Trans Child, Parents Sue Over Tennessee
School Bathroom Law

A transgender child, along with their parents, sued the Tennessee Department of Education this week over a law that prohibits transgender students and staff from using school bathrooms aligning with their gender identity rather than their biological sex. The lawsuit was filed in a federal court in Nashville by a student identified as “D.H,” according to the Associated Press. The complaint states that D.H. was “assigned” male at birth but identifies as a female. D.H. began “living as a girl” at age 6 and is now 8 years old.

Comments:

This sounds like a weird version of Munchausen by Proxy. Mommy and daddy either wanted a girl to begin with or they decided to be trendy parents and commit child abuse on their little boy. IMHO, the little boy needs to be removed from the home and deprogrammed. These people are sick in the head!!

Child protective services, jail for the parents, and psychiatric care (not progressive tripe) for the damaged youngster. If they don't have a clearly defined physical reason to be a different gender, then it's caused by parental or educational malfeasance.

I still say the only practical answer to the restroom and related problems is the physical, observable reproductive organs. If it hangs, one restroom. If it don't hang, the other one.

Every time we accept that a boy is a girl or a girl is a boy, we endorse and validate that violation of reality. We must stop accepting the lie. We must stop expecting, and in fact, forcing our children to play along with that lie. It's confusing our children with an unsolvable paradox. This really does sound like Munchausen. Only now we are supposed to consider that to be normal. Revelations anyone???

I've thought for some time parents with children like this, so they say, don't really love their child. Not like a parent should. No six year old has the capacity to determine what their sexuality is unless unsavory behavior has been going on at home.

A person is either male or female at birth and that is what God created you as. You are not assigned a gender you are created with one. The parents must be satanic demons and God is not to be found in this family.

I would bet these parents are attention seekers who desire the validation of the radical left despite the horrific and lifelong problems that are going to be forced upon their innocent child. One thing I have learned is that there is no end to the moral depravity of parents who buy into this nonsense regardless of the harm they do to their child. Only the courage to speak the truth will turn the tide on this obvious abuse of children. We cannot accept this. The LGBT+ and their sympathizers behind this abuse are bullies and they will come down hard on anyone who dares voice any sane opposition. Nevertheless, we must speak the truth that the vast majority of people know to be true. We cannot allow the radicals to define our language. Words have meaning and they cannot be changed on a whim. These radicals must be pushed back because their agenda is very harmful to children. We can decide to protect our children or remain silent because these radicals are not going away and they are coming for our kids and everything we know to be truth. All it takes is one voice to give courage to many. Be that voice. Reject these evil lies.

DH is a boy raised to believe he is a she by his parents. Now all of the stress, migraines, not eating and drinking at school is being caused by his parents carefully crafted identity as a girl being called into question, by himself. He is rightfully confused because maybe for the first time in his life he is questioning his sexual identity. Maybe he really is ... a boy! DH is too afraid to come out as identifying as a boy to his parents.

FTA: "That’s because Tennessee law prevents her from using the girls bathroom at school. The school accommodates D.H. by letting her use one of four single-occupancy restrooms," Yep, TN law says you use the bathroom for the sex on your birth certificate. It also requires schools to provide single-occupancy restrooms for issues like. We're done here. You can never make these people happy--and that's not government's job. Go pursue your happiness elsewhere.

OP is onto something, but I'm guessing that the mommy is the driver. Notice how she never says "we" when describing her decision to move to Tennessee, and her subsequent embarrassment. As for the child's physical problems, "migraines, reflux, and recurring nightmares of school,” they could just as easily be the result of anxiety from parental pressure to be something he's not. Pity the poor child.

For 42 years American school children have been subject to a barrage of misinformation about our American history. This has helped cause many of them to hate America. And virtually every day we read about the results. For example, there’s a curriculum clash in one of our nation’s most conservative states. On Friday, Gary Bauer reported that the Oklahoma Board of Education decided to downgrade the Tulsa Public School District’s accreditation. This is because in Tulsa, they’re still teaching Marxist critical race theory---which is now against the law in the Sooner State. Oklahoma’s Secretary of Education is Ryan Walters,
