Vice President Kamala Harris was involved in a one-car crash on a closed roadway in Washington, D.C., which the Secret Service initially misreported as a "mechanical failure," according to a report.
The Monday morning crash has sent shock waves through the Secret Service, according to insiders speaking with the Washington Post. While the vice president wasn't injured, the nature of the accident has raised the question of how such a careless incident was able to occur within the prestigious agency.
The SUV carrying Harris hit a curb of a tunnel with such force that the tire had to be replaced. The vice president was moved to another vehicle

Why must everyone go to these stupid, 2-part, kitschy headlines. "VEEP Impact" - adds nothing to anything besides someone thinking that they're clever. Leave the childishness to the Daily Mail, please.

Ahem, two questions :
1. Was the world famous fellatrix, Kamala Harris, sitting up front next to the driver of the SUV ?
2. Was Heels Up Harris demonstrating her well honed skills on the Secret Service Driver the cause of the accident by distracting the Secret Service Agent at a vital moment? Not beyond the realm of possibilities.

I watched one go by Tinker AFB on the interstate back during the Bush years. They were really hauling. There were a couple of rented station wagons at the back with (presumably) Secret Service guys on the tailgates and they were hanging on for dear life. It looked like the Indy 500 out there.

Well, if she won't go willingly, she might need a little help from her friends......in Arkansas. Certainly looks like an attempted Arkancide to me. Move over, Kam, Hillary needs a place to land as Joe continues talking to dead people. Not long now and Hill just wants to be in position. Heh, heh, heh.

Mechanical failure......I am NOT buying that. ALL vehicles for the last 55 years have had dual circuit brakes, so it couldn't be brake failure.
STEERING failure....meaning the idiot steering the vehicle screwed up.

Who freakin cares? She is not essential at all. She's part of a criminal organization that stole an election. The Secret Service should stand down and refuse to guard either of them.

The Agents are getting younger with the passage of time. They're now reaching down into the cell phone generation who can't navigate the physical world without incident.

The vehicle hit a curb. I can see that. The roads around D.C. aren't always in good shape, and this agent was probably driving too fast as well. Those large GMC SUVs aren't sports cars and don't handle that way, but that doesn't stop people from driving them like they are. I guess the agent was in a hurry to get mattress back under cover before she opened her mouth again.

With the size of those large shoe box SUVs the driver thought it would handle like a sports car and was speeding. It is common to hit a curb and blow a tire or possibly flip the vehicle. My wife did it with a large, rented Ford Bronco because she was driving it like her personal smaller car. Maybe we will get a word salad speech from Harris about safety or dangers of an internal combustion engine that would be great to hear.

The video shows it was unavoidable considering the very heavy traffic the motorcade was in.
