Former President Donald Trump will surrender to face criminal charges if indicted by a Manhattan grand jury, his lawyer said Friday evening. The lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, spoke on the heels of a report by WNBC that federal, state and local law enforcement agencies are preparing security arrangements for the possibility that Trump will be indicted as early as next week. “Will follow normal procedures if it gets to that point,” Tacopina told CNBC when asked what Trump would do if that possibility becomes reality. Trump is under investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office for his company recording as legal expenses a reimbursement to his former personal attorney Michael Cohen

“Violating that law can result in a misdemeanor charge. But that can be raised to a felony if the misstatement is done to cover up another crime.” Folks, remember God is still Sovereign, His ways are not our ways… 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil. 8 It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones. (Proverbs 3:5, ESV) The Almighty God led Christopher Columbus to America [thanks to the God-fearing King and Queen of Spain]. Rest assured, He is not finished… Have I not commanded you? I pray that the American people seeing the constant persecution of the one chosen to represent them will rise up against their Marxist oppressors and drive them out by massive public pressure that not even the corrupt elections and propaganda media can overcome. Trump won and they know it. We refuse to accept the grooming of our children. We refuse to accept their Godless ideology. We refuse to accept their satanic new world order. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

For 8 years the filthy corrupt evil have been attacking President Trump. From the highest corners of treasonous corruption to the lowest gutters without a scintilla of evidence and they produced nothing. They did the very same thing to Tom Delay. A lying corrupt democrat Texas County Attorney spent 100s of thousands of dollars getting a conviction over phony charges. Delay's conviction was overturn on appeal but by then his political career was in ruins. This is for the entire MAGA movement and in the end our American Republic. Pray.

The media’s response? They will sanctimoniously say this is justice in action proving that no one is above the law. They will be so thrilled I doubt they will be able to stand it. And all the while, Joe Biden and his wretched criminal family nods and smiles with confidence that they are untouchable. Don’t expect many in the Republican Party to comment on it and if they do, it will likely be with minimal support at best. Democrats believe this finally will be the Coup de grâce. The deep state cabal behind the persecution of Trump and his family, friends and business associates is made up of democrat globalist elites who see him as an existential threat to their commitment to destroy the Republic. It is the founding principle “of the people, by the people, and for the people” that they cannot abide and they will do anything to take power from the people to put it securely and forever into the hands of the last people on earth who should have it. I pray that this single act of betrayal of justice will be so repudiated by the good people of this country that it will be the biggest political blunder in the history of politics. Every sane and thoughtful American politician and member of the media should stand up against such an obvious political prosecution and let the crazy leftists own this. Isaiah 54:17: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

With this one act, democrats will confirm that they have, indeed, concluded their rolling coup d’etat. This is the pinnacle act in the many unlawful acts that gave this wretched party power. To arrest a former President on such a ridiculous charge that has already been adjudicated, is government hubris on steroids. Now why would you do this at this time? Of course the obvious, they want to take out their most fierce competition. It is more. They are making a statement. We can do anything we want to do under our corrupt DOJ and you have no recourse. If this stands and I believe it will, this is seriously the beginning of the end of the Republic. Before the anti-Trumpers shout that is hyperbole, look around and you can find a myriad of democrat criminals enjoying life without a care in the world safe in the knowledge that they will never be held accountable for the crimes they have committed. This is nothing more than using the government to punish anyone they deem a threat. This is a bold statement by a tyrannical government. We have the power to arrest anyone. No one is beyond our reach. I see that many Republicans have gone silent on this. Of course, they will say that nothing has happened and to comment would be premature. No. A comment should be forthcoming from every Republican leader and potential candidate. This act is not politics as usual. Preventing this unprecedented act should be of paramount importance. Crossing this Rubicon with the arrest of a former President on flimsy charges is a threat to any President or elected official in the future. There should be no quisling and weighing political costs. Anyone with a platform and we all know who they are should be standing up for justice, not this banana republic version that props up the criminals in the Biden administration. Merrick Garland could stop this in a New York minute. He knows this prosecution is without merit and politically motivated, but nothing matters more than destroying Donald Trump. How much more are we going to take from this illegitimate and lawless administration?

For those who take the simplistic position that a payoff if evidence of guilt: "The principal charge is expected to be a felony, “falsifying business records in the first degree,” which would be based on the claim that Trump was involved in falsifying records to conceal the payment to the porn “actress.” Meanwhile, Trump continues to deny that he had any liaison with the porn star at all, and certainly there are precedents for wealthy individuals and groups paying out sums to claimants even though they know the claims are false, just to get them to go away. In his latest Asia Times piece, he noted the private thinking going on of people who make up the foreign policy community: A gloomy assessment of Ukraine’s prospects for victory against Russia emerged from a recent private gathering of former top US soldiers, intelligence officials and scholars with resumes reaching from the Reagan to the Trump administrations. California’s Unsafe Handgun Act, enacted in 2001, aims to prevent accidental discharges through various safety standards. The legislation mandates that certain handguns have a chamber-load indicator and a magazine-disconnect mechanism that prevents a handgun from being fired if the magazine is not fully inserted. To assist with gun-crime investigations, the firearms also must have a microstamping mechanism, which allows the transfer of microscopic imprints of the handgun’s make, model, and serial number onto shell casings

Lawmakers critical of the move called the no-confidence votes that were held on Monday. The first motion was brought forward by the small parliamentary group "LIOT," which represents various small parties, and was seen as the most likely of the two to threaten the government.

