People in the industry refer to your email list as your “owned audience,” but it turns out you might not own it after all. The companies that run the major email systems tend to be on the left. My own organization moved away from MailChimp on account of apparent political bias that obstructed our ability to send emails, without restriction, to tens of thousands of email subscribers. Now, the Republican National Committee is suing Google, alleging that Gmail is discriminating against Republicans during a crucial fundraising season: "The Republican National Committee is suing Google for its allegedly biased diversion of emails into recipients’ spam folders —

Last week, 33 of the 38 emails in my spam folder were from Republican candidates or from My Pillow, even though I am a long-time customer. And yet, my regular inbox still had ads for ED and other junk. And this was not Google mail. I think it’s happening everywhere.

No email marketer has the ability to send to their entire list "without restriction". RNC or otherwise. Yeah, maybe in the 90's. But not now. First off, there are laws. Second, email marketing platforms can get their servers' ip addresses marked as spam senders. So it's in their best interest to closely watch what their customers send.

I started my morning with calls to my phone at 8:31 AM...and it continued until I finally answered the phone and gave them hell...the law states they cannot call till 8:30 AM...hence the call one minute after that time....the democrats are so desperate that they "intrude" no matter what time...and all the soros munchkins out registering voters is a joke...who will validate all those registrations....a drivers license is NOT valid proof of citizenship...President Trump is right...WE must show up at the polling places in such numbers...soros cannot cheat....

Decades ago I rented server space from a company called West Host. I registered my last name as a domain name through them. For years my email address has been firstname@lastname.org. Their servers host the mails and my Thunderbird goes and gets them. I have total control of all my emails. You’re probably thinking, “This is too difficult, too expensive..” No, and no. Their tech people will help you set up your account, server space, and email. Expensive? $35 a quarter. FYI, I’m not from West Host. You can do this through a lot of hosting companies, like GoDaddy. I have other domain names registered through them ($14 a year). Don’t be afraid to take this tech plunge, folks. The trickiest thing will getting your domain name. But thanks to the many extensions (.com .org .net….) it’s easier than it was.

Twitter employees have penned an open letter to soon-to-be boss Elon Musk and the Board of Directors begging to keep their jobs, after the Washington Post reported that Musk is planning to get rid of nearly 75% of the company's 7,500 workers - whittling Twitter down to a 'skeleton' staff of just over 2,000. "Elon Musk’s plan to lay off 75% of Twitter workers will hurt Twitter’s ability to serve the public conversation," reads a draft of the letter, which has not yet been published. "A threat of this magnitude is reckless, undermines our users’ and customers’ trust in our platform, and is a transparent act of worker intimidation."

I have to wonder how George Zimmerman felt upon reading about the shooting death of Kansas City firefighter Anthony Santi, 41. Ten years ago, after getting his head pounded into the concrete for a minute or more, Zimmerman famously shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Although Martin attacked the much smaller Zimmerman without provocation, and eyewitness evidence supported Zimmerman's claims of self-defense, the media and the woke mobs frightened state prosecutors into charging Zimmerman with second-degree murder and ruining his life. Santi's shooter, by contrast, faces no consequences whatsoever, not even a review before a grand jury. According to the Kansas City Star, Jackson County prosecutor Jean Peters Baker,

Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. Xander was unable to explain why he preferred the scent of a Chuckie doll to most human contact but Frieda never judged him. One of the more loathsome people to pollute the American political landscape in recent years is Georgia’s Stacey Abrams. Despite what the Democratic advocacy hacks in the mainstream media would have you believe, Abrams is the loudest and most vehement election denier in the land. She has been for four years now. Abrams has never once admitted to losing to Brian Kemp in the last Georgia gubernatorial election. She’s currently trailing the incumbent Kemp by double digits,

President Biden premised his cancelation or forgiveness of student loans of up to $20,000 per person on “the financial harms of the pandemic.” However, a Wall Street Journal editorial duly noted that “the government had halted student loan payments since 2020, holding borrowers harmless. A month before he declared the pandemic ‘over,’ Biden extended that student loan pause through Dec. 31.” Biden’s “plan,” as he calls it, is blatantly unconstitutional. It’s not unfair to say that everything about it is wrong. The only question is whether any party has legal standing to challenge it. Indeed, Biden has altered the “plan” since the original announcement to exacerbate the standing issue for possible challengers.

