In April the EU's top law enforcement agency Europol warned that smuggling of weapons from the Ukrainian battlefield to the black market outside the warzone had likely already begun. For five months the West, especially the US and UK, has been pumping more and more weapons into the conflict. There's also the concern that "criminal gangs" will continue using them long after the war ends.
US defense officials months ago also admitted they had "almost zero" ability to track weapons they hand out to Ukrainian forces. The Pentagon inspector General also recently admitted this reality (snip) NATO countries are in talks with Ukraine's government to establish a monitoring

FTA:
"All these weapons land in southern Poland, get shipped to the border and then are just divided up into vehicles to cross: trucks, vans, sometimes private cars," said one of the western officials. "And from that moment we go blank on their location and we have no idea where they go, where they are used or even if they stay in the country.”
Our taxpayer money, our weapons, frittered away by a man without a brain.

Another bit. But please do read the entire article.
But it still looks like a risk that Washington is perfectly willing to take, despite that among the arsenal being continuously shipped are Stinger anti-aircraft missiles as well as Javelin anti-tank missiles. Both of these weapons in particular would constitute a huge threat to civilian transport, aviation included, if terrorists got a hold of them.
When will one of our civilian aircraft be brought down by one of these?

For whatever it’s worth, there have been allegations that Ukraine is selling U. S. supplied weapons on the black market and today there is an article posted at RadioPatriot that states: “Zelensky’s OLIGARCHS have been ‘reselling’ the arms we’ve been supplying him on the black market. And Europol, the EU’s FBI, has known about this since April! ...”

Also, an article posted in the Financial Times on July 13, 2022 reports that Ukraine’s president said, “...the country now needed $9bn a month from its western backers to plug the budgetary shortfall, almost double its previous request. ...”

I'd love to hear the reaction to this "news" from one of the many Ukraine cheerleaders around here. It's difficult to believe Zelensky's not profiting from all this. The irony is that while the US military "intentionally" loses track of all this going over the Polish border, some poor American Snuffy who loses a webbelt in the field gets hammered.

And the winner is poster #3. We should not be subsidizing this war. Ukraine is not a NATO member. What if China attacks Taiwan? Are we going to lend Taiwan the same support? We are not a bottomless money pit with so many or our pawn pressing issues at home. This is a European issue and should be dealt with by Europeans. Our continued support is costing hundreds if not thousands of unnecessary civilian & military deaths by prolonging the war. Why hasn't the Biden admin. put extreme pressure on both combatants to reach some type of cease fire and negotiate some type of compromise agreement both can live with and stop the carnage? Could it be Biden is deliberately prolonging this war to keep his horrible & cruel policies from being tiger daily focus as they should be?

From this far away, who knows what is really going on?
Are Ukrainian crooks selling missiles on the black market?
Are Russian liars planting these stories so that America and Europe cut back on providing weapons to the Ukrainians?
On the other hand, are the bulk of the weapons going to the Ukrainian fighters, and if the US demands chain-of-custody bookkeeping on each missile, is that the equivalent of the Navy armory guards requiring the sailors to fill out forms to check out rifles so they could shoot back at the Japanese planes during the Pearl Harbor attack?
What's that saying...... "When the shooting starts, the first victim is the Truth."
It would be nice to have a source for accurate information as to what is really happening.
Who do these people think they are, anyway?
This reminds me of Obama's 'Operation Fast and Furious'.

Of course, #3. But that's why these days Obiden Lefties in the neighborhood are sporting Ukrainian flags. If it's bad for the USA, they're all for it.
