Hunter Biden Denies Oversight Committee’s
Request for Bank, Communications Records,
Citing No ‘Oversight Basis’

Hunter Biden’s very expensive and high-powered legal team denied House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) letter demanding the president’s son disclose troves of documents and communications relevant to the investigation into the Biden family for wire fraud, tax evasion, and money laundering, among six other potential violations. Attorney Abbe Lowell, who represents high-profile individuals engulfed in political scandals, such as Bill Clinton and Jared Kushner, told Comer that his demands lacked “legitimate legislative and oversight basis” to request such relevant information.

ecluding the Biden arguements for now over 'other time periods' they certainly have oversight for those periods that he was "In The Navy", and all of the periods where he had secret service protection, and/or carried ANY Govt issued ID, including passports, travel documents, letters of introduction, traveled on any Govt planes, stayed in any Govt facilities, had meetings with any govt officials, coordinated his travels and meetings with any govt employees....including the embassies/chancelleries/diplomatic offices/customs gates.

All that Comer needs to do is use the judges language from his judgement ordering the release of Donald Trump's income tax returns. Congress had no "legitimate legislative and oversite basis" for wanting those either but hey got them. In Hunter's case, there is actual evidence of actual possible crimes that that require Congress to investigate his records.

I don’t know a lot about the law, but first goes a letter request. If ignored or denied, then comes the subpoena. And in this case, the next step is contempt of Congress. This bugger should be in prison. He’d better watch out. His daddy won’t be president forever. At some point they could all end up in the slammer. An historical first. (Some legacy, Joe…)

Hunter will never do any prison time, of course. The best we can hope for is shaming the Biden Mafia enough to keep or get them out of public office. The Republicans best shot is to depose him under oath. If he lies, and he will have to, he commits a felony. He still won’t go to jail but the optics will damage the criminal party. Sadly, many will still vote for these criminal traitors.

Hunter’s days as candy-ass son of the Vice President are over. First the letter, then the subpoena, then the contempt charge, then the arrest by the House Sergeant-at-Arms. Then the trial before a DC jury, then …. Yeah, he’ll go free.

If any Biden's sees the inside of prison there will probably be many others joining him, but for decades they all have avoided any oversight so they probably will continue to get a pass.

Hope for his sake he’s got nothing on Hillary. That could be really ugly. I mean ugly as in a Clinton/Biden family showdown, not as in plain ole Hillary ugly. Even Xi would have to shake his head and wash his hands of those two.

But questions are being asked about whether the $10billion artificial intelligence has a woke bias. Kamala Harris really, really likes electric school buses. In fact, they seem to be the only thing that excites her more than talking about Venn diagrams. For years now, the vice president has given public speeches extolling the wonders of the completely unremarkable vehicles. It doesn’t matter that public buses in general are often an inefficient waste of taxpayer money, nor does it matter that spending hours a day commuting on buses constitutes a waste of human productivity. Harris loves those big long things, and she wants you to know it. Besides, did you know that you can charge your phone on them? (Tweet/Video)

Former President Donald Trump has slammed mega pop star Rihanna ahead of her Super Bowl halftime performance, describing her as having “no talent” and saying she would be nowhere without her stylist. His attack comes after Rihanna threw the first verbal punch back in 2019, calling Trump “mentally ill” in a Vogue interview. The following year, she spray-painted the words “F*** Trump” on a car at an art show. On Friday, President Trump returned the favor in a Truth Social post. “Without her ‘Stylist’ she’d be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!” he wrote.

The House of Representatives on February 2 passed a bill — H. Con. Res. 9 — opposing the "implementation of socialist policies" and "denouncing socialism in all its forms." More than a hundred Democrats joined Republicans in a 327-86 vote on the bill, fittingly sponsored by Maria Salazar (R-Fla.), daughter of exiles from Fidel Castro's Cuba. Fittingly, too, the bill quoted President James Madison, the father of the Constitution, who wrote that the United States "was founded on the belief in the sanctity of the individual, to which the collectivistic system of socialism in all of its forms is fundamentally and necessarily opposed."

The email was sent five days after Biden’s lawyers say they discovered classified documents at Biden’s post-vice presidency office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.

The Secret Service has been accused of a 'cover-up' over its alleged involvement in a police investigation when Hunter Biden's lover dumped his gun in a trash can near a school in 2018. Judicial Watch, a justice watchdog nonprofit, announced on Friday that it received 487 pages of Secret Service (USSS) records over the incident, and says the documents cast further doubt over the agency's claims that it was not involved. Hunter's lover and brother's widow, Hallie Biden, left his .38 handgun at the top of a trash can at Jansens supermarket in Wilmington, Delaware in October 2018, sparking a police probe.
