Joe Biden: $7 a Gallon Gas in California
‘Always Been the Case’

President Joe Biden during a visit to Los Angeles on Thursday dismissed gas prices in California reaching nearly seven dollars a gallon. The president spoke with reporters briefly after getting tacos with local Democrats in Los Angeles. When asked to react to prices reaching nearly seven dollars a gallon in California, Biden replied, “Well, that’s always been the case here.” Biden argued that gas prices were still down nationwide from the previous highs in the summer, even though they have gone back up as much as 30 cents a gallon in some areas. “You know, it’s not, what, nationwide, they came down about $1.35,” he said. “And they’re still down

When is the last time Crooked Joe paid for anything out of his own pocket? He certainly doesn't pay for gas; he rides around in a convoy of limousines when he's not flying on helicopters and jet aircraft paid for by the saps.

Last time Sleepy Creepy Crooked President Uncle Joe actually paid to have his gas tank filled, it cost $7. For the whole tank. Full service -- you wouldn't expect Uncle Joe to pump his own gas, would you. (I do remember the old days of really low gas prices, like around 1972 or so. A buck would get you a quarter of a tank, and you could fill up an empty tank for around $5. Self service, though. It was like 24.9c a gallon. 38c for full service, but I couldn't afford that.)

Wasn't always the case, prices in CA used to be the same as most places. Only when Democrats took over in the 90s, imposed special blends and taxed like it was booze or worse did the prices go sky high.

Those who suffer from dementia shrug off what they don't understand, and / or create their own realities. When my late best friend was spirited out to California and placed in an assisted living facility, Mrs. Lakerman and I called him almost daily. A standard question to him was, "what did you have for breakfast?" His answer was always, "Institutional food - nothing remarkable." But he praised his son, who tricked him into moving to California, for taking him to a nude beach on a weekly basis. I asked the son about that, and he explained that there was no nude beach, jut a regular beach on the Pacific Ocean, but we agreed that if his dad believed they were on a nude beach, that was as good as being on an actual nude beach.
