The North Clackamas School District in Oregon is only the latest in a long string of districts where parents have grown fed up with the school’s woke leftist policies being approved by the school board. Parents have been showing up for school board meetings with a list of grievances over inappropriate, sexualized material in the schools, gender-bending indoctrination, and policies intended to keep secrets from parents regarding their children’s development. After one recent meeting, the board decided to respond, but not by addressing the parents’ concerns. They instead announced that all future meetings would be held “online,” depriving the parents of the opportunity to be heard.

Replace the school board. When they do this, they are terrified of parents. Grind them down.

That is the only circumstance where I agree with doxing and demonstrating at private residences. By running for election and holding office, they are public figures and required to answer to their voters. If they hide, it's grounds for recall. I also heard you can affect their schools insurance through complaints concerning the safety of the students. If the individual loses their insurance they cannot hold office.

Totally agree with #3. This is where doxing is entirely justified. I would organize mop and tar bucket parties to show up at their doors.

Aren’t there bylaws that set how a school board meetings are structured? Don’t they have to be public? Our school board had a vacancy and the high school principal encouraged a 23 yr old alumni who is gay and fully supports this trans stupidity to fill it. Our school board allowed it. This is a very conservative community for the most part. We have to wait 2 more years until he’s actually on the ballot. But he can do a lot of damage in 2 years.

Many states have laws requiring public meetings for government boards. Time to look at the state laws and if this exists in Oregon, file a lawsuit and force them to go back to public meetings and dealing with the people that they actually work for.

Western Oregon is beyond hope. Parents need to pull their kids out of government schools.

It is reassuring and a surprise that there remain some normal people in Oregon. Not including the referenced school board.

The only way to stop this school board insanity is to destroy the public schools by pulling your kids out of them. No kids, no funds, no school boards. This country is full of home schooling networks. Look into it.

#11 is correct. A good start has been made by many parents opting to not return their kids to public schools post "pandemic". Big city schools are suffering a drop in attendance which, of course, has the teachers unions and leftists in a panic. If this continues, look for attempts to ban homeschooling. The left would like to do that now.

For the first time in recent history I actually voted for a school board election. No kids in school, no grand kids in school. Straight R ticket for the first time in my Independent life.

Thanks a bunch, Randi Weingarten and Doktor Fauci. In order for school children to keep up with the ever falling national averages, two hours of homeschooling a day will keep most students current.

This is illegal. Parents have a right to be heard. Taking that right away is not legal.

There is a solution, vote the rascals out and put people in who are responsive to the public esp. the parents.

Yes, #11, ujanja99, much agree with your assessment. "No kids, no funds, no school boards."
And may I add, no unions.

Yes, indeed, #11, udanja99. I much agree with your assessment. May I also add eliminating the teachers' unions.
