Good, bad, or indifferent, Trump is running again for president. (snip) Now that Trump has made his intentions known for 2024, some are saying that the age of Trump is over. They’re just not that into him. Evangelical figures who previously supported Donald Trump are backing off now that he’s announced his third bid for the presidency. “Donald Trump can’t save America,” Mike Evans told The Washington Post. “He can’t even save himself.”

If the gov't had been honest, he would never have been impeached. They are throwing everything they have (DoJ, FBI etc) and have found nothing.

“What I find repugnant is the wholesale throwing under the bus a person who they claimed was akin to the second coming of Jesus Christ. They are the ones who elevated Trump and made him into something that he never presented, and therefore could never fulfill. Trump simply made his claims, ran a campaign that bested all the others on the field, and won the presidency against the odds.” Not to mention Judas Pence. MAGA

He was a good president, but his moment has passed. No matter how much some may love him, there is a huge percentage of the population that will crawl over broken class to vote against him. Blame the Dems, blame the media, blame Mike Pence, blame Bill Barr -- it is not going to change. Trump cannot win the presidency. (And no, I did not say that in 2016 or 2020.)

So, other people won't vote for him, but you are to here to convince the ones that will vote for him that the shouldn't? The song of the low information cowardly participants in the political process. We await a better alternative, not the stalking horse of the displaced status quo big government loving top down governance of the poltical/donor class. Your choices are Trump and feudalism. You aren't electing the homecoming king and queen. Get a spine.

Fascinating ## 2 and 7. I like Desantis. I need to know more about him. Trump has built a national movement by hard, hard work and guts. I assume Desantis has done the same within Florida. I haven’t seen the same hard work, but maybe it hasn’t been televised. Desantis has not been attacked by the fbi, nsa, doj, a special counsel, and the ny atty general, but maybe if he is he will flick them away. Maybe when all the liberal outlets turn their spigots full on 24/7 against Desantis he will flick them away. It may be true that Trump can’t win. I know Desantis can’t win without Trump’s movement. What a conundrum. The analysis that Trump can’t win and the evidence is the 2022 elections may be faulty. I know a number of trump supporters who would like to move on. Sometimes “just moving on” is not one of your options. Desantis is untested in the modern liberal deep state “firestorm of hatred” environment. Maybe he doesn’t have the flaws Trump had which instigated the firestorm or maybe he’ll work with the dims and deep state like bush did to keep the firestorm toned down. If these types of people crucified Christ they can bring hell and brimstone to anyone who doesn’t play ball. Maybe Desantis has a better temperament for it or will appease more, but he still needs all Trump supporters every step of the say.

2, Well... Trump cannot save himself. I think that part is pretty obvious. No man can. I don't think this is a reference to the mockers at the crucifixion. I think it is a simple statement of truth. Trump is his own worst enemy... as many of us are, whether we know it or not.

They don't speak for Evangelicals. I voted for Trump before and I'll vote for him again. Who else do the Republicans have? Have you looked at the list of wannabees? They are a bunch of establishment globalists. I mean really, -- Rubio, Christy, Pence -- I'm not voting for them. The other 2 are DeSantis and Glen Youngkin. Not much is known about their views of the national level. I've heard Youngkin is kind of liberal - is he? Neither one excites me. I don't trust them and then they are there as spoilers against Trump. Like I said, I'm weary of both of them. I'm not going to vote for another establishment candidate like Bush, McCain, and the rest of the sorry bunch that were shoved down out throat. I'll stay home first.

Our resident intellectually lazy deconstructionist. 80 plus million cultists who aren't preoccupied with sitting at the cool kiids table. We understand the futility of supporting the status quo beltway republican operation that despises middle american small government populists, those cultists to whom Trump appeals. We understood it in 1992 when the Bushes were ripping the stitching out of Reagans carefully sown legacy. We understood when McConnell voiced his intention to block and crush the T party populist that rose up against Obama. And it took someone from outside the political class, not Paul Ryan, not Jeb Bush, not Mitt Romney or other choices of the kinder gentler beltway country club republicanism to appeal not to them but to us. The cultists you sneer at. On every thread. Without an alternative. Criticism, especially repetitive criticism in the absence of constructive suggestions or alternatives is intellectually lazy and politically cowardly.

If the powers that be had investigated the election, we would not be here. As an Evangelical: 1) Mike Evans is so powerful I had no idea who he is. He cannot be all that magnificent. I do not even recognize him. What mike will soon find out is that his followers will stop tithing to his org. God uses any willing vessel to carry out His plans. And He thinks badly of so called pastors bad mouthing His vessels. And oh, Mike--NO one can save themselves. Not even you! 2)Robison is a so baptist who has been in decline for a number of years. His tv ministry is suffering due to a dull and lifeless message. He is a has been, even though a man of God. Remember, pence is a baptist...so there we go. I do not seek political guidance from any preacher...when I need wisdom or discernment, I pray directly to God Almighty. That guy shouting from the pulpits is just a person who said he was a willing vessel. 3) Bob Jeffress is another so baptist that has allowed himself to be attracted to pence who is a snake, Bible thumper who lies, and stabs people in the back...and pence is owned by the donor whores. Who is worse? Jeffress is pastor of a huge church in Dallas. Texans are not push around by pastors. 4) Hoge. Vaguely know little. So bye guys. No one cares what your political views are. However, since you made them public, look for a short fall in the tithing boxes.

