Former U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan said on a Sunday morning news program that he is a "never-again-Trumper" and that Donald Trump is "unelectable." Ryan, a Republican who represented Wisconsin's 1st Congressional District for 20 years, was speaker of the House from 2015 to 2019. He told correspondent Jonathan Karl on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" in the wake of Trump's announced run that Republicans would lose if they backed Trump for president in 2024. “We get past Trump, we start winning elections. We stick with Trump, we keep losing elections. That’s just how I see it," Ryan said.

Comments:

Ryan threw the ‘18 midterms, turning over a majority to the Dems to impeach PDT.

He may be right. Because he and his globalist, Uniparty, phony cronies will do ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in their power to destroy Trump and those of us who support him. They can't stand this peasant uprising, just like they couldn't stomach the tea party uprising. They kill every populist movement. These pukes gotta go. Boys and girls, this will be the last battle.

Nothing would please Paul Ryan and the GOPe more than for dems to steal elections in perpetuity, such that repubs never have to win again. And therefore obtain the perks of office but never having to do anything or show leadership. Just clutch their pearls and gab gab gab to raise dough off of democrat foul acts. Trump vastly outperformed Ryan in his first, aborted term of office. I'd like to hear him comment on that. Only that.

Rinos like Paul Ryan and others are coming out now to trash Trump in order to set the narrative that Trump will just bring more chaos to any election in which he is involved. They are doing this purposely to try and wear us down. He and his cronies know that by doing this some people will give up and say we don’t want to go through this again for another four years. They are counting on that. So you naysayers don’t cave so easily. This is the strategy they are going to use. Support Trump and he will be bombarded and attacked daily during the campaign and even longer should he win. They are counting on Trump fatigue to drive us away from him. So we abandon Trump, then what? The Rinos push their preferred candidate and we are right back to where we were before Trump came on the scene. They get a candidate they can control and the American people get screwed, just the way they like it. They will put pressure on us to walk away from MAGA simply because they keep stirring the pot. They will not support the guy who did so much good for the country and its people because he is not one of them and he actually loves the country and wants to make it great again. That is the last thing Rinos want. They play the political game like they are the Washington Generals and democrats are the Harlem Globetrotters. Get ready for it. There will be a constant barrage of Trump can’t win comments from here on. Don’t count President Trump out. He is the best candidate we have. He knows the enemy. He is willing to fight the enemy on both sides of the aisle. The rest of the pathetic Republicans making noise now are stars of the loser class. Back one of them, and we will have democrat rule forever. At least with President Trump we have a fighting chance.

The WSJ has run more than one hit-piece per day since Pres Trump announced. Paul Ryan is on the WSJ Board and undoubtedly a major player in the paper's increased (if that is possible) Trump bashing. Paul Ryan, who would never had been reelected to Congress had Trump not gone to Ryan's state and endorsed him. Paul Ryan is a fake, mentored by Romney and with the same non-values values. Like Romney, who turned viciously on Trump when the latter refused him a job in the White House, Ryan is a very jealous and spiteful man. And it shows, in almost everything he does and says.

Levin used his show on Tuesday to talk about how the Republican Party’s slim majority in the House of Representatives may cause a struggle for McCarthy to get the votes he needs to succeed Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Hard-right members of the Congressional GOP have publicly opposed McCarthy’s bid for the speakership, so the House minority leader is currently trying to bring these factions in line and secure the 218 votes he needs.

Democrats are napping peacefully through the US-Mexico “border” crisis they engineered. Perhaps these data will snap them from their slumber: The US Department of Homeland Security reports that the Mexican cartels’ income from smuggling illegal migrants into America has soared from $500 million in 2018 to $13 billion this year — up 2,500%. If these criminals merged into a corporation, their 2022 gross revenues would rival that of — are you sitting down? — Fox Corporation. Fox News Channel’s parent company earned $12.91 billion in the year ended June 30, 2021, and $13.97 billion 12 months later.

America’s national debt has climbed north of $31 trillion for the first time, a milestone that comes at a time of historically high inflation, rising interest rates and growing economic uncertainty. The nation’s total public debt outstanding closed at $31.1 trillion on Monday, according to Treasury Department data published Tuesday. The US government went on a borrowing spree during the Covid-19 pandemic to help shore up the nation’s economy as the deadly virus upended lives, labor markets and supply chains. Outstanding debt has climbed nearly $8 trillion since the beginning of 2020. And it has jumped by $1 trillion in just eight months.

His father was Jewish and had hidden “under the floorboards,” as he put it, during the Nazi occupation. When Goemans came to the United States to study international relations, he recalled being asked in one class about his most formative personal experience of international relations. He said that it was the Second World War. The other students objected that this wasn’t personal enough. But it was very personal for Goemans.