The mayor of Miami Beach wants to cancel Spring Break as footage emerged of the moment a man was shot dead on a sidewalk during another wild weekend of partying. 'We haven’t asked for spring break in our city. We don’t want spring break in our city. It’s too rowdy, brings too much disorder and is simply too difficult to police,' said Democratic mayor Dan Gelber. The chaotic weekend saw two men shot dead and partygoers jumping on a car, brawling in streets and even trashing a slushie shop on the main drag despite the city instituting a curfew on Sunday night. Footage showed the horrifying moment

WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin, the chamber's No. 2 Democrat, said on Sunday that he will quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19, adding to a number of lawmakers from both parties who have been absent from the Senate. "Thankfully, I am fully vaccinated and boosted and only experiencing minor symptoms," Durbin said in a tweet. The Illinois Democrat said he would follow Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, which call for five days of quarantine for those who test positive. Two other Democrats, Senators Dianne Feinstein and John Fetterman, have been absent from the Senate for health reasons. Senate

Climate Change is a religion. We all know that. The University of Helsinki has decided to make that official by giving Greta Thunberg an honorary Doctorate of Theology at the ripe old age of 20. Pretty sure she hasn’t graduated from High School, but maybe I am wrong. I thought she dropped out to become a climate change activist. Now that she is Dr. Thunberg she can glue herself to Volkswagens or something. Isn’t that what activists with Ph. D.s do these days?

The White House press briefing room erupted on Monday after a reporter from an Africa-focused outlet accused press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre of making a “mockery of the First Amendment.” Jean-Pierre stepped to the briefing room podium followed by the cast of the Apple TV series “Ted Lasso,” who was visiting the White House to meet with President Joe Biden about mental health awareness. Soon after taking the stage, Jean-Pierre was pelted with accusations of discrimination from Today News Africa correspondent Simon Ateba.

It comes as no surprise that the propaganda arm of the Democrats called the “mainstream media” has no interest in informing the American people of the gravity of the evidence piling up that Joe Biden has been bought off by the Chinese Communist Party. Thanks to the efforts of James Comer, we already have bank records of $1 million flowing to Biden family members through a cutout named Rob Walker, shortly after Biden left office as VP. There is no indication of any particular services performed for this treasure, nor is there any expertise among the recipients, who include the current POTUS’s son Hunter, his brother James,

After remaining silent over the weekend, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis took shots at the "Soros-funded prosecutor" in Manhattan involved in an ongoing hush money case against former President Donald Trump. “I have no interest in getting involved in some manufactured circus by some Soros-DA,” DeSantis said at a news conference Monday, referring to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “He’s trying to do a political spectacle. He’s trying to virtue signal for his base. I’ve got real issues I got to deal with here in the state of Florida.”

Donald Trump has characterized his impending arrest this week as a political vendetta, and has urged his supporters to take to the streets in protest. I agree with him that it’s a political vendetta, but disagree about taking to the streets. It is indeed a nakedly political act by the Manhattan District Attorney. Numerous other prosecutors including sophisticated federal prosecutors have reviewed this same evidence, and have declined to pursue this case. Rightly so. It’s a lousy case. The legal theory is a stretch. Moreover, the prosecution’s fact witnesses are not credible.

Ford has unveiled its new 'trailblazer' Explorer electric SUV with a range of more than 300 miles from a single charge and a moveable touchscreen inside that conceals a James Bond-style hidden compartment. The new family-friendly crossover - which will be in showrooms next year - is described as the first in a new breed of 'stylish, smart and road-trip ready' all-electric Ford vehicles with clever storage and sharp design designed to appeal as much to women as men. And the only thing it appears to share with the larger outgoing internal combustion engine Ford Explorer SUV (which is more than half a metre longer than

Former President Donald Trump's closest supporters are raging against his likely 2024 rival, Ron DeSantis, after the Florida governor broke his silence to deliver what they believed to be milquetoast remarks ahead of Trump's likely indictment by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office later this week. Speaking at a news conference Monday, DeSantis stressed he had yet to hear any facts about Trump's potential arrest over his role in a scheme to pay off former sexual partners for their silence in the heat of the 2016 election cycle—an alleged violation of New York campaign finance laws. He then accused the prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, of being backed by liberal megadonor
