who screamed at several conferences of the Anglican or Episcopal church getting they results they wanted.

I would suggest that Stanford’s accreditation to issue law degrees be revoked until the offending “students” are expelled. The fact that the dean has not done this shows that the school is failing to teach the minimum ethical standards for a reputable lawyer. The fact that this school is even allowing the possibility of this rabble to receiving a law degree is grounds for revoking their accreditation.

Since Stanford has failed to act, they must dissolve their Law School. The administration isn't strong enough to handle to handle these and by being weak they have destroyed a once revered institution.

"Martinez said last week that it would be unfair to punish the students because they received “conflicting signals” from Tirien Steinbach, the law school diversity official ..." Are you kidding me! These students are supposed to be adults capable of thinking for themselves. Apparently they are neither adults nor able to think for themselves but are just older kindergarteners. Unbelievable that a dean would not only make such a statement, but say it with a straight face.

New York Is a Glutton for Punishment 2 replies

The $10 million-a-day Trump court circus will create a new Manhattan traffic tie-up amid the December Christmas shopping season when Trump returns to Manhattan on December 4 for his next hearing. Shut down Fifth Avenue and the FDR Drive. Close 56th Street and Fifth Avenue on the first Sunday after the big tree lighting. Oh my. New York is a glutton for punishment. The message from the court is: Rockefeller Center be jammed. In Florida, you can do procedural hearings on the phone if warranted. The defendant need not be present for a series of motions. Of course, New York still does many court filings on paper and not online.

According to Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings, Merchan donated three times to ActBlue in the summer of 2020, once on July 26, 2020, when the judge's donation was—according to the FEC—earmarked for President Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign. RedState’s Nick Arama has had Alvin Bragg’s number for quite some time, predicting that the 34-count indictment would amount to charge stacking and that there could be nothing a serious lawyer would put their name to in it (and she’s written a new analysis now that we have the actual indictment, here). I wrote earlier that once we saw the indictment we knew why Alvin Bragg wanted it to be sealed as long as possible, and that according to one reporter who was in the courtroom Trump’s attorneys laughed when they read it. Trump’s attorney Joseph Tacopino seemed to confirm this with an answer during a press conference after the indictment:

Donald Trump’s arraignment in a Manhattan court on Tuesday was carried out with the minimum amount of fanfare — considering that this was a historic first grand jury indictment of a former president. However, the court proceedings in the wake of ostensible felony leaks to the press about the sealed indictment did produce a curiosity: How was radical activist Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg able to elevate charges that are misdemeanors past the statute of limitations and stack them into 34 felony charges, when the facts of the case did not show there was a cover up a more serious crime? As the eagle-eyed legal commentator Techno Fog noted,

The Nashville Covenant School shooting is still a painfully fresh wound for many, especially the families of the three children whose lives were senselessly taken by a woman identifying as a transgender man. The manifesto of the shooter has yet to be released so it’s currently unclear why this woman targeted this school specifically, but for the Covenant Presbyterian Church, to which the school belongs, this atrocity isn’t deterring faith. Rev. Billy Barnes took the stage at the church for the first sermon after the shooting took place and began speaking. While he alluded to the shooting, his focus was on one fact; that God was still in control.
