Lake v Hobbs Case in Arizona *DISMISSED*.
We’re Sure You Can Guess Why…

Late last month, The Gateway Pundit published a story about the testimony of a former voting machine tester, Clay Parikh, who was an expert witness in a lawsuit calling for Arizona to cease use of electronic voting machines. Earlier this month, TGP had the opportunity to sit down and interview Mr. Parikh. He also gave a statement at the Mike Lindell Moment of Truth Summit here. Yesterday, however, the effort to ban electronic voting machines with super secret source code and private equity firm ownership came to a screeching halt in Lake v. Hobbs. The case was dismissed, once again, alleging that Kari Lake did not have standing

Just who does have standing. The courts have proven thereselves to be worthless for voter integrity and ruling on the clear fraud. Somehow the electorate must break through this corrupt system and elect officials that will fix our broken system. Good luck the fraud can be out in the open and it doesnt matter.

I am getting so sick of this garbage from the biased and leftist courts in this country. If the candidate has no standing in something that concerns HER, then who does exactly? Courts have mostly gone down the drain into the sewage pit they have resembled for a long time.

#4, Nailed it. The judiciary is awash in democrat ideologues who believe their agenda trumps the Constitution and rule of law. The ballot box is our solution but it is time consuming and we are at a tipping point in this country where it is possible to reach the point of no return before any meaningful change can be made.

Resubmit to a higher authority. "no standing" is a judge's way of saying, "I don't want this case!". A coward's way out. If a person or those they represent are affected by an outcome, they HAVE standing.

The first Moon rocket launched by NASA in five decades is expected to take off Monday morning from the Kennedy Space Center on Florida's coast that will be watched by Vice President Kamala Harris. Launch teams spent a final full day of preparations ahead of the planned liftoff of NASA's giant next-generation Artemis I rocket on its debut test flight, kicking off the agency's moon-to-Mars program 50 years after the end of Apollo. NASA officials said on Sunday that all systems appeared 'go' for liftoff, and weather forecasts called for an 80 percent chance of favorable conditions at the top of Monday's two-hour launch window, starting at 8:33am ET,

GOP Senator Lindsey Graham has warned there will be 'riots in the streets' if Donald Trump is indicted over his mishandling of classified documents. Graham suggested there was a two-tiered legal system based along political lines in support of Joe Biden and against the former president. 'Most Republicans, including me, believe when it comes to Trump, there is no law. It's all about getting him,' Graham said to Fox News on Sunday night. 'There is a double standard when it comes to Trump. What happened with Hunter Biden is that the FBI weighed in to make sure the story didn't break before the 2020 election.

Back before the bad orange man did bad orange things and scrambled the brains of everyone working within the beltway, the FBI used to actually solve crimes and handle real threats to American national security. It didn’t just run around crying about Russia and attacking enemies of people with blue hair, it did a good job of fighting crime. Well, one man from those older days at the FBI is now tearing into his former agency for involving itself in the Stasi-like Mar-a-Lago raid, calling the raid something that the feds are “going to regret.” That man is Kevin Brock, the retired assistant director of the FBI.

Director, actor, and longtime Democrat activist Rob Reiner was incredulous at the notion that the media censored coverage of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal in the run-up to the 2020 election–a fact which is no longer in dispute. Reiner’s comments came during a discussion Friday on HBO’s “Real Time” when host Bill Maher mentioned the recent controversy surround author Sam Harris’ claims on a podcast that the media and big tech were justified in censoring the story of Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” during the 2020 election in order to stop Donald Trump’s re-election. “They were talking about the Hunter Biden laptop which was a story,” Maher said,

In the transition from gas-powered vehicles to electric, the fuel every automaker is after these days is cold hard cash. Established automakers and startups alike are rolling out new battery-powered models in an effort to meet growing demand. Ramping up production of a new model was already a fraught and expensive process, but rising material costs and tricky regulations for federal incentives are squeezing coffers even further. Prices of the raw materials used in many electric-vehicle batteries — lithium, nickel and cobalt — have soared over the last two years as demand has skyrocketed, and it may be several years before miners

It's only a day since we reported on California’s intention to outlaw sales of new combustion-engined vehicles from 2035, and already the ripples are being felt across the nation. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) that governs motor vehicle emissions for the state adopted new rules that will require 35% of the new cars sold in the state are electric or plug-in hybrids by 2026, with that percentage rising to 68% by 2030 and 100% by 2035. California has a waiver from the federal government to set its own air quality rules, and other states are allowed to opt into its regulations, which are typically more stringent than the national standards.
