Nancy Pelosi says husband's attack will
impact her retirement decision

Original Article

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Monday that the recent attack on her husband Paul will impact her decision on whether to retire from Congress if Republicans take control of the House. In a sit-down interview on CNN's "AC360," Pelosi told Anderson Cooper that her decision "will be affected about what happened the last week or two." The Speaker's comments come after her husband was hit with a hammer last month by a man who broke into the couple's San Francisco residence. She was in Washington, D.C. when the attack happened.

Comments:

Yeah she better stay at home more and keep him away from those “ bad guys”

How convenient!!!!! The perfect excuse to retire! Oh no.....it won't be because you lost the House and speakerphone. It will be because your husband's boy toy turned on him. Your a beard Nancy.

Remember that croquet mallet she carried through a Tea Party rally years ago? Then the lie when she accused Tea Partiers of spitting on a black representative with her? Remember her tearing up President Trumps speech two years ago? Not to mention all the vile underhanded legislation she has foisted on us? I wish that woman not-well. I wish her relentless humiliation the rest of her life and marital unhappiness with a husband who obviously does not love her. And yes, God will get me for those unpleasant wishes.

So that’s why this crazy incident took place before the election and not after. This is her Plan B if the Dems lose bigly today. If it had happened post election, well, people might have thought the whole thing was a hoax or something. So Nancy will toddle off with a toddy to take care of her poor injured Paul.

This whole story about Nancy’s husband just keeps getting stranger and stranger. The biggest part of this story that doesn’t make sense is why her husband, after opening the door to the police, didn’t use the opportunity to get away from the hammer welding intruder. Instead, he walked back to the intruder where he proceeded to get hit in the head with a hammer. It doesn’t make sense.

#1 nailed it. Does anyone know for certain that Paul was actually attacked? No photos, no doctor or hospital reports about his condition. He’s supposedly home now but did anyone see him arrive? There must be reporters stationed around their house, but not a peep. Finally, how does an octogenarian get hit in the head with a hammer, have brain surgery and go home in a week? I smell a setup.

This is a big loss because it may cost the GOP control of the Senate. But in Pennsylvania, they vote for the party and not for the person they want to represent them!

Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman was winning the outstanding in-person and absentee votes in Philadelphia and in a suburban county. At times early in the cycle, it seemed Fetterman would run away with the election after handily defeating his primary opponents, but Oz tightened the race, attacking Fetterman as soft on crime and relentlessly questioning whether his Democratic counterpart was fit to serve after he suffered a stroke in May.

He has been a great president," Pelosi responded. I have been pretty clear about my take on election fraud: it happens. How could it not? There is fraud in every aspect of human life, and we generally take precautions to minimize it. In elections? Not so much. It also rarely makes much of a difference, because committing massive fraud is difficult, requires the cooperation of significant numbers of people to pull off, and when it matters a lot the lawyers get involved. I think it happens a lot more than Democrats are willing to admit, but I also think it affects the outcomes of elections a lot fewer times than many Republicans suppose. It is a marginal
