Jennifer Aniston said she wishes we could laugh more at ourselves, rather than having to police every word in comedies. "Comedy has evolved, movies have evolved," the "Friends" star, 54, told AFP in Paris, where her new film "Murder Mystery 2" with Adam Sandler, is set. "Now it's a little tricky because you have to be very careful, which makes it really hard for comedians, because the beauty of comedy is that we make fun of ourselves, make fun of life," she said.

I missed watching the show when it was on in the 90s so I tried a few episodes recently. I found myself sliding rapidly down the left side of the bell curve.

Jen, it’s your pals who are making comedy difficult and you’re submitting to their tyranny by being “careful”. How about not worrying about being “careful”? Normal people will applaud you. There are a lot more of us than there are wokesters.

Comedy has become a blood sport and totally left wing Deranged and insulting SMS hostile towards republicans in general over the years. Saturday Night Live went in the toilet a long time ago. Late night comedy hit the sewer too. Ive been to a couple of live stand up comedy shows and they are all gutter trash anti conservatives. It’s not comedy anymore. Johnny Carson was the last of the true funnymen.

I've been watching DVDs of The Carol Burnett show. Her shows made fun of fat people, old people, stupid people. These shows could not now be shown on network TV. Today's comics make fun of specific people; Carol made fun of types of people.

It cracks me up when the liberals say you have to be careful of what you say when they are leading the choir of wokeness. Moron, she'll go vote blue in November you can take that to the bank.

You can say whatever you want, so long as it denigrates Straight White Males. Hence, we still have Homer Simpson, Peter Griffith, Frank Gallagher and an endless supply of fictional corporate henchmen.

PHOENIX — Gov. Katie Hobbs on Friday forbade all state agencies under her control from discriminating against workers based on their hair texture and style. "More importantly is the message this sends to all Black women, men and children that you deserve to be comfortable wearing your natural hair at school and in the workplace without being perceived as unprofessional or suffering other negative consequences," she said.

The tragic shootings in Tennessee this week have unsurprisingly brought out the worst in progressive media. Although three of the victims were children, a fact that should dominate the coverage of such a terrible crime, mainstream outlets have spent an inordinate amount of time lamenting the “increased danger” to transgender people after learning the shooter identified as transgender. Now comes word that one outlet actually went so far as to ban reporters from using the term “transgender” to describe the transgender shooter.
