The Democrats and their media accomplices keep telling us the Republicans are the fascists and autocrats hungry for power. But just the opposite is true. The Democrats themselves made it clear during the pandemic that they are the party of authoritarianism. In the spring of 2020, this country went into a lockdown. As Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute has noted, government officials canceled public worship services, segregated the large cities, abolished in-person education, foisted masks on all the kids, destroyed millions of businesses, and censored speech

No surprise, but democrats consider their Covid response to be one of their finest hours. The sanctimony and haranguing exhibited in their quest to control us was something they previously had only dreamed of. They reveled in their power to control us and would do it again if given another opportunity. We can never allow them to have that kind of power again. Their Covid response will be one of the factors which will lead to their defeat. You know what you have to do today, vote and encourage other like minded people to do the same. Vote and pray.

"In the mind of a Democrat, the solution to every problem, both the real and the imagined, is to place greater limits on freedom, and to tighten their grip on the country." There is another aspect to this, they fail at their declared goals and they lie about it. If discovered and confronted, they distort facts, lie, deny, and prevaricate. Then they offer non apologetic apologies. They NEVER accept true responsibility for their actions and therefore NEVER truly correct their behavior. Further, society does not hold them accountable. The media, courts, and bureaucracy do little or nothing to call them out and inflict punishment. Even the electorate is tepid about punishing dems as they ever increasingly encroach on our freedom. There is never a reckoning with the perpetrators ending up in jail or cast out. If people were never given speeding tickets, what would be the point of speed limits. Most people, emboldened by lack of enforcement, would not follow the limit. For those that did, there would be frustration and the sense that they were being played for fools. The dems refuse to follow the moral, ethical, and legal limits, the "speed limits", of our society. They are not held morally, ethically, or legally responsible. Conservatives are angry and feel like fools for obeying the rules of society that dems ignore. Dems are emboldened by their "immunity" to constraints. They have become dangerous monsters. This is who they now are, a result their own actions and of the elements of our society that they corrupted .

The Commiecrats actions early in the Dempanic were a bold, obvious, ruthless and remorseless mechanism to consolidate and cement control of the US. Their actions could be termed the 'Disabling Acts' of 2020.

If Democrats accepted true responsibility for their deeds, they will go away from public life never to return. That obviously isn’t happening. How to prevent them from inflicting further damage is the ONLY question in front of the voters.

The fake pandemic and the fake insurrection were used to good advantage and served two purposes, get rid of Donald Trump and show the American people who was boss. The joke backfired on the democrats, there will never be another believable pandemic and in the next insurrection we will be carrying more than stupid signs.

I wish I had seen more ads by R candidates reminding voters of the restrictions under the guise of covid for over a year. The shutting of churches, certain businesses, the schools and of course, the ridiculous masking, etc. And lest I forget, Gov Whitmer of MI stopping the purchase of vegetable seeds for home gardens. The Left really wanted a zombie apocalypse.

If GOP Takes Congress, Time To Unleash ‘Fascism’ 10 replies

The anticipated red tsunami didn’t hit the U.S. in the midterm elections, which is a disappointment. Even so, beginning next year the Republicans will probably have a majority in the House and likely 50 lawmakers or, possibly, even a slight majority of 51 in the Senate. If what the Democrats and their propagandists in the media have been saying for years is correct, we’ve now entered America’s fascist stage. It’s a lie, of course, but let’s play along and take a look at what to expect from this coming regime of “fascism.”

"The Red Wave.” If you’ve been watching Fox News and frequenting conservative websites the last few weeks (and this commentator admits he does more than his share of both), you were hearing how Republicans were going to have another one of those massive 2010-style seat pickups in the House. Win 56 seats in the Senate. Celebrate upsets in Michigan and even New York governors’ mansions. Yeah, right. Fox News commentators (yeah, doing it again) in the wee hours of Wednesday morning were struggling to justify salvaging at least a “Red Ripple.” Turned out to be a Red Puddle. Of blood.

