Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) is projected to win a second term representing the Granite State, fending off Republican challenger Don Bolduc in a key victory for Democrats.
NBC News and ABC News both called the race. The victory allows Democrats, whose hopes of keeping the Senate would have been diminished with the loss of the seat, some breathing room as they wait for answers in other key swing states. Republicans had long seen New Hampshire as a prime pick-up opportunity going into 2022, but Hassan maintained a solid polling lead

Republican J.D. Vance will win the Ohio Senate race, CNN projects, outlasting a stronger-than-expected challenge from Democrat Tim Ryan and keeping the seat under GOP control.
Vance's win is a boon for Republicans and a victory for former President Donald Trump, whose endorsement in the Republican primary helped Vance emerge from the contentious intraparty fight.
Vance continues a long line of Republican victories in a state that has tilted towards the party in recent years. Other than Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown, no Democrat has won nonjudicial statewide office

Four years ago, Beto O’Rourke became the next great hope for the Texas Democratic Party.
Starting his senatorial campaign as a little-known congressman from El Paso, he captured lightning in a bottle by barnstorming across the state’s 254 counties on his way to a narrow loss to Republican U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz.
Though he came up short, O’Rourke helped sweep in down-ballot victories across the state, helping Democrats pick up 12 seats in the Texas House, two seats in the Texas Senate and boosting newcomer Lina Hidalgo over longtime Republican Ed Emmett in the race for Harris County judge.

Even before the race was officially called for Florida Republicans Ron DeSantis and Marco Rubio, MSNBC began losing it over the strong early results in the Hispanic county of Miami-Dade, which was a reliably solid Democrat county.
The devastation for the MSNBC panel set in early when national political correspondent Steve Kornacki went to the electronic board and showed that Senator Marco Rubio had an early lead in Miami-Dade County. This news received an audible shock from the panelists off-camera:

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has won re-election in a rematch against Democrat Stacey Abram.
The incumbent governor has been favored to win for most of the race, though the odds turned more heavily in his favor in the closing months. Kemp touted his record in his first term as governor as the reason he should be re-elected. Abrams attacked his record as governor and also pushed a more progressive platform in an attempt to rally Democratic voters. Like most Democrats across the country, she also emphasized the Dobbs decision at the Supreme Court and its effect on abortion rights.

Having a healthy dose of paranoia around how the system works and operates makes it that much harder for anything to go wrong. It never sat right with me that it became taboo to even question the 2020 election in mainstream society. Even if there wasn’t any cheating and it really was the “safest election in history” the fact that we weren’t allowed to talk about it was only ever going to stoke doubt. You may have noticed that Democrats only sent President Joe Biden to deep blue states leading up to Election Day. Despite these relatively safe assignments, he still managed to tell Americans he planned to shut down all coal plants and stop all drilling for oil. In between ranting about “Ultra MAGA” Republicans and threats to “our democracy,” Doddering Joe sounded like he had marbles in his mouth, told HBCU students their school was just as good as any other college, and wrestled with his biggest enemy, the teleprompter.
Meanwhile, the Democrats’ stenographers in the legacy media have been issuing brutal fact-checks on Biden’s closing message.

Reports of voting machine malfunctions are happening all over the US, from the west coast to the east coast.
For starters, Maricopa County is reporting broken voting machines in Anthem, which is said to be the ‘deep red’ part of Maricopa County:
Instead of tabulating their ballot directly, voters are being told to put their ballot into a box under the tabulator so that their ballot may be tabulated at a later time downtown.

A lone winning ticket for the record $2.04 billion Powerball lottery jackpot was sold in Altadena, California, lottery officials said Tuesday, making the lucky ticket holder the winner of the largest lottery prize ever.
The ticket was sold at a Joe's Service Center, the California Lottery said on Twitter. Results posted to Powerball.com similarly said there was one winner who matched all six numbers in California -- the odds of which were 1 in 292.2 million, according to the Multi-State Lottery Association.
The winning numbers, which were announced Tuesday morning after Monday night's drawing was delayed, were 10-33-41-47-56 and the Powerball was 10, according to the association.

Pop singer Katy Perry posted a picture on Instagram Monday showing her casting a ballot for Los Angeles mayoral candidate Rick Caruso.
“I am voting for a myriad of reasons (see the news) but in particular because Los Angeles is a hot mess atm. #letsgocaruso #yestomeasure28 #yestomeasure1 #doyoubutjustuseyourvoteok,” Perry wrote in a caption on the photo of her casting a ballot.
The post provoked a backlash amongst many of her fans who condemned Perry for turning her back on her outspoken commitment to progressivism by voting against Caruso’s Democratic opponent, Representative Karen Bass.

Authorities in Maricopa County, Arizona, confirmed Tuesday morning at a news conference that around 20 percent of the vote centers in the county are experiencing issues.
“In about 20 percent of the vote centers … when people will go and try to run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so, of those ballots are not going through,” said Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chair Bill Gates. “It’s not like both of the tabulators in these 20 percent of locations are having these issues. This is the astonishing moment seven orcas destroyed a sailing yacht and sank it in 45 minutes, with the terrified crew fleeing for their lives on a life raft near Portugal.
Footage from November 1 shows the orcas circling and bumping the vessel, called Smousse while crew members Elliott, Augustin, Roman and Corentin were on board.
Augustin said that when they heard the boat shaking and a loud noise at the back of the yacht, they realised they were surrounded by orcas.

Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams has unequivocally declared her intention to defeat incumbent Republican Gov. Brian Kemp in an Election Day message. "My name is Stacey Abrams and I intend to be the next governor of the great state of Georgia," Abrams tweeted Tuesday, as voters head to the ballot box. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Yes.
Without a doubt, former President Donald Trump has not so quietly been hinting that, yes indeed, he will in fact run in 2024 and win back his old job. In fact, in Ohio on Monday night, he said this: “I’m going to be making a very big announcement on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Mar-a-Lago.”
He should.
As evidenced by his seriously enthusiastic supporters who attended his various fall rallies around the country in Florida or Pennsylvania or Wisconsin or Ohio or elsewhere, the former president stands a very serious chance of winning.

Inflation is hands down the most important issue on the minds of Americans on the eve of the midterm elections.
An Economist/YouGov poll taken of 1,500 American adults in the first week of November found that 68 percent say that they will be thinking about inflation “a lot” when casting a vote in this year’s election. That’s a higher share than any other issue—from the border, to guns, to abortion—save for the economy, which scores 73 percent. When asked what the single most important issue facing the country is right now, 27 percent say inflation, followed by 10 percent each for healthcare and the economy/jobs.

It seems we have the same scenario as the Presidential Elections!
Multiple videos that we received this morning show long lines in Anthem, Arizona with poll workers explaining that the Maricopa County machines are not working.
Instead of tabulating their ballot directly, voters are being told to put their ballot into a box under the tabulator so that their ballot may be tabulated at a later time downtown.
Voters are told to just drop their ballot into the open door seen below.

The polls all say the same thing: Republicans will reclaim the House and Senate.
The Republican know this. The Democrats know this. And most alarming, the political operatives know this. They also know what the internal polls say, which are inevitably worse for Democrats because such things aren't push polls done for public relations purposes.
What's a Democrat to do? We know the Democrats are determined. They are fighting. They've got the big guns of their party, President Obama, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and Joe Biden, out there on the campaign trail, each unwittingly blundering it up in his or her own way. LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) — Two boys not old enough to get a driver’s permit now face two charges of first-degree murder and arson in a fire that killed a mother and her young daughter on Oct. 31. Both suspects appeared for their first court hearing Monday afternoon from a WebEx virtual link at the Jefferson County courthouse, where their ages were revealed as 12 and 14. The two were arrested on Sunday. Because of the ages of the juvenile suspects, their names cannot be released under Colorado law. A defense motion to close the court hearing to the media was denied.

An early November storm could potentially dampen the chances for high in-person voter turnout Tuesday for California's midterm election as Southern California braces for strong winds, several inches of rain and up to 2 feet of snow in the mountains. (Snip) California candidates and political activists have already been urging people to cast ballots early at voting centers or by mailing in their ballots in advance of the inclement weather. “I think the evidence is clear,” Clinton said with a smirk.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Monday that the recent attack on her husband Paul will impact her decision on whether to retire from Congress if Republicans take control of the House.
In a sit-down interview on CNN's "AC360," Pelosi told Anderson Cooper that her decision "will be affected about what happened the last week or two."
The Speaker's comments come after her husband was hit with a hammer last month by a man who broke into the couple's San Francisco residence. She was in Washington, D.C. when the attack happened.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Monday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” that the Republican Party is “yielding to a cult” and a “thug” in former President Donald Trump.
Cooper said, “The former president of the United States, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, others have spread stories casting doubt on what happened, fomenting conspiracy theories. What do you have to say to them?”
Pelosi said, “It’s really sad for the country that people of that high visibility would separate themselves from the facts and the truth in such a blatant way. It’s really sad, and it is traumatizing to those affected by it. They don’t care about that, obviously.

The Democrats and their media accomplices keep telling us the Republicans are the fascists and autocrats hungry for power. But just the opposite is true. The Democrats themselves made it clear during the pandemic that they are the party of authoritarianism.
In the spring of 2020, this country went into a lockdown. As Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute has noted, government officials canceled public worship services, segregated the large cities, abolished in-person education, foisted masks on all the kids, destroyed millions of businesses, and censored speech

Pennsylvania Democratic lieutenant governor John Fetterman’s U.S. Senate campaign filed a lawsuit Monday against state election officials, arguing that mail ballots with an incorrect or blank date should be counted in Tuesday’s election.
Plaintiffs have asked a federal judge to order all mail ballots to be counted regardless of the date voters pen on the envelope. The lawsuit comes a week after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that officials should set aside and not count mail ballots with an incorrect or empty date.

