CNN Calls Freedom of Speech 'Nonsense'
in Moronic Rant

Original Article

Did you know that freedom of speech is “nonsense?” That’s the word from CNN, which let a former CIA flunky spew falsehoods in an attempt to smear Elon Musk’s management of Twitter. As RedState previously reported, Musk is set to grant a “general amnesty” to formerly banned accounts. There will be some exceptions if those accounts broke the law or engaged in targeted calls for violence, but a deluge of accounts that simply broke leftwing orthodoxy are set to return. That has the clowns over at CNN shaking in terror, so much so that they are willing to boot basic constitutional principles in the process. (Tweet/Video)

This is why CNN’s ratings suck. They have a stable of elitist self-important bureaucrats who think they can override the Constitution with their ignorant opinions. Where was the counter opinion here? They don’t think there’s another side to the story.

Bob Baer is a former CIA analyst who was responsible for the comprehension and interpretation of the information collected by agents in the field, and his analysis of freedom of speech is that it is nonsense. With mental derelicts like this guy at the information helm of the CIA its not hard to see how it has seemingly gone so far off its stated course.

Freedom of speech is an ABSOLUTE litmus test. Any person or organization that does not support free speech, regardless of their stupid "excuses" is pure evil. An absolutely foundational RIGHT, it MUST be upheld.

Actually, you can shout fire in a theater if there is a fire. Our first amendment guarantees you the right to speak, insult, make fun of and otherwise denigrate other people. Hurt feelings ? Too bad, That's part of life. Good manners are not regulated by laws. Your right to speak freely is.

The “fire in a crowded theater” argument is bogus. You CAN yell fire in a crowded theater if there is a fire. If there are people who want to say stupid things, or buck the current woke orthodoxy, they are permitted to say anything they like except to advocate for violence against the government. The first amendment was created specifically to protect speech we don’t like, especially political speech. Eat it and like it, Dems.

The organizations, Marine Stewardship Council and Seafood Watch, both cited concerns about risks to rare North Atlantic right whales from fishing gear.

But, due to the constant, and unrelenting, criminal behavior, coupled with escalating safety issues for our employees, we have decided to permanently close,” the note reads. “Our city is in peril. The Biden Administration had previously attempted to find out where there money is, however, only a fraction of the aid was provided to the country.

Thousands of migrants are camped out in Mexico, waiting to rush the United States-Mexico border when the Title 42 public health authority — used to quickly remove illegal aliens — ends in a few weeks at the request of President Joe Biden’s administration. This month, a federal judge struck down Title 42 — the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) authority first imposed by former President Trump in 2020 to allow Border Patrol agents to quickly remove illegal aliens arriving at the southern border. Rather than appealing the judge’s decision, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas asked the court for five weeks to wind down Title 42.

There’s a legal term for what he’s describing and it’s called “brandishing”; a term that describes an illegal activity and does not appear once in his nearly 2,600-word piece. The word doesn’t appear because he knows that’s not what’s happening. He even admits that “shootings were rare” and that “armed protests accounted for less than 2 percent” of total protests.