Trump resuscitated a moribund country club of canapé -munchers and transformed it back into what it had once been: the voice and will of middle America. He won two elections. He worked tirelessly to appoint fair and competent judges to our courts. He withstood relentless attacks by our enemies, culminating in the blatant theft of his reelection. He made mistakes, like every other president; his most serious one was assuming that people in Washington had any sense of honor or decency. That is a mistake he's not likely to repeat. He's weathered the worst and knows the terrain. Two more years of Brandon-omics might give the country a different perspective. The republicans will catch up to the dems ballot harvesting tricks. Trump will be a known entity and a stark contrast to whoever the dems run. DeSantis has time and Trump will pave the way. Supporting Trump no repudiation of DeSantis. The alternatives are, 1. throw DeSantis to the same hyenas that Trump has been fighting, or 2.nominate that jar of mayonnaise, Pence. We only need a little gumption. We only need to stand with Trump and ignore the backstabbers and defeatists.

They sound just like the Pharisees, don't they? Who are these evangelicals? Mike Evans must be used to twisting scriptures and taking the evil side. He probably considers David a terrorist for killing Goliath. He hates that Abraham didn't sacrifice his child even though God provided a substitute. God is exposing these phonies. I'm amazed at how incredibly stupid that some so called "Republicans" and "Americans" (cough, cough, laugh, laugh) dislike or actively hate Trump. And when you ask them why, they can't really explain except that they think he's brash, rude, vulgar or too flashily dressed or they don't like his hair, wealth or buildings. There's never any substance to their dislike or active virulent hatred of him. Trump got more done in his 4 years than 100 years of wishy washy cowardly anti American hatred DimOHcraps ever did in many generations. The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an emergency appeal from former President Trump seeking to shield his tax returns from House Democrats, capping a multiyear legal battle and paving the way for the release of his tax returns. The order — which had no noted dissents — was in response to an appeal Trump filed with the Supreme Court late last month after a lower court declined to reverse its ruling mandating that he turn over his tax records to the House Ways and Means Committee. Chief Justice John Roberts had temporarily blocked their release in a Nov. 1 order while the court considered the matter.

Tech journalist Kara Swisher interviewed legendary British comedian Eric Idle on Monday, where he spoke extensively about the state of comedy in his heyday and said he hated conservatives. (Snip) "I grew up in that world," he said, explaining that he was a "war baby" from World War II, noting that fascism was "very real to us, fascism-what can happen if you let one person take over a country, so that still rings very strongly with me in my soul." He also slammed conservatives in his own country, "I hate them intensely, I’ve always hated conservatives, I’m afraid to say I’m very prejudiced against them, they’re horrible people."

Next month, Tesla plans to deliver the first of its electric Semi trucks — able to haul a full 40 ton-load some 500 miles on a single charge. These massive batteries-on-wheels may accelerate the transition to electrified transport, but those responsible for delivering the power are starting to ask: Are we ready for this? Probably not, according to a sweeping new study (snip) conducted by utility company National Grid. (snip) As more electric trucks hit the road, the projected power needs for a big truck stop by 2035 will equal that of a small town. Even the authors who planned the study were caught off guard

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg explained the Biden administration is trying to head off a possible rail worker strike that would have serious economic repercussions for the country. NewsNation previewed an interview Buttigieg gave to Leland Vittert, who asked him if the administration would support workers as their union negotiations with rail managers remain on the rocks. (Snip) “Can the American economy deal with it if it happens?” Vittert followed up. “It would not be good,” Buttigieg answered. “Catastrophic?” Vittert asked. “We don’t have enough trucks or barges or ships in this country to make up for the rail network,” said

Is there any point in voting if we can’t trust the system -- or whether the liberty-denier Democrats will abide by the rule of law or basic decency? (snip) That terrible sick-in-your-stomach sensation when scam artists laugh and you realize they’ve done it again? When all of our hopes for the conservation of liberty have been destroyed by the same type of schemes that we all should have seen coming a mile away? How does a party trying to destroy our constitutional republic for two years with poll after poll screaming that we are on the wrong track avoid a humiliating defeat at the ballot box?

Hey, their Akin strategy worked in New Hampshire, didn’t it? And in Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania too, for that matter. Democrats spent a reported $53 million boosting what Joe Biden calls “ultra-MAGA” candidates into nominations for key Senate and House races in order to protect vulnerable incumbents or open seats. And since that strategy largely worked, we can expect Democrats to try it again in 2024. And who better to promote than the ultra-MAGAiest MAGA of all? Especially since it is beginning to dawn on Democrats than almost any other Republican with active respiration will beat Biden like a bongo drum.

After a four-year reign, California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff’s days as chair of the House Intelligence Committee, marked by abuse and grotesque politicization, are finally numbered. But it’s not just Schiff’s chairmanship headed out the door with the incoming Republican majority; it’s his seat on the committee altogether. On Sunday, GOP House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy made clear a trio of liberal lawmakers were on the chopping block for their assignments after the chamber took the unprecedented step of dictating minority committee appointments under Democrat rule. Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene was kicked off of her committees just a month after her congressional inauguration.

Former members of the charismatic Christian group, People of Praise, claim Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a member of the community, can not be impartial in the upcoming 303 Creative LLC v Elenis case, which will determine if a graphic design firm must include same-sex weddings on the wedding websites it designs. The ex-members, who consider themselves to be “survivors” of the People of Praise, are calling on Barrett to recuse herself based on her continued affiliation with the group, according to The Guardian.
