Schiff: Trump First Person ‘Without
Character’ in the Oval Office

Original Article

Posted By: ladydawgfan, 8/23/2022 8:44:34 AM

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that former President Donald Trump was the first president of the United States “without character.” Schiff said, “We have seen a pattern with Donald Trump, and that is when he’s not held accountable. He goes on to commit worse misconduct. He wasn’t held accountable for his Russia misconduct that led to Ukraine. He wasn’t held accountable for the worst misconduct in Ukraine that led to a literal attack on our democracy on January 6.” He continued, “If he’s not held accountable and ever given an opportunity to exercise power again, we can expect things that are worst still.

Comments:

A little projection there, Schiff-for-brains?? Worried about what might happen in the 2024 elections??? BTW, there is nothing wrong with President Trump’s character. He isn't a bs merchant like yourself and he calls it like it is.

Schiff for brains confusing having character with being a character. He is way too much of a character to accuse Trump of having no character, much less being the first in the WH to have none. (Bubba and Barry already took care of that 'first', anyway) Trump frequently shows a shortage of manners and sometimes his character is not clearly seen. But he's a man of honor, a little sensitive at times, but seems ultimately to believe what he says and do what he believes. I'd chalk that up to good character. Madman Schiffhead needs to get lost.

Wisconsin Senate Democrat candidate Mandela Barnes claimed last July that national parks “weren’t made for the enjoyment of people who weren’t white.” Speaking on the “Black Oxygen” podcast, Barnes suggested national parks are a part of the systemically racist fabric of America because the “parks are on land that was indigenous.” “It’s important to create more welcoming spaces because things haven’t always felt welcome,” he said. “And that’s historical, just that perspective, given the fact that national parks weren’t made for the enjoyment of people who weren’t white. Israel Prime Minister Yair Lapid’s request to hold an emergency telephone conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden to discuss the nascent nuclear deal with Iran has been rebuffed with the excuse that the American president “is on vacation,” Israeli media reported on Wednesday. According to Israel’s Channel 13, Lapid sought to speak with Biden in an attempt to prevent a return to the 2015 JCPOA nuclear pact but U.S. officials denied the request, informing Lapid Biden “is on vacation.” The two will eventually hold the call, the report said. The next time Republicans control all three branches of government they may wish to visit an old idea - the flat tax. When magazine publisher and Republican Steve Forbes ran for president in 1996, the flat tax was at the heart of his campaign. Forbes lost the nomination to Bob Dole, who lost the election to Bill Clinton. Coupled with a serious reduction in wasteful and unnecessary spending, a flat tax could revive the economy for decades to come. Forbes proposed a 17 percent flat tax with generous exemptions of $13,000 for each adult and $5,000 for each child. He proposed eliminating "unfair double taxation of personal savings, Social Security, pensions,