In his new book released today, Breaking History: A White House Memoir, Kushner wrote that unlike in other campaigns, the candidate decided to lead the search for a running mate, and Trump initially settled on Pence, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. Kushner, who was the unofficial campaign manager, wrote that all three fit with Trump’s goal of ignoring the Washington “elite” and reaching out to blue-collar voters.

President Biden's rented Secret Service vehicles burst into flames in a parking lot Monday, just one day after he left his Nantucket vacation. Biden spent Thanksgiving on the ritzy Massachusetts island with his family last week. The Secret Service rented five vehicles from Hertz to carry the president and his family, and all five of them caught fire in the parking lot, according to footage first obtained by the Nantucket Current. Footage shows firefighters spraying down the smoldering remains of one vehicle's engine block. The five vehicles included a Chevy Suburban, Ford Explorer, Infiniti QX80, Ford Expedition, and a Jeep Gladiator.

New York - A decade after its last election autopsy, the Republican National Committee is moving forward with a new post-election audit designed to examine the GOP’s underwhelming performance in the recent midterms and the party’s broader struggles in the years since former President Donald Trump took power. The report, which will likely take several months to complete, is expected to explore internal concerns about candidate quality, the lack of a clear governing agenda and the party’s unwillingness to embrace early voting, among other issues. There is some disagreement about the exact focus and scope of the upcoming review, but committee members involved in the planning suggest

The United States Senate voted to enshrine the right to same-sex and interracial marriage into federal law on Tuesday.  The Respect For Marriage Act passed on a 61-36 vote. Eleven Republicans voted with Democrats on the measure. It now heads back to the House of Representatives, where it's likely to pass the Democrat-controlled chamber swiftly enough to head to President Joe Biden's desk before the current Congressional term is over.  Democrat Senator Tammy Baldwin, who helped spearhead the bill, appeared emotional on the chamber floor before the final vote.

President Biden met with congressional leaders of both parties on Tuesday to discuss lame-duck session priorities, including passing legislation to avert a looming rail strike that could devastate the U.S. economy.  'I asked for Congress, whether they'd be willing to come in and talk about what we're going to do between now and Christmas in terms of legislation,' Biden said at the top of the meeting. 'There's a lot to do in resolving the rail strike,' Biden said.  'Congress has to act to prevent it. It's not an easy call, but I think we have to do it - the economy's at risk.'

There was a lot of Elon Musk hate from the cackling coven of ABC’s The View on Tuesday, even blaming him for the continuation of global hunger. But co-host Whoopi Goldberg said the quiet part out loud when she argued with hysterical liberal activist Alyssa Milano that liberals should leave Twitter until they figure out how they “get the control” they “need” over the platform. Asked to comment on Musk because she recently virtue signaled by selling her Tesla, Milano suggested that Musk was perpetuating global hunger because he could have given the $40 billion he spent on Twitter to her via UNICEF:

CNN This Moring co-host Don Lemon travelled over to CBS and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday to promote the show and insist that “I don’t think we were liberal” when speaking about the pre-Chris Licht era. Colbert asked about changes to the network under Licht, “The word on the street is you guys aren't allowed to be liberal anymore? Is that the case?” (Video) Lemon laughably argued that, “I don't think we ever were liberal.” After a somewhat surprised Colbert replied with a simple “What?,” Lemon doubled down, “Yes, I don't think we ever were liberal.” Not only was CNN liberal, it still is, but trying to get Lemon to expand

Yesterday morning, Resident RINO Mitch McConnell addressed a crowd of reporters; but instead of embracing the role he’s hired to do — advance political conservatism — he took the opportunity to attack President Trump. Funny, I don't recall him, or any other Never Trumpers condemn the following: Obama and all the others who hung around with notorious antisemite, Louis Farrakhan. In 2020, the Anti-Defamation League labeled Farrakhan as the “most popular antisemite in America.” Obama, Biden, and all others who continue to work with and reward Iran as its leaders and its extremists pledge(d) death to the U.S. and Israel.

As with people in general, there are certain political figures who simply can’t get out of their own way. In the case of California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff, it’s almost like he intentionally tries to humiliate himself every time he opens his lying mouth. Toss in his stage-4 TDS, and this guy is a real bundle of joy. Schiff’s latest delusional blabbering — on CNN, of course — was in response to GOP House Leader Kevin McCarthy‘s confirmation, during a November 20 segment with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, that if he becomes Speaker of the 118th Congress on January 3, he will remove Schiff, Ilhan Omar,

Big changes are coming to Disney, and though I would have never suspected it given past history, it looks like Bob Iger is looking to turn away from overt political activism. Iger returned to the role of CEO in the last few weeks, having started Disney’s woke revolution many years ago. Yet, the company’s disastrous battle with Florida’s Ron DeSantis has him ready to change course. According to Iger, he regrets the clash with the rock-star Republican governor and will look to move Disney toward a more neutral position in the culture wars. Better late than never, I suppose, and to be sure, there’s still a bit
