Senator Rand Paul has accused Dr. Fauci and the White House (which is captured by the HHS Administrative State) of “emotionalism and sensationalism” leading up to the renewal of the determination of a continuing medical emergency attributable to COVID-19 disease and SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Is this medical emergency justified, or does it reflect yet more mis- dis- and mal-information from the HHS Administrative state acting in coordination with corporate media to propagate Fearporn to justify the continuing suspension of medical ethics, normal regulatory process, censorship, and war profiteering by the medical-pharmaceutical industrial complex?(snip) Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said they are not providing key facts about the latest strain.

In April the EU's top law enforcement agency Europol warned that smuggling of weapons from the Ukrainian battlefield to the black market outside the warzone had likely already begun. For five months the West, especially the US and UK, has been pumping more and more weapons into the conflict. There's also the concern that "criminal gangs" will continue using them long after the war ends.
US defense officials months ago also admitted they had "almost zero" ability to track weapons they hand out to Ukrainian forces. The Pentagon inspector General also recently admitted this reality (snip) NATO countries are in talks with Ukraine's government to establish a monitoring

Former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro has declined a plea offer to plead guilty to a contempt of Congress charge, the lead federal prosecutor in the case told a judge on Friday.
Navarro had pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of contempt of Congress on June 17 after he refused to cooperate with the House January 6 committee’s probe into the breach of the Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021.
He cited executive privilege due to his former position at the White House under the Trump administration. But Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), the chairman of the Jan. 6 committee, rejected his claims of executive privilege,

The cause of death of Ivana Trump, the mother of three of former President Donald Trump’s adult children, has been determined by the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME).
The OCME on Friday said Ivana Trump died after an accidental fall that resulted in blunt impact injuries to the torso, Fox News reported.
“Having released this determination, OCME will not comment further on the investigation,” an OCME spokesperson said in a statement obtained by the outlet.

The Humane Society of Virginia is trying to find homes for 4.000 beagles, exactly two weeks after NIAID Director Anthony Fauci told congress he would no longer use beagles for allergy testing.
These two stories seem connected.
July 5, 2022 – Under fire from foes of federal animal testing, the agency headed by COVID-19 czar Anthony Fauci has canceled a plan to start new tests of allergy medicine on beagles, some as young as 6 months.
In a letter to Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and promoted by the White Coat Waste Project, Fauci said that instead of dogs, the new hay fever drug will be tested on rodents.

Joe Manchin didn’t completely torpedo the $500 billion in Green New Deal climate change spending, but he did stall it for a month saying he would not support the climate change spending until he sees July’s inflation numbers in August, which should be a warning.
If you think carefully about it, it’s a classic Manchin head-fake. The July and August inflation numbers, to be released in August and September respectively, are almost guaranteed to be lower than June.
July/Aug are the two months we are in right now where inflation is hitting a plateau.

The Indiana doctor who performed an abortion on a 10-year-old Ohio girl properly reported the procedure to authorities but listed the age of the father as 17 despite the man allegedly being 27, according to documents made public on July 14.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology at Indiana University, performed the abortion at the university’s hospital on June 30, according to the documents, which were obtained by The Epoch Times.
Bernard correctly listed the pregnant mother’s age as 10 but placed the father’s age as 17, the forms show.

A federal district court in Ohio has temporarily blocked the Biden administration from enforcing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate on thousands of U.S. Air Force service members who remain unvaccinated after having opposed the shot on religious grounds but have had their religious exemption applications denied.
U.S. District Court Judge Matthew McFarland, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump in late 2019, issued a temporary restraining order filed on Thursday preventing the Biden administration from taking any action for at least 14 days against any Air Force member who opted not to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

On Tuesday night we learned that Gerson Fuentes, an illegal alien from Guatemala living in Columbus, Ohio, confessed to raping a young girl who was just nine years old at the time. A little girl who should be playing with Barbies and My Little Ponies and jumping rope on the playground. When you report on a story like this, you go into it hoping it’s not true. It’s hard to process the utter depravity of someone who would rape a child. It’s our job to read the police reports and the detailed descriptions of the crimes when we investigate these stories, but it’s never easy. You get a sick

I am not religious—at least, I don’t think I am. And I do not know if our institutions are capable of being saved. But our nation’s downward spiral of nihilism needs to be called out, and ideally arrested or even reversed.
Fertility rates are plummeting across the developed world. Doom and gloom over climate change dominates the discourse in advanced economies. Pro-choice activists have shifted their stated stance from “safe, legal and rare” to “it’s a birthing person’s choice” even at full term. Proabortion activists paint their faces red and scream “I love killing babies.” Teachers instruct kindergarteners about their own peculiar sexualities as well-funded international organizations remake pedagogy

A “systemic catastrophe” is senior researcher Dr. Stephanie Seneff’s verdict on glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, warning that the chemical is a slow kill for humans and other lifeforms.
Seneff, a senior researcher from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has been studying this toxic chemical for around 10 years. She believes that the pervasive use of glyphosate in the United States and around the world in agriculture is the reason behind the dramatic increase in autism, diabetes, cancer, allergies, as well as many other chronic conditions.
Glyphosate was first used in Roundup, a herbicide developed by Monsanto in 1974.
