FBI Investigated Concerned Parents

Original Article

You all remember the story: the Biden Department of Justice coordinated with the National School Boards Association to arrange for FBI investigations of parents who are unhappy about their local schools teaching racism and anti-Americanism (Critical Race Theory) and gender confusion, and requiring masks. The episode was so sordid that many state school board associations dropped their affiliation with NSBA, and most people doubted that the FBI would be craven enough to follow Attorney General Merrick Garland’s patently unconstitutional directive. But follow it they did. Yesterday Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, acting on tips from unhappy FBI agents, wrote Merrick Garland to criticize the diversion of FBI resources

Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland enjoys using armed thugs to squelch possible "domestic terrorists" attending school board meetings asking about the curriculum being taught their children. The Demented Fuhrer wishes for more ice cream.

The FBI has become a criminal enterprise in itself. The head of the FBI, Chris Wray, has abandoned the Constitution in order to willingly please his democrat superiors. The Biden administration needed a federal law enforcement agency that would do its bidding regardless of the limits of the Constitution and rule of law, Wray is their man and he has effectively abandoned all restraint that has been written into the Constitution to guard our fundamental rights against an overzealous and illegal government. Democrats have destroyed trust in our government agencies by using them as weapons against us. The FBI, DOJ, and DHS are corrupt shills for the democrat party. I am sure there are many other agencies that will willingly betray their oaths of office to protect and defend the constitution. The bureaucracy in Washington is toxic. They have abandoned the very people who pay their salaries to support the most corrupt and lawless administration the country has ever seen. Expect the worst from this administration and you won’t be disappointed. The government is overrun with corruption, greed, and individuals who have abandoned not only our Constitution and rule of law but the concept of right and wrong. At this point, can we even right this ship?

While the mass shooting of 10 people by a mentally ill man in Buffalo, NY, on Saturday stands on its own as an unspeakable horror, others have rushed to blame their political opponents for the tragedy. In what can only be called ghoulish behavior, Democrats (and Liz Cheney, of course) have decided that a white supremacist who describes himself as a “moderate left authoritarian” and evolved communist was inspired by various conservative figures. Chief among those being blamed is Fox News’ Tucker Carlson. Accused of spreading “The Great Replacement Theory,” Carlson has come under heavy fire

Abbott reached an agreement with the Food and Drug Administration on Monday to reopen the company’s manufacturing plant in Michigan to help ease a nationwide shortage of baby formula, after the facility was closed due to bacterial contamination. FDA Commissioner Robert Califf said Abbott, under the conditions of the agreement, will correct insanitary conditions that led to the contamination and plant closure. “The public should rest assured that the agency will do everything possible to continue ensuring that infant and other specialty formulas produced by the company meet the FDA’s safety and quality standards,” Califf said in a statement.

The US Food and Drug Administration said Monday that it is making it easier to import certain infant formulas as it works to address a nationwide shortage. The US ordinarily produces 98% of the infant formula it uses, with imported formula primarily coming from Mexico, Ireland and the Netherlands, the agency said in a statement. But because of the shortage, the FDA is outlining a process by which it “would not object to the importation of certain infant formula products intended for a foreign market,” as well as the US distribution of products that were made domestically for export to other countries. “Companies seeking to take advantage of these flexibilities should

There were eight hours of jury selection today in the trial of attorney Michael Sussmann. John Durham was present and spent the day taking notes. U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper on Monday presided over the first day of the Sussmann trial, which consisted of nearly eight hours of jury selection. Special Counsel John Durham was in the courtroom for the entirety of jury selection, but was not seated with the prosecution team. Instead, Durham sat in the first row of the courtroom, behind the government’s table… The overwhelming majority of jurors selected told [Judge] Cooper they had not heard of the case prior to jury service…

While it’s been clear for a few weeks that Republicans have come out on top regarding redistricting for the coming mid-terms, there was one final piece of the puzzle left. That piece has now fallen into place. A court-ordered map in New York has been adopted, and it’s lights out for Democrats heading into November. While the original Democrat map, which was struck down by the state’s Supreme Court, had a likely outcome of 22 D-seats to 4-R seats, the new map puts as many as 12 seats in play for the GOP. Republicans were looking at a modest 1-3 seat gain via redistricting after Ron DeSantis worked his magic in Florida

The highest-profile case brought so far by John Durham, the Special Counsel tasked with pinpointing the origin of the plot to frame Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, as a Russian spy and traitor to America, starts Monday in a D.C. courtroom. Durham’s case combines all the worst elements of media frenzy — Rachel Maddow’s fainting couch moments, “Trump Stole the Election” fake headlines, and packing peanut-weight Pulitzer Prizes — in a melodrama embodied in the person of Michael Sussmann, Hillary Clinton’s attorney and the man who represented the Democratic National Committee during the 2016 election cycle.

The fever didn’t break. And for the Biden White House, efforts at bipartisanship have finally taken a backseat. To the frustration of many Democrats and some of his closest advisers, President Joe Biden has steadfastly spent more than a year in office insisting on trying to work across the aisle with Republicans. It’s produced some notable legislative successes. But it’s also been colored by a fair dose of in-your-face GOP obstructionism. Now, more than a year later, Biden no longer believes that most Republicans will eventually drop their fealty to Donald Trump and show a willingness to engage. He himself admitted he was wrong.

A Los Angeles judge has ruled that California’s landmark law requiring women on corporate boards is unconstitutional. Superior Court Judge Maureen Duffy-Lewis said the law that would have required boards to have up to three female directors by this year violated the right to equal treatment. The ruling was dated Friday. The conservative legal group Judicial Watch had challenged the law, claiming it was illegal to use taxpayer funds to enforce a law that violates the equal protection clause of the California Constitution by mandating a gender-based quota. The law was on shaky ground from the get-go

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of Senator Ted Cruz (R., Texas) on Monday, striking down a rule that prevented him from repaying debt from his 2018 Senatorial campaign. The case, FEC v. Cruz, was brought by Cruz after he attempted to repay his campaign’s considerable debt with political contributions raised in his name. Cruz, whose wife Heidi was a banker with Goldman Sachs, had lent $260,000 of his personal money to his campaign. Section 304 of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 limited the use of contributions in excess of $250,000 to repay debt 20 days after an election, which left Cruz $10,000 due.

Hart Research Associates, a Democrat-run polling organization, released a poll taken from May 5-10 that asked voters about various issues as well as their general feeling about how the country is doing. The numbers are spectacularly grim for Joe Biden and the Democrat party generally. These numbers do two things: They bode well for Republicans taking over Congress in the midterm elections and they make Democrat cheating more difficult because it’s impossible for Democrats to have final outcomes that deviate too much from the mood of the country. It's not a random opinion to say that Hart Research is a Democrat polling organization.

Fairfax County’s school board has long prided itself on leading the way for the nation in cutting-edge education policy and curriculum. As the tenth-largest district in the nation, it holds disproportionate sway over other school boards. In 2015, the Fairfax school board blindsided parents with changes to its non-discrimination policy, followed by a sweeping expansion of the sex-ed curriculum and new rules governing student offenses and penalties.
