I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up only to be dashed again, including my own, but there may be some new interest in the border by the Biden administration. Title 42 is being taken from the border security tool box and the administration seems to be realizing what this means. Axios is reporting that various departments in the Biden administration are working together to develop a multi-prong approach to handling the unprecedented number of illegal immigrants crossing the border. The Biden border crisis is real and it is intentional. I have said that over and over again for two years. There is no other explanation for the humanitarian
Biden Defends Multi-Trillion Dollar Scam:

Oh, Joe, bless your clueless heart; you don’t even see the irony. Yes, your intentionally destructive policies “did so much” harm to everyday American families that “nobody knows the effects” of how bad things will get–and how long it will take to recover after you’ve vamoosed from office, one way or another. Biden, on Tuesday, defended his ill-fated “American Rescue Plan” for the zillionth time by arguing that the (at least) $1.9 trillion spending spree helped enable local governments to keep paying their employees (which does zero to help productivity). He also boasted of his additional trillions in spending for government-subsidized health care, manufacturing, infrastructure, and so-called “green energy.”
UK Diversity Group Calls to Rethink Christmas

Too many people feel left out of Christmas celebrations due to their own faith – or lack of it – so the traditional Christian season should be downplayed, a UK-based diversity lobby group said. The call comes after statistics showed less than half of the population of England and Wales described themselves as Christian in the 2021 census, meaning Christianity is now a minority religion, as Breitbart News reported. Both atheism and Islam are making major gains as more people reportedly feel left out as a “heavy emphasis on celebrating the birth of Jesus,” can exclude others, according to Watch This Sp_ce, a self-described diversity and inclusion consultancy.

Five Secret Service rental vehicles that were used by President Biden and his retinue over the Thanksgiving weekend are now burned. The Secret Service vehicles burst into flames in a parking lot on Monday, just one day after the president left from his Nantucket vacation. (Video above.) Biden and his family spent Thanksgiving at the island retreat. As reported by Fox News, the Secret Service rented five vehicles from Hertz for the president and his family. All five of them caught fire in the parking lot, according to footage that was first obtained by the Nantucket Current.

Jake Lang and J6Legal.org released a powerful video this week on the January 6, 2021, protests in Washington DC. The US government that day turned its wrath on the people of the United States. Dozens of FBI infiltrators were deployed in the city, DOJ and Metro police operatives were also involved in the protests. The police fired gas and rubber bullets on the crowd, beat the protesters with sticks, and fired flash grenades at veterans, women, children and seniors.

With the holiday season upon us, the gift-giving and feasting seasons are also in full swing. But this year, Americans will find the prices they pay for holiday essentials higher than ever. Much of that is due to the soaring price of something we all take for granted: diesel fuel. Diesel fuel prices are up roughly 50% from last year, in large part due to fast-dwindling supplies, affecting the cost of everything, including food, transportation, manufactured goods, even gifts. Ships use diesel fuel. So do trucks and trains. Desperate farmers need diesel to fuel their tractors and other farm equipment.

Unless you read The Daily Mail, which is an English paper published online, you probably didn't know that Chinese President Xi Jinping sent tanks into a major city last night in order to put down protests against his rule. Virtually no American media outlets even acknowledge that that happened, and that's pretty weird if you think about it. Imagine, for example, that Hungarian leader Viktor Orbán put tanks into Budapest to crush his political opponents. Would our media notice?

The news item here can be summed up in a limerick: There once was a prez on Nantucket, and he couldn’t get ‘round in a bucket. He rented some cars, and drove under the stars, until each one, a car fire struck it. Okay, so I ain’t Shakespeare. But this really happened. As Fox News reported more prosaically Tuesday, “President Biden’s rented Secret Service vehicles burst into flames in a parking lot Monday, just one day after he left his Nantucket vacation.”

Yesterday morning, Resident RINO Mitch McConnell addressed a crowd of reporters; but instead of embracing the role he’s hired to do — advance political conservatism — he took the opportunity to attack President Trump. Funny, I don't recall him, or any other Never Trumpers condemn the following: Obama and all the others who hung around with notorious antisemite, Louis Farrakhan. In 2020, the Anti-Defamation League labeled Farrakhan as the “most popular antisemite in America.” Obama, Biden, and all others who continue to work with and reward Iran as its leaders and its extremists pledge(d) death to the U.S. and Israel.

"The Question: How can you support, and defend, the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic? Answer: You investigate. If there are claims that there is a threat, even if you don't believe there is a threat, you investigate. How else can you determine if there is a threat unless you investigate? You can't. Were there claims of a threat to the Constitution? Yes. Where did these serious claims come from? 100 members of Congress. What was the threat? That there were enemies of the Constitution who successfully rigged the 2020 election. Is this lawsuit about a rigged election?

We saw an unprecedented effort by the government to go after those who were at the Capitol on Jan. 6, with the FBI investigating hundreds of people and employing all kinds of tactics to arrest them. Not only did the FBI have informants who were involved, but they also employed some unusual methods. Among the tactics in their huge investigatory effort was the “biggest-ever haul of phones from controversial geofence warrants, court records show.” According to a filing in one of the Jan. 6 cases, Google gave up information to the FBI on 5,723 devices that had been in or near the Capitol during the riot.

CNN host Don Lemon attacked a former Jewish Trump administration staffer, Len Khodorkovsky, over the former president having dinner with Nick Fuentes and Kanye West last week, demanding that he denounce Trump for schmoozing with alleged antisemites. [Video] Khodorkovsky, who is Jewish and a former deputy assistant secretary of state in the Trump administration, began the conversation by discussing his descendence from Holocaust survivors, stating, “I can tell an antisemite when I hear one. And I tell you with confidence that President Trump is not an antisemite.” That wasn’t good enough for Lemon who had obviously brought Khodorkovsky on to trash Trump.

American consumers are entering the holiday season feeling gloomier about the economy amid ongoing high inflation and layoffs in the tech sector, depressing U.S. consumer confidence for the second straight month in November. The Conference Board reported Tuesday that its consumer confidence index fell to 100.2 this month, down from 102.2 in October. November's figure is the lowest since July, and likely reflected an uptick in gas prices earlier this fall, said Lynn Franco, senior director of economic indicators at the Conference Board.

Tom Nichols has a piece at the Atlantic today explaining why Never Trump didn’t really mean he’d never vote for Trump, it actually meant he’d never vote for Trumpism and that now includes all of the Republican Party. In one of the most appalling appropriations of a political banner in years—or at least since Trump decided in 2012, after years of changing party registrations, finally to settle on calling himself a Republican—some of the conservatives hoping to salvage the GOP’s fortune after the 2022 midterms are trying to seize and redefine the term Never Trump to mean a rejection of “only Trump, and no other Republicans who are like him.”

Big changes are coming to Disney, and though I would have never suspected it given past history, it looks like Bob Iger is looking to turn away from overt political activism. Iger returned to the role of CEO in the last few weeks, having started Disney’s woke revolution many years ago. Yet, the company’s disastrous battle with Florida’s Ron DeSantis has him ready to change course. According to Iger, he regrets the clash with the rock-star Republican governor and will look to move Disney toward a more neutral position in the culture wars. Better late than never, I suppose, and to be sure, there’s still a bit
