The CDC’s Big Fail On COVID-19: Where’s
The Real Accountability?

Original Article

Americans, good natured as they are, often assume that government agencies deserve an implicit trust from the public that they’re sworn to serve, and that they will not violate that trust. When they do, there have to be consequences. That’s certainly the case after our two-and-a-half year COVID-19 nightmare. It can no longer be denied that our government’s bureaucratic response to the dreaded Wuhan flu was inadequate at best, near-criminal at worst. And now the reckoning has begun. That can be seen in the Centers for Disease Control’s new “guidance” on COVID, which is essentially an institutional mea culpa

Yes. Just a reshuffle and a weak "mea culpa," then the expectation of total absolvement for all the harm the CDC did. Not good enough. And when will ivermectin be accepted instead of demonized. I know people right now who could benefit greatly from being able to get it.

How about admitting that Fauci and Gates engineered the death of thousands by pushing their expensive drug Remdisivir and vents as standard hospital care, while withholding early proven treatments like HCQ and Ivermectin.

Walensky's mea culpa admitted no fault for the underlying problems. If read closely, it was only an admission that if she could do it again, she'd make every radical, ineffective policy even more so.

The ONLY way we conservatives can fight back against these mentally-I’ll leftists in power, indeed, the ONLY way we can even SURVIVE will be to stand up identify ourselves to each other and associate with and do business ONLY with each other. What I am calling for is for us America Firsters to demonstrate our PATRIOTIC COMMITMENT and ECONOMIC POWER by establishing a PARALLEL ECONOMY that shuns all enemies, domestic and foreign. Is ANYONE with me?

For starters...How about DOD mandating an experimental jab on ALL of its members and then rejecting any objections by the service members. And how about the 50 pregnant women who were given the Pfizer jab and 22 of these women who subsequently lost their child...and all the cities who wouldn't allow you to shop or eat in a restaurant because of the BS guidelines from CDC, and all the doctors and pharmacists who were persecuted about telling the truth about the virus and about the therapeutics that could fix the sickness , and all the children who had their youth stolen because they had to wear a pathogen laden face diaper everyday...yes there sure as he!! needs to be a reckoning.

Secretary of Defense Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Milley made the entire U.S. vulnerable to attack because of their nutty policy on kung Flu clot shots for all members of the military. Those who refused were forced out. The idiotic policy from the morbidly obese Ebony and Ivory on Kung Flu should be forced out of their respective positions, and would be, if we had a sentient president. The combination of the Afghanistan debacle and the Kung Flu idiocy should taint them so badly, even MSNBC would refuse to hire them. And every voter who supported Dementia Jo should have to say 50 Hail Marys and lose their voting privileges for a decade.

We as citizens owe no 'implicit trust' to those who rule us. Even those we elect must earn our trust and, sadly, so often fall short. But as for largely faceless administrative functionaries - bureaucrats - we are fools if we should accord them anything beyond simply hoping they do their jobs. They are afforded way too much power by those we elect who pass laws that are lazily written allowing civil 'servants' to become our civil masters. I would wish that cleaning house in DC was more than just gaining back control of the Congress. I would wish that it focused on dispersing the power of the Federal bureaucracy outside the Beltway and across the country as well as winnowing down the size of this apparatus.

Totally political from the start. You could tell because they acted like they were so sure what the procedures would be, and that they would work. They had all the answers, which, of course, they actually didn’t. But, they thought they could get away with it because DC is all leftist Trump-hating people.

In the decade of the 2000s, I began traveling for business to many parts of Asia, pretty much dotted over the whole landscape, excepting China, many parts of the former soviet union, so I needed many new, unusual vaccinations. I checked the CDC web site and got all the perhaps dozen vaccinations required. Today, I don't trust ANYTHING the CDC puts out, and am done with vaccinations, perhaps forever. Certainly any "new style" mRNA vaccines for anything are on my personal "prohibited" list. CDC is now worthless, needs to be GONE, entirely. They have so thoroughly and completely converted themselves in to a totally political-pharma support operation, and abandoned the "safeguard the American public" mission that they were created for that they just need to be erased. I do not believe that they can be reformed, and certainly not from within or with ANY of the existing staff remaining employed.

