Trump ‘highly unlikely’ to be president
again over Kanye West-Nick Fuentes dinner: McConnell

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell suggested Tuesday that former President Donald Trump’s dinner last week with an outspoken anti-semite and white supremacist had disqualified him from holding future office.  “First, let me just say that there is no room in the Republican Party for anti-semitism or white supremacy,” McConnell (R-Ky.) told reporters on Capitol Hill of the 76-year-old Trump’s Mar-a-Lago meal with Jew-hating hip-hop star Kanye West and white nationalist Nicholas Fuentes. “Anyone meeting with people advocating that point of view, in my judgment, are highly unlikely to ever be elected president of the United States,” McConnell added

Okay. It was "unwise" to meet with an anti-Semite and a lunatic. Before people run off at the mouth, however, President Trump has a daughter who converted to Judaism and married a Jewish man. They have children who visit grandpa who obviously loves them. Kanye is a clearly unhinged man, with his family in smithereens and his children probably turning further and further away under the mother's persuasion. I suppose. Anyone who has suffered through fracturing families might have sympathy for the guy. So Trump had lunch, was blindsided (so they say). But we KNOW that B Obama sat in a "church", was married in that church and continued in that church until he realized the American-hating, racist Jeremiah Wright might pose an uncomfortable reference as he ran for the Senate and then President. And we know that the Obama team did everything it could to keep the photos of Obama hobnobbing with Louis Farrakhan, another racist, black nationalist, radical. People like McConnell are quick to condemn Trump. He has allowed his personal hatred blind him to the peril his bizarre alliances with sleazy Dems have brought us. He should have gone to Mara-Lago to talk things out with Trump. Alas, I think they've gone too far down the track where neither will work with the other for the sake of the COUNTRY. Their petty animosities make me gag.

Live by the Kanye, die by the Kanye, as Ben Shapiro said. Donald Trump is not a shoe in for the Republican nomination. He is hated by millions of voters. The knives of enemies and erstwhile supporters are being whetted for use on him and he decides to permit a notorious, and anti-Semitic, self-promoter to stroll into Mar-a-Lago. Incredibly “Ye” brings a bunch of wastrels with him, one an self proclaimed white supremacist. All are admitted. What can Trump have been thinking? The phony outrage by mediocre politicians reported here is disgusting but Trump invited the onslaught. He needs to wise up.

U.S. air marshals reportedly plan to “mutiny” against an order from the White House to leave their posts aboard commercial flights and take up posts at the U.S. southern border. Dozens of marshals have promised to disobey the order in protest, Air Marshal National Council President David Londo told The Washington Examiner. President Joe Biden has ordered U.S. air marshals to the southern border to make up for a lack of Border Patrol agents, a move expected to leave the marshals at one-eighth their normal coverage of U.S. flights.

The Minnesota U.S. District Court’s injunction concluding the lawsuit Wednesday mandates body-camera recordings for Minneapolis officers deployed to protests and limits their use of chemical agents for peaceful protest dispersion.

President Joe Biden’s “wide open” United States-Mexico border is expected to see 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended next year, a new analysis projects. For 2021, Steven Kopits with Princeton Policy Advisors accurately projected that about two million border crossers and illegal aliens would be apprehended. By this year’s end, Kopits projects about 2.3 million will have been apprehended. These estimates do not include the hundreds of thousands, potentially millions, who will successfully cross the southern border. Now, Kopits projects that Biden’s policies will see 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended along the border in 2023 — another record-shattering annual level of illegal immigration.
