The nationwide baby formula shortage has worsened with 70 percent of all brands reported out-of-stock, despite President Joe Biden's efforts to make infant milk more accessible.
Families in Rhode Island and Vermont have been hardest hit by the shortage with out-of-stock rates at 79 percent and 78 percent, respectively.
Biden and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have made it easier for foreign manufacturers to get shipments into the country, and appealed to companies such as Nestle and Reckitt to step up production.
French consumer goods company Danone on Wednesday said it had shipped more than 750,000 cans of its flagship Aptamil baby formula to the U.S. from Europe,

Your Brandon government working for you. Don't hold your breath. Brandon already lost on this issue, like so many other. The public blames the government for causing and extending the shortage. There is nothing the dems can do to fix that impression so that's that the dems, who measure everything by political gain for themselves, will do ... NOTHING. They have already lost most of the Hispanic vote, a sizable chunk of the Black vote, almost all Independents, and now they are alienating women, another of their important identity groups. Their only political response seems to be "Vote for us because Republicans are so AWFUL!". Fortunately, dems have done all the bad stuff hitting the people so hard and THEY OWN IT.
On top of all that, it seems the plant was closed for no reason. The strain of bacteria found in the kids was NOT found in the plant. Did it need cleaning? Maybe. But it was not a crisis and a cleaning schedule that didn't cause shutdown should have been worked out. This is a case of government heavy handedness and blindness to the impact of their actions. The impact of possible shortages was never considered. It's another example that the federal government is stupid and wields too much power.

If there’s a major problem in the world, you don’t ask Joe Biden to fix it. Now, if you were out of crackers? Maybe.

There's a shortage because we bombed all those Baby Milk factories in Iraq.
I know that's why - - because I saw it on CNN.

Problem arises.
Solution ... Get Joe to talk about it.
Problem still there.
Joe "No it isn't. I already talked about it."

This 'government' is for the 1% Left wing elitist, woke. If you are in the remaining 99% you are out of luck - not just baby formula. Some of us have begun to realize that many are still in denial. Forget baby food, watch your 401k.

From what I've read, the factory that makes baby formula was shut down back last year because of some sort of quality control issue. The demosluts are still trying to convince the public that over ten months later, this issue within the factory STILL isn't fixed? This looks like more like a government inspection to open the facility isn't being done on purpose.

Just returned from the Czech Republic and the grocery shelves were full of baby formula. Photos don't lie, but our government does.

During the first half of this year, we hoarded baby formula for our latest grandson. To City Market (Kroger), Safeway, Walmart, and Target in the same trip was common. At 9 months old, he is close to being off formula for good. But soon, he needs to start liking our vegetable garden. A buttload of zucchini bread and diced tomatoes are forthwith. Zucchini bread topped with butter - whew. Many dietary things will happen when my daughter-in-law is looking the other way. I have to eventually pass off my pre-diabetic bad habits.

Brandon and his bunch of bone heads don't care one whit about the American People. Brandon can't even get baby food right. He points at everyone else, however, when you point your finger at someone you have three fingers pointing right back at you. Let's go Brandon.

Learn to make your own formula.
Perhaps this is a genetic selection point. Can you figure out how to feed your offspring or not? Too stupid to survive or not?
