Doctors Suing Food and Drug Administration

A Washington law firm has filed a federal lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for interfering with the use of ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19. The lawsuit was filed by Boyden Gray & Associates on behalf of three doctors who were disciplined for prescribing human-grade ivermectin to patients. The firm’s founder, attorney Boyden Gray, is a former legal adviser to the Reagan and Bush administrations. Gray told The Epoch Times that the FDA had violated well-established law that allows doctors to prescribe an FDA-approved drug as an off-label treatment. Ivermectin was no different, he said. It was approved by the FDA in 1966.

They - the CDC, FDA, big Pharma - want granular control of doctors to make them cogs of the state not independent minded thinking persons. If they can't have it they will simply change the rules to get it. This is why so many really smart and dedicated young graduates are blowing off med school for other professions and taking their inquisitive minds with them.

Excellent! I pray for some justice. Never in my husband’s 40 yr physician career was he questioned by a pharmacist until he called in a prescription for Hydroxychloriquine. Total interference with the usual practice of medicine. At what cost?

After almost two and half clean years, the wife and I got the Covid. We started on Ivermectin plus appropriate supplements immediately, called my oncologist to postpone unrelated treatment. I was told to stop the Ivermectin, "it doesn't work" and was given Phizer's Paxlovid (phizermectin). We decided not to fight, I guess the Paxlovid worked (we'll see, reports of Covid rebounding after stopping Paxlovid). I'll jump right on the Ivermectin if needs be. Somebody paid a bundle for that Paxlovid and I'm pretty sure it had problems with other meds I do, still paying that price. Such is life in the middle of the biggest crime in our history.

I have heard (can't remember where) that the only way the FDA Emergency Authorization for the Covid Vaccine gets approved is if there is no alternative treatments available. Makes me wonder if the push to keep Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquine from being used was to keep the emergency use authorization for the vaccine in place to force it's use.

Yesterday afternoon my husband tested positive for covid. He had been suffering from a severe headache and low grade fever and the positive stripe on the home test came up in a matter of seconds. He took his prescribed dose of ivermectin and some Tylenol and by evening his fever was gone. He has a slight headache today and no fever at all. We managed to get our ivermectin from an online doctor and a pharmacy located in our state. We live in a red state. Thank God.

President Barack Obama approved a statement by the U.S. intelligence community in October 2016 accusing Russia of stealing emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC), despite the U.S. government not having obtained the DNC server images crucial to ascertaining whether Moscow was involved in the theft. FBI emails recently made public during the trial against now-acquitted DNC attorney Michael Sussmann show the bureau was still in the process of requesting images of the DNC servers on Oct. 13, 2016. The server images, which are equivalent to a virtual copy of the alleged crime scene, were taken by private cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike.

It was already June 7th in Normandy when the tardy tweet went out. The pivotal battle marked a turning point in WWII, but came at the ultimate sacrifice of thousands of American and allied soldiers. “Today, we mark 78 years since D-Day and honor those who answered duty’s call on the beaches of Normandy. As the U.S. military rolls out its new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), which imposes different physical standards and requirements for men and women, longtime defense analysts and observers say that the military’s push for diversity and inclusion—a trend that accelerated under President Barack Obama and that the Biden administration aggressively carries forward—undermines combat training and readiness. “The Biden administration has assigned priority to diversity, inclusion, and equity as the primary criteria. That is a key decision and from it flows everything else that is problematic” in the military today, said Elaine Donnelly, founder and president of the Center for Military Readiness, a public policy organization in Livonia, Michigan.

Modern school shootings are an exceptionally abhorrent phenomenon that we got along just fine without for the first couple of centuries of U.S. history. So, it’s wholly reasonable to want them gone. It’s not like America was suffering from any lack of the beneficial side effects of school shootings before the man with the brain tumor climbed the U. of Texas clock tower in 1966 and the “I Don’t Like Mondays” girl opened fire at the San Diego elementary school in 1979. School shootings and other heavily publicized mass killings are an intensely grotesque problem, often engineered by obsessive notoriety-seekers specifically to elicit maximum outrage from you and me.
