The US Supreme Court not only decided not to look at the Brunson brothers’ case, but also decided not to take up the Bonner case challenging the legality of mail-in ballots.
Such a shame. The US Supreme Court is absolutely frightened to take up strong cases that challenge corrupt elections or corrupt practices. Yet this is the biggest issue facing our country right now and the biggest threat to our Constitution. Corrupt elections breed corrupt politicians which bread corrupt government officials which breed corrupt media and social media companies and so on…
In 2020, 18 state AGs joined the Texas case that argued against the corrupt election

Joey must have had a head's up on this decision, that's why he is letting it out that he is running in 2024. This FIX is already in.

Is there any sentient being surprised, surprised by this abdication of responsibility by the faint-hearted cowards sitting on the court?
They are a joke and could have been contenders but wimped out…

Elections are run by the states. I don't see any Constitutional arguments about voting practices. If a state chooses a ballot process that violated rights, the SC might be interested. Mail in ballots are clearly a lot less secure, but the states are supposed to care about such things.

It has become clear that running to the courts will not lead to election integrity. The Democrats have corrupted probably every state's rules over the past decade or so. The Covid scam was particularly ripe for election corruption and now the lousy "enhancements" made in 2020 have become set in stone. Early voting, mail-in voting, universal registration, weeks to count the vote, etc. have made the United States the laughing stock of the world.
There are only two courses to take. One is to impose rational election rules in each state. Georgia made an attempt, which was demonized by Democrats, yet kept early voting and mail-in ballots. The people of France, and nearly every country on earth, would find Georgia's rules ridiculous and a recipe for fraud. I point to France since it recently had an election where people had to vote on voting day, in person and showing an ID. The ballots then were hand counted and the results issued early the next morning. Absentee ballots are available for a legitimate reason. France has over 60 million citizens. I doubt there is any will in any state to conduct a vote like France, even though that is how we did it for well over a hundred years.
The second choice is to amend the Constitution to impose honest voting rules on every state of the union. Same day voting, ID required, hand counting the ballots at the precinct and absentee ballots only for a good reason. Obviously the US Congress will never, ever endorse such an amendment. The Democrats are dependent on fraud and many Republicans would balk at federalizing election rules. The only alternative is to adopt such an amendment spelled out in Article V of the US Constitution. Congress is completely cut out from the Article V process. Only the 50 states are involved and a super majority of them is required for adoption. Very hard to do but doing nothing ensures that each year the election processes will become every more sloppy and fraught with fraud.

Reply 5,
The Constitution does deal with federal elections and there is clear language that elections need to take place in person and on a single one day. Also governors have no say in state elections but they have been allowed to which violates the Constitution

Who is to say that fraud in one state in a presidential or congressional election dis enfranchises only voters in that state ? We had enormous fraud in five swing states that threw a election and yet the Supremes told us NO STANDING

I have more than once remarked about higher education, "Higher than what?". The same thing is now true of the Supreme Court: in what sense are they "supreme"?

Even if the SC denies to hear a case, they should explain their reasoning. Enough of this no reason given BS.

Shortly after his elevation to the court, Ireland changed the laws regarding adoption to favor Robert’s and his illegality.
