Special counsel Jack Smith’s team has subpoenaed Donald Trump’s former attorney Rudy Giuliani, according to an exclusive new report from CNN. The special counsel investigation has asked Giuliani to turn over records to a federal grand jury to examine Donald Trump’s fundraising following the 2020 election, the report adds. The subpoena, which was sent more than a month ago and has not been previously reported, CNN notes. The subpoenas to other witnesses in addition to Giuliani were sent in late December, the report adds. The investigation is requesting documents from Giuliani about payments he received at the time he was contesting elections on Donald Trump’s behalf.

The New Congress should stop this now! I would suggest they let the "Powers that Be" (Including Jack Smith) that there will be a committee set up to begin demanding their Tax Returns, Fundraising and other Records. Then THEY can go about the process of hiring a very Expensive LAWYER to defend THEM! It's way over time to shut down the "Get Trump Game". If they don't want to heed our warning, then Two can play that Subpoena Game!

The FBI already raided Giuliani and took all of his electronic media, except they refused to take Hunter Biden's hard drive, even though it was offered by Giuliani. Not only that, the FBI accessed his iCloud account and took all attorney-client privileged material while Giuliani was defending then President Trump. What do they not have? Besides outright harassment, it is likely a parallel method to now "legally" subpoena materials which were accessed unconstitutionally.

Former President Donald Trump slammed President Joe Biden following the revelation that he was stashing classified documents at the University of Pennsylvania, which is reported to have accepted millions of dollars in mysterious donations from China. Trump speculated that China could have had access to the classified information because the Penn Biden Center reportedly received $54 million in anonymous Chinese donations between 2014 and 2019. “Biden’s documents are HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL, many pertain to UKRAINE, where Hunter was ‘raking in the dough,’ and FUNDED BY CHINA, which gave $55 Million to Biden, through Penn, and probably had easy access,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

After a chaotic start, Republicans finally earned one of their first wins of the 118th Congress on Wednesday as they used their new majority to approve two measures aimed at protecting unborn lives and pro-life facilities.  The first measure passed condemns attacks on anti-abortion abortion facilities, including crisis pregnancy centers that do not offer abortions but do offer other services to expecting mothers. A second separate bill that passed the House Wednesday imposes new penalties on doctors if they refuse to administer care to infants born alive following abortion attempts.

The problem with this bill is it endangers some infants in saying that infant must immediately be brought to the hospital. With the reported discovery of a second batch of highly classified documents connected to President Biden, the decisions of Attorney General Merrick Garland are fast moving from the inexplicable to incomprehensible. Garland was presumably briefed that classified documents were discovered in Joe Biden’s old office on Nov. 2. He also presumably knew about the Biden documents when he appointed a special counsel to investigate the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago 16 days later. At the time of the appointment of Jack Smith, some of us noted the inexplicable refusal of Garland to appoint a special counsel to look into alleged Biden influence peddling and other crimes.

They also found a lesion on her chest, which appeared to be basal cell carcinoma, and doctors extracted. They later confirmed it was that type of skin cancer.
