Juan Mendoza, who previously worked for the Daily Caller, confronted Clinton while the former president was at a rally with Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar in Laredo, Texas. “Any comments on the allegations of your connection with Jeffrey Epstein?” Mendoza asked. “I think the evidence is clear,” Clinton said with a smirk.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Thursday she will step down from her leadership role after two decades in the post.
