WASHINGTON — The House committee investigating the Capitol riot won’t give Donald Trump the chance to turn a possible live TV appearance of his subpoenaed testimony into a “circus” and “food fight” as lawmakers try to ensure he complies with their demands, the panel’s vice chair said Sunday.
The committee is demanding Trump’s testimony under oath next month as well as records relevant to its investigation. To avoid a complicated and protracted legal battle, Trump reportedly had told associates he might consider complying with the subpoena if he could answer questions during live testimony.
When asked if the committee would consider taking his testimony live,

U.S. District Judge Wendy Berger refused to block Florida school districts from carrying out a new state law that restricts instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation in classrooms, rejecting arguments by parents, students, and a non-profit organization.
This is the second time in less than a month that a federal judge has blocked cases that attempt to challenge the controversial law.

Just bringing up the idea of election fraud is tantamount to treason.

During the Trump Administration, every “fact checker” in America needed you to know that every bit of hyperbole Donald Trump spewed out was a “lie,” not an intentional exaggeration for effect and that the Babylon Bee was not a credible news source.
