The FBI search warrant authorizing a government raid of former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence sought an exhaustive list of any White House records the president ever came in contact with, according to the document obtained by The Federalist.
Outlining the “property to be seized” by the more than 30 agents who rummaged through the former president’s Mar-a-Lago mansion, the warrant demanded confiscation of any document Trump ever saw, read, or created for the entirety of his four years as commander-in-chief.
(snip)
In other words, had Trump written something down on a napkin, federal officials were authorized to raid the former president’s home and capture it.

Fishing expedition. The Establishment is terrified of a populist mindset taking hold in America.

This is a deep sea fishing expedition. If Trump has any classified documents I’m sure he declassified all of them and vetted the possession with his WH Lawyers. This is going nowhere and in the end will only make him stronger!

This is classic “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” mentality. They take anything and everything and then will point to certain documents and claim THOSE are the justification for the search. It's a fishing expedition. Further, the "fish" they have are minnows, at best, documents the national archives might like, JUST LIKE EVERY PREVIOUS PRESIDENT, but that a president might also have a claim to. These things are worked out over time and are NOT criminal acts.
No criminal act SHOULD mean no warrant should have been issued. But the FBI/DOJ did the same thing they did with the FISA warrants in 2016+, they LIED to justify their otherwise illegal surveillance of US citizens.
They will not stop this behavior until they are FORCED to stop by complete disassembly of the bureaucratic agencies and strong safeguards against political actions by any new agencies created. At this point, terrorists are not the greatest threat to the US, our bureaucracies and corrupt elected officials are.

As a number of lawyers have said….this breaches the 4th Amendment. Search and Seizure is too broad. Now what can be done about it?

But the warrant was indeed narrow in scope. It ONLY covered any and everything President Trump may have seen, touched or smelled during his entire 4 year term plus any other box nearby.

Do not comply. Withdraw your consent. Go about your business. What would happen if the West Virginia coal mines just keep digging coal? What if the oil companies just start drilling on their leaseholds? What if the refineries just start refining? What if Red America just ignored all the three letter agencies, tore up their violation notices and didn't appear at their hearings? What if Atlas doesn't shrug but steps on the bugs instead? When Alameda County insisted that business close because of covid, Elon Musk slept in his factory and kept his assembly line open. When you defy the commies they fold. They're cowards and depend on our compliance. Do not comply.

This is beyond the pale. They are going for broke. Someone outlined all the atrocities committed against Trump, the most expensive being the Mueller fiasco. And now the cruelest of all. If the Democrats don't destroy all the history books when it is through this will probably go down in history as the worst crime against the United States of America. Of all the good things President Trump has done for us, it is IMO a heartless vendetta against him which shows us how personally strong our best President is.

When will we see this fishing expedition applied to the Klintons or the community organizer punk??? And I mean any and all documents!!!! I don't care if the punk took 30 million, I want to see all of them investigated. After all, the 'organizer' wanted to put them into the community punk's 'library', or did he mean personal library???

Particular documents connected to a crime were not identified on the search warrant. But in general just about every piece of paper that about 30 agents could find within a ten hour period of time that could have been generated at the Trump White House during Trump’s four year term, probably including all Melania’s hair appointments during the time the Trumps resided in the White House, was fair game to be scooped up for Democrat perusal. Is that what the founders envisioned when they wrote up the particularity requirements for search warrants in the US Constitution? Then you have that mile wide search warrant signed by a known never Trump Democrat magistrate judge. Sounds about right for this Biden crew.

Not only was it a fishing expedition, but they know Trump will sue, so they will drag this through the courts for the next year or so. One more distraction for Trump. 24/7 non stop persecution. After November, the Republican House and Senate better get it in gear and go after the Dems in the same way.

This was a fishing expedition pure and simple. Expect to hear many leak about what was claimed to have been found. Also, expect the leaks, as in the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, to be false.

Forget the farther and son Bidens they are only protected by the DOJ and FBI the real government fronting our nation is Susan Rice with her staff with instructions from lazy weed smoker Obama through Valarie Jarrett. Soros sits in the gallery box watching and paying for everything. We have no government just a cabal of nitwits, liars and thieves of the deep state. We just witnessed the 4th Amendment fly out of the window with the Mar-A-Largo panty raid by the frat house boys of the FBI.

Yep and the seizure likely included sniffing all of Melania's clothes, then delivering the confiscated ones to Joey Brandon so he can get his pervert fix!
This 'warrant' seems extremely broad...I guess that what fishing with dynamite looks like!

Let the lawsuits by President Trump begin! Question is, if the Supreme Court will knock down the lawless DOJ and FBI with their 4th Amendment destruction of a former President's rights.

I do not believe that the warrant is legal. The DOJ, FBI, and the judge are corrupt. You cannot just execute a raid entitled search EVERYTHING and try to find ' SOMETHING'. This is just intimidation. The search has to enumerate what is being looked for.

What better way to make the existing DEMOCRATIC party along with the supporting FBI leaders along with the FAKE MEDIA look foolish.
At the same time unite your base without spending a cent.
Only one person on the planet could pull it off, none other than former DONALD TRUMP. He was the whistle blower!

Once upon a time search warrants were required to be specific…..they make up their own rules …anything goes…..to get Trump. The ones conducting these investigations for 7 years are totally corrupt.
