The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has adopted a new definition of “woman” that would reportedly allow male-to-female transgender residents to demand inclusion as women in jails, homeless shelters, and domestic violence shelters.
The ordinance, passed by a 3-2 vote on April 26, and ratified on May 10 by the same margin, adopts the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), an international treaty adopted in 1979.

More leftist institutionalizing insanity as "the new normal".
These people are deranged, and need treatment not people making ridiculous excuses for them.

Follow the science. Oh, wait. This is California. IF a man is intact I don't care if he thinks he is Lassie. He is still a man who might pose a risk to the women he is around. If he has had corrective surgery I might reconsider and allow him to participate. However, wearing a bra and panties, wearing lipstick and eyelashes does NOT make you a woman. You are still a man.

Oops, should have googled before posting.
Humpty Dumpty said to Alice, "When I use a word, it means just what I want it to mean...neither more nor less."
Therefore, we can re-do the Helen Reddy classic, I am Woman
I am woman hear me roar,
with a penis and much more,
and I'll bench press heavy weights until I'm sore.
I am woman, sure I'm crazy,
but not near as bad as Mazie,
While she prowls the halls of Congress, equally sore.

Reality doesn't conform to your definitions; your definitions are supposed to describe reality.
You keep getting that back asswards, and it keeps widening your disconnect from reality. Knock it off, already.

For supervisors that are this dumb sure will make a person appear dumber under that supervision. Here is my 'super vision' you can call a horse a turtle, but it doesn't make it one.

Even back in Lincoln's time this kind of stupidity was a joke: AL: If you call a tail a leg...how many legs does a dog have? answer: Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it one.

Sure making it look like people are trying to make women second class citizens. Not worthy to have a baby and be a mom. So abort that kid. Can’t have women only sports teams. Have to include a male. Have to switch genders and now take away the definition of a women. What’s next. Burkas so women can not be seen at all. Something really cynical is going on. Bit by bit. Piece by piece. Get rid of identity.

So the San Diego County Board of Supervisors cares so much about women that it has just increased the physical and psychological risk to actual women in jails, homeless shelters, and domestic violence shelters. Pure brilliance.

A few years ago Nathan Fletcher campaigned next door at my neighbors, I didn't attend because I didn't like him even then but I could hear him spewing his lies. For 2 years now he has been the voice of lock downs, jabs and masks. A few months ago somehow his house caught on fire, suspect he started it himself like a good liberal.

Reminds me of the story of how, 'once upon a time' the State Legislature in Arkansas decided that the number 'Pi' (this is the ratio of a circle's circumference to it's diameter) would be, in the State of Arkansas, NOT the infinitely long, non-repeating decimal beginning with 3.141592634. Instead, it would be equal to 3.
Just. Plain. 3.
Is it a true story? In engineering school in the early '70's, we all laughed.
But what these fools just did in Kalifornia has me thinking that the Arkansas story just might be true after all.
