January 6 Committee Credibility Implodes
After Hutchinson Testimony

The local Fox station in Tampa is calling the testimony "Breathtaking" and made minor mention of the Secret Service agents disputing it. The agent will be disbanded before they allow anyone to counter their Soviet ere Show Trial. For some reason, they will never be able to coordinate schedules with those agents OR the Secret Service will suspend them for countering the narrative of the J6 show trial, major deep state offense!

Why was this testimony even permitted? It is hearsay. She did not witness the event, firsthand, but is repeating a story that she heard from the Deputy Chief-of-Staff, Tony Ornato. If that is the case, he should have testified. Allowing hearsay, is a means of admitting perjured testimony while the lying witness is shielded from being charged; she can always claim that she wasn't lying, only repeating a story that she had been told.

This committee is more fake than their fake insurrection! I’ll bet the same ABC Hollywood producers coached Pelosi on how to setup their fake insurrection plot.

They are using fake evidence to present to Merrick Garland to have Trump charged with sedation so Trump will be imprisoned for the rest of his life. That is their goal. They don’t care if the charges are believed. There are hundreds of Trump supporters who have been imprisoned for a year and a half who haven’t even been seen by a judge yet. Do you think it is going to stop there.

I've watched enough of Judge Judy to know that hearsay is inadmissible as testimony in a court proceeding. As the J6 committee is a Kangaroo court full of PDJT hating idiots with a compliant press behind it I guess all bets continue to be off.

What is the point of the whole show trial? If there were a trial Cassidy Hutchinson would be cross-examined and found wanting.

#4, they will never charge Trump with anything - if they were to do that, he would be allowed “discovery” during which he could uncover and reveal all of the committee’s lies and fraud and every detail of the theft of the 2020 election. What they are really trying to do is dirty him up to the point where his followers abandon him - which will never happen and proves their insanity.

And when Ms. Chaney stated that they were going to show a portion of a video, she meant a doctored or edited part of the video.

Nancy's J6 clown show was already devoid of credibility before this incident. When it was announced that Pencil-neck Schiff and that Cheney hag were going to be major players, it was the first clue that it would be a liar's fest of unwatchable theater. Hopefully it sends all of them to the junkyard of failed politicians forever. If the MSM had any guts they would ask Justice Kavanaugh for comment.

Their credibility was already in the negative numbers. Now going lower. 100% lies.

Get this: A committee of the U.S. House of Representatives is playing a rather sick version of the whispering game. And that passes for legitimate inquiry into a matter of grave importance. Calling these Congresspersons "imbeciles" is an insult to imbeciles everywhere. These people are stupider than that! If there is justice in the universe, Democrats will suffer a rout in November the likes of which have never before been seen in the history of the United States. Long may they suffer!

#5, as I posted elsewhere, I was an arbitrator for 31 years. Judge Judy is an arbitrator. Under the rules of arbitration, she could accept heresay, and attach whatever appropriate weight she would choose. (That rule exists because arbitrators are expected to have special knowledge about cases they try, as opposed to jurors, who are selected because they know nothing.) I always taught my graduate students, if they were working as advocates, to never assume the arbitrator knew anything, and that any technical issues should be clarified by the witness. But the best way to do that is for the advocate to say to the witness, ":I'm not sure I understand your explanation. Please simplify it for m,e."

I agree with those who say that this will never be brought into a court. The accusations are far more persistent and cannot be challenged. The liars and morons DID say what they said. Bringing this into a court would allow Trump to bring a REBUTTAL which is what happened during his impeachment and blew the dems out of the water. The dems committees are DESIGNED to allow all the rumor and innuendo they can muster to be brought forth with NO challenges. THAT is why there are no Republicans on the committee to challenge during the proceedings. They walk away with a body of smears that the media can echo safely because it WAS testimony, which is what is reported. The media can then moan and groan about the awfulness of Trump without any accountability. The LAST thing they want is to bring this into a court. They want the unchallenged information to fill out their campaign spots this Fall and going forward. The media is delighted to help. The ads will be clips of the media reporting on the awful Trump, two, or more, steps removed from the original lie. Even ads of a shocked roundtable discussing a reporter covering the testimony of the original liar. It's all political theater and the farther removed from reality, the better.