You experience what Homer Simpson described as “that sweet couple of seconds before I remember why I’m sleeping on the lawn.” You feel around and breathe a sigh of relief that you are still indoors, slowly open one eye, see your spouse glaring at you, and it all floods back. You had too much fun last night. Sleepy Joe Biden may have trouble shuffling onto, and especially off of, a stage. But at the podium at Union Station Wednesday last, America’s counterfeit chief executive managed a nifty little two-step that made it official: Grand Theft Election II is coming to a polling place near you. Step One: Dredge up the Meticulously Concocted “Big Lie” Narrative. As previously highlighted on these pages, the January 6 show trials on Capitol Hill and before hanging judges in D.C. courts bundled hyperbole and one-sided testimony into a fabulist storyline: that an infuriated President Trump and disparate collaborators executed a massive and unlawful conspiracy,

The closer we got to the midterm elections, the more desperate Democrats have been to either downplay the crime wave or blame it all on Republicans. But it turns out that the FBI has been making it more difficult to get accurate crime data as well. For months, Democrats and the press have argued that crime isn’t as bad as it’s being made to seem and that Republicans are sensationalizing it to scare voters. “If it’s the fall of a year ending in an even number, you can be pretty sure Republicans will try to scare you with paranoia

Benjamin Franklin was a prodigious inventor. He created devices to fulfill a need or desire. We find nothing strange about this today, it is a classic description of how the marketplace operates. We forget that in Europe, before and during colonial times, there was an upper class and commoners. The upper class was made of owners who made the rules, the commoners were workers who obeyed the rules. If there was a need to be fulfilled the ruling class made that decision. Commoners stayed desperately poor. The wilderness of America changed this hierarchy.

David Strom at Hot Air noticed something in the Democrats’ campaign messaging as the midterm elections draw near. Namely, the emergence of a talking point about how if Republicans win control of Congress they will “crash the economy.” There’s only one reason to say this. Democrats know they’ve set the economy on course to crash and they’re hoping to blame Republicans when it does. Describing Republicans as a threat to democracy hasn’t swayed voters, and not for lack of trying. President Biden gave a speech on Wednesday once again accusing Republicans of this crime. His party has only lost support despite two years of pushing this line.

Turn on the television, listen to the radio, or take a stroll through the internet. Democrats and their media confederates are busy dishing out the nonsense in helpings large enough to choke a giant. Either they are intentionally trying to deceive, or they are extraordinarily puerile. Or both. There are no other possibilities. To listen to the Democrats as they go begging for votes, to consume the tripe that their helpers in the press are putting out, one would think the Republicans are fascist white supremacists who will kill democracy while setting up themselves in a permanent position of unchallengeable power.

With the 2022 midterm elections less than a week away, it’s easy to be obsessed with the outcome of the vote. If recent polls are correct, this will be a “red wave” election in which Congress is returned to GOP control. But there’s another “red wave”: The one that’s washing over the Big Media and Social Media. Along with jokingly calling himself the “Chief Twit,” he promises major changes at the popular social-messaging site, with a total of 1.3 billion accounts

"I embellish for impact. You are a fabulist. He is a bald-faced liar.” Versions of this emotive, or “irregular,” conjugative form were made famous by the BBC comedy “Yes, Minister/Prime Minister,” a show that to this day offers a clearer view of political reality than, well, anything else ever. Usually, this technique is deployed to cover one’s own odd actions while simultaneously trashing another person (not in the room) for acting the same way; for example, to quote the show: “I have an independent mind, you are eccentric, he is round the twist.” But now, thanks to the Washington Post

Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman was winning the outstanding in-person and absentee votes in Philadelphia and in a suburban county. That meant essentially that most of Dr. Mehmet Oz’s votes had been counted and allowed the Associated Press to call the race early Wednesday for Fetterman. At times early in the cycle, it seemed Fetterman would run away with the election after handily defeating his primary opponents, but Oz tightened the race, attacking Fetterman as soft on crime and relentlessly questioning whether his Democratic counterpart was fit to serve after he suffered a stroke in May.

I have been pretty clear about my take on election fraud: it happens. How could it not? There is fraud in every aspect of human life, and we generally take precautions to minimize it. In elections? Not so much. It also rarely makes much of a difference, because committing massive fraud is difficult, requires the cooperation of significant numbers of people to pull off, and when it matters a lot the lawyers get involved. I think it happens a lot more than Democrats are willing to admit, but I also think it affects the outcomes of elections a lot fewer times than many Republicans suppose. It is a marginal