As of Friday, it will be illegal to buy, sell, or transfer handguns in the country of Canada. According to the announcement by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, “people cannot buy, sell, or transfer handguns within Canada, nor can they bring newly acquired handguns into the country.” “With handgun violence increasing across Canada, it is our duty to take urgent action to remove these deadly weapons from our communities,” Trudeau said in the statement. There are approximately 1.1 million handguns already in Canada, meaning Mr. Trudeau’s desire to “remove these deadly weapons from our communities” means the Mounties are going to be very busy grabbing guns.

In January of 2021, The New York Times promoted a book titled How To Blow Up a Pipeline by transparently radical author Andreas Malm. On Thursday, the Times directly promoted Malm by publishing his guest essay under the headline "History May Absolve the Soup Throwers." That's too tender a headline, for Malm thinks soup throwing at a Van Gogh painting isn't optimal: "I tend to think sabotage is most effective when it is precise and gritty. When activists from the same group smashed gas stations in April this year, they hit the nail on the head. Gasoline, unlike a van Gogh painting, is a fuel of global warming.

It isn’t usually hard to understand liberals’ policy positions. They want money and power, and you can generally see how their policies give them more money and more power. But the current “trans” mania is an exception to that principle. Why have liberals gone crazy over an issue–or, perhaps, a fad–that was unknown a few years ago? Over a segment of the population that barely exists? I can’t explain it. Around the country, doctors and hospitals are performing sex-change operations on minors. Vanderbilt was doing this until a video emerged of a staffer saying how lucrative such operations are. But sex change operations on minors continue. To name just one example,

It looks like Stacey Abrams was getting into the Halloween spirit during a recent event with Oprah Winfrey. Abrams, who is running a likely-doomed campaign to oust Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, had a conversation with the media mogul about her race, which isn’t going so well at the moment. She used the opportunity to try to gin up support by scaring the crap out of the audience. She made some rather questionable comments in an effort to terrify voters into supporting her over Kemp, who is giving her a thorough thrashing in the polls. During the discussion, Abrams implied that Georgia residents will have no healthcare if her opponent wins.

Is President Biden running for reelection? “I have not made that formal decision but it’s my intention . . . to run again and we’ll have time to make that decision,” Biden told MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart in an “exclusive interview” that must have been premised on an agreement not to ask difficult questions. “Dr. Biden is for it?” Capehart asked. Patrick Reilly observes in his New York Post story — “Earth to Joe” — that Capehart’s follow-up question “was met with a long, awkward silence as Biden appeared to glance toward the floor in the sit-down interview that aired Friday night.” I would say “as Biden appeared to zone out.”

Republican lawmakers have introduced more than a dozen impeachment resolutions targeting Biden, Kamala Harris, and controversial Cabinet members, including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Secretary of State Antony Blinken,

Sharing the article written by Washington Examiner senior political correspondent David Drucker on his Truth Social platform, Trump added a brief message. "A BIG MISTAKE!" Washington — Plastic recycling rates are declining even as production shoots up, according to a Greenpeace USA report out Monday that blasted industry claims of creating an efficient, circular economy as "fiction." Titled "Circular Claims Fall Flat Again," the study found that of 51 million tons of plastic waste generated by U.S. households in 2021, only 2.4 million tons were recycled, or around five percent. After peaking in 2014 at 10 percent, the trend has been decreasing, especially since China stopped accepting the West's plastic waste in 2018. Virgin production — of non-recycled plastic, that is — meanwhile is rapidly rising as the

President Biden attacked Republicans in a speech to the Democratic National Committee headquarters on Monday, stoking claims that Republicans would "crash the economy" in an attempt to force him to gut Medicare. Biden also used the opportunity to coin the term "Mega-MAGA trickle down," which is how he has chosen to refer to Republican economic policies. The president went on to name House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, arguing that he and his fellow Republicans would grow the deficit by $3 trillion if their priorities were to pass. He also argued the party plans to use the deficit as a bludgeon against him.

One of the core strengths of the late, great, sorely missed, Rush Limbaugh was his ability and willingness to constantly reground his listeners concerning basic truths. We tend to forget basics in the heat of political battle, usually to the detriment of conservative causes and candidates. An excellent current example of this has to do with polling. I cannot believe how many conservative pundits, radio/podcast hosts and writers react to polls early in the season with dismay or even panic. “Beto is within three points of Abbot!” “Fetterman up seven over Oz? How can that be?” The answer is: you’re right, it can't be. It isn't true.
