Big effing surprise. Obviously much more money needs to be invested in higher teachers salary and benefits to motivate them to actually do their jobs and teach. But students are too busy tic toking and Facebooking.

Yeah, but how many in these 55 schools are proficient in gang banging, attacks on Whites, the elderly, Asians, shoplifting, car jacking, etc. ? Bet the proficiency and graduation rate for this course is 100%.

1) Ban the lie-beral teachers' unions, as well as any administrators and teachers who have any priority except for academic excellence for their students. No exceptions. 2) Establish order and discipline in the schools. Any student that is violent is booted immediately and permanently. Any student that is disruptive gets one warning and then is booted permanently. No exceptions. Have a dress code, and any student that doesn't follow it gets sent home. Get sent home for abusing the dress code three times, and you are booted. No exceptions. 3) Make it very clear to the students that academics comes first, and if you achieve the necessary competence in academics, then extracurricular activities (band, choir, drama, sports, etc) will be available and properly funded. But if you aren't willing to study and work hard on academics, you don't get to play. No exceptions. 4) Fire all incompetent teachers, and actively recruit for proven, successful, experienced teachers, and pay them appropriately. No exceptions. If they are failing this badly, it's going to take a lot of money to fix this school system. But it's worth it if they get rid of lie-beral "wokeness" and actually start being a district of academic excellence. None of that will happen. They will just keep throwing good money after bad, and nothing will improve. Chicago public school students will continue to be failures, and the cycle will continue from one generation to the next.

This is child abuse of the worst possible kind. These children had no control over the fact that they were born black b'tards - - no control at all. But at least the adults - - both in and out of "the community" - - who are aware of that could have the decency to give them a hand up - - to give them the one thing which could help them improve their awful birth circumstances. But those adults are horribly evil people. They care nothing about the poor - - the black - - the lowly born - - and everything about themselves and their political careers. If it helps them to advance - - who cares that these kids are doomed to a life of poverty, drugs, and crime? Let them eat fentanyl! We have ourselves to think about.

Look at Chicago Public Schools as a big "Trade School" for the students most likely profession later in life in Chicago. CPS students (at least the girls) are profecient in knowing the welfare programs they can get, all qualifications, and how to apply for them by time they are age 16 or have their first babies out of wedlock. They also know how to braid hair and get their nails done. All of the boys know how to hustle drugs and handle guns while having their women support them if they re not in jail or dead. These are all useful life skills on the Chicago streets once you are past age 16. See, Chicago schools really do prepare their students for real life in the city!