On November 3, 2020, as election night rolled into election morning, Jill and Joseph Biden walked out alone on stage to stand before a crowd of brand-new Jeeps. “We feel good about where we are. We really do,” Joe Biden said to the occasional honk from the vehicles.
It was an odd scene on an odd election night—with Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania determined too close to call.
Just as oddsmakers and media pundits began tipping their hand—that somehow Trump had managed to pull it off again—network broadcasts announced, almost in unison, that states were largely done counting for the evening.

Pennsylvania voters were rushing to fix mistakes on their early ballots on Monday ahead of one of the nation's closest Senate races after the Supreme Court ruled inaccurate ballots would be thrown out.
Residents lined up in Philadelphia to correct errors in the move that also impacts Pittsburgh, two of the Keystone State's most populous areas that will be crucial in the final tallies.
They were taking in response to state Supreme Court orders in recent days that said mail-in ballots may not be counted if they lack accurate handwritten dates on the exterior envelopes.

President Joe Biden concluded his political rallies for the midterms at a historically black university in Maryland, telling students they were “just as smart” as other colleges in the United States.
Biden defended the “historic” $5.8 billion in funding he budgeted for HBCUs as president.
“HBCUs don’t have the endowments others have, but guess what, you’re just as smart, you’re just as bright, you’re just as good as any college in America,” Biden said.
“That money is to build laboratories and other things for the future that you need to have access to,” he added.
Biden’s comment recalls a number of racially insensitive comments he has made about black people.

Joe Biden’s delusional communications director told CNN viewers the Democrats are going to do well in Tuesday’s midterms because Biden is popular.

“Look, across the board what we’re seeing is enormous popularity for the Biden agenda,” Kate Bedingfield said.
81% of Americans are “dissatisfied” with the state of the economy according to the new left-leaning NBC poll.
This is the “second-highest number ever recorded,” NBC’s Chuck Todd said on Sunday.

1 in 3 Americans are hosting smaller Thanksgiving dinners and nearly 90% are cutting out at least one dish to save money.
Many Americans celebrating ‘Friendsgiving’ will be opting for a pizza instead of a traditional Thanksgiving turkey with fixings.
The budgets are tighter this year too. Many Americans will be spending less than $100 for their Thanksgiving food.

Should mail-in-votes that are undated or incorrectly dated be counted in Tuesday’s midterm elections? Common sense, state law, and a Pennsylvania court all say “no,” but Democrat Senate wannabe John Fetterman thinks otherwise and took his case to court Monday. Fetterman, who’s in a tight race (notice I didn’t say “neck and neck”) with Republican candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz, joined the Democrats’ U.S. House and Senate campaign arms and two Democratic voters to sue in a federal court in Pittsburgh, arguing that the handwritten date requirement is a burden and an attempt at voter suppression.

You can already see the jockeying for position for the “most somber take” award on the (hopefully) looming Democratic Election Day disaster. I read CNN’s pre-post-mortem (Is there such a thing?) and it’s a wallow. The headline is a snort in itself – every last drop of deep Democratic disappointment condensed into a sentence. Take a gander at this:
Democrats confront their nightmare scenario on election eve as economic concerns overshadow abortion and democracy worries
“Overshadow.” That’s it, right there in a nutshell.

Finally, the wait is over. There’s a little bit of NFL football to watch tonight and then it’s off to bed. When we all wake up, election day will be upon us. So where do things stand? Depending on who you ask, you’ll get a range of answers. Democrats are now convinced Nevada’s early voting totals mean they’ll pull the upset in the state’s senate race. Likewise, Republicans are confident that the late shift towards Mehmet Oz will deliver his senate race in Pennsylvania. All across the nation, there are conflicting projections ranging from a red wave to a Democrat shocker

Though rumors swirled throughout the day Monday that Donald Trump would announce a 2024 presidential run at his Ohio rally — and during parts of his rally it sounded like he would — Trump ended the rally by highlighting the terrible state of the economy, civil liberties, military readiness, education, and more in the United States, then imploring voters across the country to get out to the polls Tuesday and vote for Republican candidates. On Monday morning, Daily Caller congressional correspondent Henry Rodgers tweeted that there was a 50/50 chance that Trump would announce a 2024 run Monday night.

It is truly a new era at Twitter! Yet another tweet from Joe Biden’s official presidential account has been fact-checked!
In a tweet posted Sunday, Biden used a more flattering metric on gas prices—a major issue of the 2022 midterm elections—and got slapped with a context fact-check. “Right now, the most common price at gas stations across the country is $3.19 per gallon,” Biden tweeted Sunday. “That’s progress.” It’s also grossly misleading because the average price is $3.80/gallon—a full 61 cents higher than the price Biden quoted, and context has been added to the tweet to differentiate between the most common price and the average.

Normalville, Pennsylvania — If there were a way to illustrate the beginning, middle, and end of this election cycle in four powerful moments, I’d start with the faces of the men and women working on the construction of the Keystone pipeline, and the owners of the small businesses who supported them, that I witnessed days after President Joe Biden terminated their livelihoods.
These are people who work with their hands in the harshest of weather conditions digging trenches, cleaning feeder pipes, laying concrete, ensuring the proper fittings on the connecting pipes, and loading and unloading heavy materials by hand. That's not including the faces of the people who run the motels,
