Investigators searching for the Supreme Court leaker have "narrowed it down," but no names of suspects have emerged publicly almost three months after the reveal of a draft opinion indicating Roe v. Wade would soon be overturned.
Fox News anchor Shannon Bream appeared on air with colleague Jesse Watters to talk about her report Friday revealing that the list of suspects has been shortened, citing knowledgeable unnamed sources, as there is still no word from the Supreme Court on the investigation's progress.

The whole article is Bullsh8! They'll never prove it was one of the Justices who did it! they'll destroy the evidence first!

Narrowed it down to one of the pro baby killing judges.
But they'll never reveal that.
They can identify a few hundred anonymous people out if 320 million who toured the Capitol building on January 6th in a month but can't identify 1 of 70 possible suspects in several months? Bulls***.
My money is on Kagan.

Marshall of The Court is conducting the investigation........at least it’s not the FBI. Maybe they might actually find out who did the dirty deed.

Whatever democrats don’t want to be found will never see the light of day. Why do we even expect a clean investigation tasked with finding the truth? It is an impossibility in this corrupt political atmosphere.

So far, they know the suspect is wise and a Latina. Further investigation is underway and should be complete before the end of the decade.

My money's still on one of retired Justice Breyer's clerks: Elizabeth Deutsch. She's a rabid abortion advocate and activist and given that she knew she had little time left clerking, she had little to lose. In fact, should she be found to be the leaker, it would be a resume enhancer for most of the leftist law firms in DC and the Acela corridor...

If they never “find” who did it, I guarantee it’s one of the justices.

I think it came from somewhere in the Sotomayor clown show.

Odds are the identity of the leaker will never be disclosed to the public, and there will be no further official comment from the Court. The leaker, probably Roberts, has pulled it off, but it's intended result backfired, as it solidified the first draft from all but a few minor tweaks.

People working in the defense industry are always aware they can be put under lie detector testing if information/secrets are leaked.
While the Supreme court isn't dealing in classified military material it certainly is highly confidential. Do you mean to tell me there is no provision when you work for the Supreme Court that you may be put under lie detector? Maybe it's because it is a group of lawyers, but they are federal employees. JUST LIE DETECT EVERYONE!

Let's assume some SCOTUS Sherlock solves this mystery...and then? The culprit won't be revealed without the Chief Justice and the others agreeing to let it happen. If it at all involved a sitting Justice, it is unlikely to see the daylight for a simple reason: It would greatly embarrass the Court and likely lead to a resignation. Don't think that matters? Imagine is anyone was charged with some "crime" and there was a trial...what would come out then? There will never be a solution, only speculation.

It really doesn't matter. The fat, ugly, green-haired street creatures would have begun their chimp circus later rather than sooner when the official information was announced. Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett would have enjoyed a few more weeks of peaceful sleep.

Both sides had reason to leak - the leftists to try to intimidate one or more justices into changing sides, the conservatives to keep their majority by arguing that to change it after the leak would be bowing to political pressure. Having said that, given leftists' general lack of respect for institutions, laws, and morality, I still think there's a stronger argument for it being one of the rabid leftist justices, or one of their clerks.