No one at the CDC especially that idiot Rochelle Walensky who has due to her politicization of that institution made it a joke will be held accountable. It's is sad and pathetic that instead of having the health and welfare of We the People in mind the CDC only had the Bidumb Regime and Big Pharma's interest in mind. Walensky's fake mea culpa is just like that other idiot Leana Wen's. Too little too late. I will NEVER trust the CDC with anything again (not that I did much to begin with). Furthermore anything China Wuhan Flu related from them especially anymore 'vaccine booster" will be ignored period.

Social media companies were part of what Time magazine called “an extraordinary shadow effort” whose objective was to prevent Donald Trump from being reelected in 2020. Two years later, and surely emboldened by their success, they are back, their sights set on throwing the midterm elections to the Democrats. There can be no doubt that social media is aligned with the left in a political cleansing of Republican candidates and voters. According to the Time article, The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election, “a well-funded cabal of powerful people” “successfully pressured

As soon as President Biden took office, the number of foreigners crossing the southern U.S. border illegally exploded. When asked about it in his first press conference in March 2021, Biden brushed it off, saying “this happens every year” and “nothing has changed.” [snip] This chart proves that everything Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas have said about tackling the border crisis were flagrant lies. The chart compares monthly “apprehensions” at the border under Biden with the average monthly apprehensions from 2012 through 2020.

A new poll finds that more than half of Americans think the U.S. is being invaded by illegal aliens flooding into the country. And they are right, no matter what President Joe Biden claims, or how diligently the mainstream press tries to cover it up. “More than half (54%) of Americans think it’s at least somewhat true that we’re experiencing an invasion at the southern border,” according to the NPR/Ipsos poll. That is a shocking finding, given the denials from the administration that there is a crisis at all, and the fact that the mainstream media will cover anything but the flood of illegal immigrants under Biden.

President Joe Biden signed the inappropriately named “Inflation Reduction Act” last Friday. Aside from the fact that even non-partisan analyses show the bill will have a negligible impact on actual inflation, one specific provision is raising red flags. In the plan, the Internal Revenue Service gets a fresh $80 billion in funding, with $45.6 billion of that slated for “enforcement” measures. This will involve the hiring of more than 87,000 new IRS agents. If past is prologue, it’s reasonable to expect this spells bad news for lower-income Americans. The Congressional Budget Office estimates this new investment in the IRS will generate

Joe Biden’s $700 billion Inflation Reduction Act passed both the Senate and House without a single vote from Republicans. It has zero redeeming value and is the most wretched bill out of Washington since Obamacare was approved in 2010. The GOP has to take it off the books. As we pointed out in this space weeks ago, the entire bill is a lie. It has nothing whatsoever to do with inflation and, in fact, won’t reduce it at all. The University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Wharton Budget Model says the IRA’s “impact on inflation is statistically indistinguishable from zero.” Bill Adams, chief economist for Comerica Bank, says it won’t

In a major reversal, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.V., struck a deal with Senator Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to enact a major climate, entitlement, and tax bill. This legislation has been praised by President Biden, Al Gore, and other proponents of highly progressive policies. Dubbed the “Inflation Reduction Act of 2022,” Senate Democrats voted to pass this bill only 11 days after releasing its 725 pages of text. House Democrats followed suit five days later. Democrats pushed this bill so rapidly through Congress that the Congressional Budget Office estimates it won’t be able to “provide a complete cost estimate for the legislation” until more than a week after Congress passed it.

Recently, a number of government economists, including Fed chief Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, along with non-economist President Joe Biden, have suggested that, despite two quarterly declines in U.S. GDP, the country is not in a recession. “What is a recession? He reminded me that when engaged in a philosophical debate, as opposed to the 9th grade Debating Challenge, the point is not simply to vanquish one’s opponent but to find the truth. In order to do the former one may use any means fair or foul to destroy the opponent. For the latter one must do the exact opposite and represent one’s opponent’s position in the strongest terms possible.

They suggest, “the way to seek real freedom will be to use procedures consistent with popular rule.” Of course, the piece is polished sewage: tyranny of the majority is a very real, and very dangerous threat to the individual, (perhaps they should go read Federalist 10, but they likely wouldn’t understand that either).
