In the aftermath of explosive new January 6 footage revealed by Fox News primetime host Tucker Carlson, there have been false claims made by Biden officials that police officers were killed by protesters during the Capitol riots.
Attorney General Merrick Garland in particular misrepresented the incident and implied that five police officers died due to the January 6 incident.“I think all Americans saw what happened on January 6th, and most of it saw, most of us saw it,,, as it was happening,” Garland said. “It was a violent attack on a fundamental tenant of American democracy.

As a retired law enforcement officer with over 30 years of service to my community I find Merrick Garland a reprehensible political hack that has helped weaponize the DOJ and FBI. He knows nothing about justice and only believes in targeting those that are perceived to be opponents to the regime. Thank God he's not sitting on the Supreme Court. I took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of my state when they pinned the badge on my chest. What oath did Garland and the members of his new Stasi take when they were appointed? I hope and pray that at some point people like Garland face the consequences of their actions against the American public.

Shame! Can you imagine if that mango worm had been placed on the Supreme Court? Here's hoping that something can be done quickly to get these people released. And then sue the hell of these guys.

They can't seem to tell us who the five were. I can tell you who one innocent woman was, tho. Ashleigh Babbitt was just standing there watching things and a Capitol policeman shot her. He, of course, got away with it. I feel so sorry for Ashleigh's family.

No Merrick most of us didn't see what happed on J6 until McCarthy released the video to Tucker. All we saw was the dishonest and misleading edited parts of the video from the Corrput media and the D'Rats.
Your narrative is falling apart, you need to be in jail for perjury ion congress and lying to the American people, you dirtbag.

This nation should be thrilled that he never made it to the Supreme Court. His idiocy would make the democrat women justices look like Einsteins. This is all about trying to destroy Trump, protect their election false narrative and keep Biden afloat.

To Reply #4: Ms Babbitt was not just standing there, she was shot while climbing through a window. The photos were released early on. But, she was no threat and had no weapon. Officer Byrd killed her in cold blood.

Weren't there 2 types of violence J6?
1. Caused by instigators who started creating mayhem before Presidents Trump's speech ended.
2 Caused by the crowd's reaction to the extreme use of force by Capital police?

Since there are over 40,000 hours of the protest on video, where is the evidence that any officer was even injured let alone killed? Produce that evidence!
Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland were two people who were killed during the protest. I've seen the video evidence.

Trying to blame Sicknick’s stroke on having been sprayed with some substance from a bottle 24 hours earlier is also bogus. Strokes happen. A member of my extended family suffered a brain stem stroke while sleeping. He was 38 years old, an Air Force officer and was very fit. To this day, no one has been able to point to the cause.
#14, as I recall, Babbitt was not trying to crawl through the window but was trying to take a photograph through the window.

Two points.1. A man like Garland being in the position he is, is a far bigger threat to our liberties than anything that happened on Jan 6. 2. Rather than 'fundamentally misrepresented' the copy should read "deliberately misrepresented". He was lying. And he KNEW he was lying.

17,
41,000 hours of video, the vast majority of it from cameras aimed at empty rooms and hallways. Not going to be 41,000 hours of relevant activity.
To make another point...
Say what you will about Mitch McConnell, but we all owe him something for his standing up to and preventing Garland from soiling the Supreme Court with his pansy-butt wokeness.

I have spent over 40 years in law enforcement. The FBI's reputation as the gold standard of American professional law enforcement has been destroyed by the persons who were appointed to lead this organization and their corrupt underlings. The behavior of the FBI before, during and after the 2020 Presidential Election is beyond reprehensible, it is beyond criminal - it is treasonous.
The FBI not only participated but also helped coordinate a coup to dispose and negate a national election.
In other times and in other nations they would be shot.
America can no longer trust this clownish agency, it must be eliminated, destroyed. This will set in perpetuity an example for all federal employees and appointees who violate our Nation's trust.
All SAC's and positions above this rank should be fired and forbidden any further federal employment. Competent agents should either be reassigned into other agencies or splintered into law enforcement agencies throughout the 50 States where they will assist in interstate crimes and investigations. They will no longer report to federal officials. Instead they must report to the State Attorney Generals or the Governors of their respective states. However each individual State will determine their chain of command. These agents will NOT be federal employees but their State salaries, operating costs and other expenses will be reimbursed by the federal government.
If the States determine that a single coordinating body is needed to evaluate the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of this arrangement, a new commission or other oversight committee can be formed to accomplish this purpose, but the overall impetus/control will remain with the States.
Every federal agency that violates the US Constitution must be treated the same way.
Never again should a relatively small cabal of government officials be given the ability to highjack this Nation.

The number of 140 injured is the unions number, everyone that went to the hospital. It includes 38 that were tested for Covid, the bulk of the remainder had bruises and burns. It is also a combination of injuries that occurred during the normal course of duty at the Trump rally and at the capital.
