Biden Tests Positive for COVID Again

Original Article

President Biden tested positive for COVID-19 in a "rebound" case on Saturday, according to the White House. "As described last week, acknowledging the potential for so-called ‘rebound’ COVID positivity observed in a small percentage of patients treated with PAXLOVID the President increased his testing cadence, both to protect people around him and to assure early detection of any return of viral replication," White House Doctor Dr. Kevin O'Connor said.

I call shenanigans! Does anyone else think they just want to hide him away as long as possible?

Paxlovid does that. Hope he gets really sick and is bed ridden for six months, but holds on. The less they do, the more ham string they are, the better off Americans are

Didn't ne test negative the other day? If so, what good are these tests and the treatment he received? Or is this recurrence an excuse for him to step down as President?

Covid or bovine? But don’t worry, he’s up there working- he hasn’t lost his sense of smell - unlike his predecessor who was airlifted to a hospital on a Friday night - schmoe walks to Delaware every weekend - and who participated in a presidential debate the following Thursday night. So schmoe isn’t weak like that. He’s kornpop man. Kids love to rub the hair on his legs and he loves for them to sit in his lap. Don’t worry about the Big Bidet. He’s getting his 10%.

#4, this is my perception of the government and Kung Flu. First, they said we should get the Kung Flu shots - 1 or 2 depending on the manufacturer, and we would not get king flu. Then they said, get one booster and be Kung Flu free. Then they said get a second booster, and you won't get as sick. Then they said, take the new anti-viral and you will be OK. Then they said, some who take the anti viral get sick again. The little eyetalian and the goofy girl at CDC have created an environment where no one will believe them. Or should. And now, the medical emergency is Monkey Pox, which has been around forever! Or not.

#11, that's exactly what I wondered when I read that Biden had been Rxed Paxlovid. Fauci was vocal about his rebound. The CDC knew a potential problem existed and issued an official Paxlovid/rebound alert on MAY 24. I, too, suffered rebound and for me it was hardly a walk in the park. It took me 16 more days before I finally tested negative on a PCR test. Long story short: I don't think we have a clue what we're dealing with here. We're all basically guinea pigs in a giant government covid lab.

The Paxlovid rebound rate was originally thought to be about 2% but a new study places the rebound (covid) rate at about 40%. Paxlovid is hardly a benign drug. A colleague had a patient that had acute hydronephrosis from taking it. Furthermore, it is an HIV drug and interacts with many, MANY drugs, including blood thinners and statins. The drug should be taken only by those who are at high risk for severe illness.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson will be able to weigh in on a lawsuit surrounding alleged discriminatory college admissions practices after the high court decoupled a pair of cases surrounding affirmative action policies at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina , Chapel Hill. Jackson, who was sworn in as the first black woman on the high court last month, said in March that she planned to recuse herself from the previously consolidated lawsuits during her Senate Judiciary Committee hearings due to her role on Harvard's Board of Overseers, which concluded on May 26. But last Friday, the Supreme Court made a procedural step to separate the cases,

The debate about recession risk is pointless. We are already in a recession. Real GDP (gross domestic product) in the United States declined at an annual rate of 1.6% in the first quarter. The Atlanta Fed Nowcast shows a 1.5% contraction in the second quarter. But the underlying figures are scarier. According to the Atlanta Fed, “the GDPNow model estimate for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the second quarter of 2022 is -1.5% on July 15, down from -1.2% on July 8”. That is an enormous negative change, -0.3% of GDP, in one week.

FBI Director Christopher Wray always seems a little too pleased with himself. But on Thursday the smirk may be wiped off his pretty face when Republican members of the House oversight committee start grilling him on the mounting evidence that something is very rotten inside the agency Wray runs. Top of the list is the curious question of why the FBI apparently did nothing with Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was handed to two agents on Dec. 9, 2019, by John Paul Mac Isaac, the alarmed owner of the computer repair shop near the Biden family homes in Greenville, Del., where Hunter had dropped off his MacBook eight months earlier.  CORRECTION*

The United States killed Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahri in a drone strike over the weekend, three people briefed on the operation told POLITICO. The strike was conducted by the CIA, according to two of the people, with one saying it took place in Kabul. Al-Zawahri was an Egyptian who took over Al-Qaeda after the U.S. killed its longtime leader, Osama bin Laden, in 2011. He never achieved the household name status of his predecessor, but Al-Zawahri’s killing is nonetheless a major win for the United States in the ongoing struggle against Islamist terrorism, especially as the United Nations warns that the terrorist group is outpacing its peers
