Well, duh—the obvious answer is YES. But that hasn’t been a winning argument in the Supreme Court since 1935 unfortunately. In the aftermath of the leaked Dobbs opinion, the left has been in a panic about what other “rights” the Supreme Court might take away, like the right to same sex marriage, inter-racial marriage, contraception, and watching European soccer in the middle of the night. The left lacks imagination, and apparently an overabundance of paranoia only takes you so far. And now a new record-low approval rating, even among Democrats, according to the Associated Press.
“Only 39% of U.S. adults approve of Biden’s performance as president,” NORC Center for Public Research says in its latest poll for AP.
That’s bad. But it gets even worse when you dig deeper than the headline number. Only two in 10 Americans say the country is headed in the right direction, a terrible barometer for a Democrat Party seeking desperately to hold on to power with razor-thin majorities in the House and Senate.

Scientists, it seems, are baffled by the unexplained appearance of the smallpox-like illness associated with rodents called "monkeypox" in the West which brings unsightly sores to the skin of those who are afflicted with it.
Long a disease seen mostly in parts of tropical Africa, it has now made appearances in the U.S. continental Europe, Canada, and the U.K., all at approximately the same time.

LONDON — As more cases of monkeypox are detected in Europe and North America, some scientists who have monitored numerous outbreaks in Africa say they are baffled by the unusual disease's spread in the West.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Multiple people were struck in a mass shooting at the Tops Markets on Jefferson Avenue and the shooter is in custody, according to Buffalo Police.
At least 10 people are dead, law enforcement officials told The Associated Press.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz first tweeted confirming the shooting: “I have been advised of an active multiple shooting event at the Tops Markets on Jefferson Street in Buffalo.
