'We'll Handle That': Trump's Comments

Business as Usual for The Donald

“We’ll handle that.” The first thought that entered my mind after reading those three words was the 2016 Republican presidential primary season and Donald Trump‘s politics of personal destruction against the other 16 candidates in the race. Welp, if Ron DeSantis runs in 2024, it looks like it’ll be business as usual for The Donald. While “Lyin’ Ted” and “Little Marco” won’t be there, “Ron DeSanctimonious” will. During an interview with “The Water Cooler” host David Brody on RealAmerica’s Voice, Trump weighed in on the possibility of DeSantis entering the race and said if the popular Florida governor does, the former president said “We’ll handle that” while noting

And THIS is why we don not support Donald Trump, even though we voted for him twice and are besieged with texts from him, his sons, whomever on a hourly basis: Hhs Lying Ted-like comments on anyone and everyone who opposes him. Plus, we hold him responsible for the lack of substantial wins during the Primary--his ego led him to back horrendous candidates (and beat out a really viable candidate in Pa., for example, and now we have Fedderman.). His scorched earth policy, even though we approved of a lot he did or attempted to do while in office, is enough to make us back off forever. Interestingly enough, he tried out one of his names on DeSantis about a month ago and had to back off because of the uproar from people like us, FORMER Trump supporters.

This is where the right guy for the job shoots himself in the foot……time after time. He is the right guy. He has the right ideas. A little assertiveness is OK. Mafioso Trump is not OK. May the best man win. Let DeSantis and Trump duke it out. I will vote for either, but, at this point I am pulling hard for DeSantis because I will not be subjected to Trump’s faceplants for 4 years.

The press loves Trump because he plays right into their hands. DeSantis ignores them, which they hate. But he gets his message out every day and his speeches are well crafted and to the point. He doesn't bluster and his PR folks are outstanding. I suspect he'll ignore Trump.

May the best man win. I will give a listen to Trump, DeSantis, and anyone else who decides to run. Only then will I decide who I will vote for. The main thing I am looking for is someone who will make the economy, the budget, and the debt their number one priority. Not holding my breath. I really hope there is someone worth voting for. I don't want to end up holding my nose. These elections are supposed to be about policy not popularity. Nor are they supposed to be about money.

And guess what. Ron DeSantis will handle the Trump campaign YOU are,as Red State writer Mike Miller, that PRESIDENT Trump will use things against DeSantis. Ya think Ronny is going to send flowers and well wishes to PRESIDENT Trump. I kind of doubt it. I actually dont care how either one handles their runs fr election. I will vote for the guy who can get this country back to being ONE nation under GOD, not be in the pockets of contributors, and is not liked by the media or other commie dems and rinos. Thats not DeSantis. He takes money from Dems.

Stop acting like a homonel 14 year old middle schooler and earn my vote. I am tired of the nonsense. Please stay away from the fray and remind me why I voted for you in the past and should vote for you again. I thought you did a good job, I will always think they cheated their way into the WH, and I wish you were there now. But I am not sure I want you back with all the baggage and I fear you will bring some new luggage along the way. Like it or not style is part of the game. I assume you and Desantis will have a lot of common ground when it comes to your beliefs and plans for America so it just might be the intangibles that you are judged on. I will vote for either one of you because we must stop the dems before we truly become a socialist state. I shudder to think of the gov of CA in our WH.

#7 " several maga candidates lost very close races including the PA race you mention because Mitch cut off promised funding and directed it to RINO in Alaska running against a MAGA candidate. Details matter" In PA, money wasn't the problem at all. Oz had plenty of money and got badly beat by probably the worst candidate in the nation. You are correct when you say details matter. Try these details: Fedderman received 58% of the Independent vote in PA. Oz, Trump's hand picked candidate only got 38%. Same story in GA, NH, AZ and NV. Trump and his "hand picked" candidates (not candidates he endorsed in heavily Republican states and districts ) are toxic to most Independents and women. We better learn that lesson, or 2024 will be a bad year for the conservative movement and the country.

Trump vs. DeSantis is not going to happen. Governor Ron is way too smart for that, and he is doing a great job at the position to which he was elected. He may run for president one day, but he is not the typical politician, always grasping at the next rung on the ladder.

All Trump did was issue his platform statement regarding immigration. It was so pro American and close the border that the other 16 were caught off guard. They were playing business as usual campaigning, while Trump had his eye on the prize. If it is awful to tell the truth about the other candidates according to previous comments, that is a terrible commentary on our elections. You cannot expect a decent president if the candidate refuses to tell the truth and be honest. And you have no right to complain if you submarine the good candidate in favor of the polite and greasy one. Yes, Trump has made some unforced errors. But he resurrected our economy after the Obama stagnation, and you cannot change that reality.

Another Never Trump loser trying to curry favor with the Georgetown party crowd. I like to DeSantis. I'll vote for him in 2028. He's a great governor, and he needs to stay in Florida and continue the great job he's doing there. He needs to team up with other governors of conservative states to make a significant change in the power relationship between the states and federal government. But I will vote for Trump probably in 2024 because 1) he learns from his mistakes; 2) the understands the danger of the Deep State; 3) the leftist loons the and Democrats (but I repeat myself) hate his guts and are trying to do everything to ruin him; and 4) he knows how to eke out his revenge. Desantis presidential ambitions are advanced by supporting Trump now. All in, and encouraging others with concerns to do the same. The Trump agenda is right for these very very troubled times. Trump knows where to direct the ship and how to navigate the waters. DeSantis, has not yet been on board yet. This is a team effort, specifically Team Trump, Bannon, Gingrich, Palin Pompeo, those who understand the crisis, vs Team Bush, Romney Rove McConnell, who are in the center of the globalist storm, the great reset, this world wide antiGod anti individual elitist mentality of evil secular mediocrity DeSantis has the support of Team Bushie. Known by the company he keeps. Keep Florida and show the other states how to do it, take a cabinet position, support Trump. Earn it.

Kensington, an inner city area described by The Philadelphia Inquirer as 'the poorest neighborhood in America's poorest big city', has become ground zero for abuse of an animal tranquilizer called xylazine. Pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show addicts shooting up in broad daylight, or hunched over in a stupor. Needles and syringes litter the ground and any of those on the streets had raw, gaping wounds. 'I've never seen human beings remain in these kinds of conditions,' said Sarah Laurel, who runs outreach organization Savage Sisters.
