Some of my fellow Never Trumpers have been keen lately to push back on the claim that Trump is losing his grip on the GOP.
For good reason. If he has lost some of his grip, he ain’t lost much:(Snip for video) When even the candidates you *haven’t* endorsed try to position themselves as the true heir to your political legacy, that’s a pretty tight grip you’ve got.
But if David Perdue goes down in flames in Georgia, it’ll be strong circumstantial evidence that Trump’s grip has slackened a bit. Particularly because he’s invested more political capital in ousting Brian Kemp

More fraud coming? As long as the Dominion Voter Fraud Machines are in charge, who knows who gets elected.

AJC Poll not sure how accurate their polling is since they like Stacy. Would like to see internal polling numbers after the debate.

Greatly admire and voted for President Trump. But, he's not perfect. Neither am I nor anyone I know or know of. His vendetta against Governor Brian Kemp is just to get even with him for not doing exactly what he was told to do by our beloved president. PT treated Kemp like a contestant on The Apprentice rather than a governor of a state. I don't think the election was stolen. I know it was stolen. The only thing that matters in Georgia is who has the best chance of beating The Blob. Kemp accomplished a lot for himself as a senator but very little for the rest of us. Kemp is independent and is infinitely preferable to that titanic tube of lard the dims are trying foist upon us.

UGH...I live in Georgia. David Perdue is a terrible candidate. He does NOT resonate with people. He did not put up much of a fight when he was in the run-off against pajama boy, John Ossoff. He was very slow to condemn the election fraud that took place. Brian Kemp, for all his faults, had his hands tied when it came to the post-election debacle. The power rests with the Secretary of State. Honestly, I don't think Raffensperger (SoS) is corrupt as much as I think he is inept and was absolutely played by Stacey Abrams group in March of 2020 when he signed the consent decree allowing absentee ballots w/o signature matching. That set up a chain of events that led to all kinds of chaos in our state. For the most part, Kemp has done a good job as governor -- kept our state open (first one to reopen), refused to implement statewide mask mandates, championed kids going back to school and has been tough on crime -- basically has had to supplement the city of Atlanta's police force with state troopers since Keisha Lance Bottoms gave criminals a free ticket to run wild in the city.

Re Kemp’s mendacious treachery re the 2020 election, from Newsweek 12/30/22:
"Gov. Kemp Says Ga. Fraud Claims 'Have Left the Barn' After Trump Calls for His Resignation"
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp continued to dispute unsubstantiated claims of election fraud in his state on Wednesday, just hours after President Donald Trump called for his resignation.
Speaking to reporters at the state Capitol about the presidential election, Kemp said, "There is a constitutional and legal process that is playing out, and I am very comfortable letting that process play out. But that horse has left the barn in Georgia, and it's headed to D.C. right now.”

#8 -- Kemp was 100% right. It had left the barn, there was NOTHING, legally, that Kemp could do about it. Constitutionally, in Georgia, all the claims of fraud had to either be dealt with by the SoS or the Georgia legislature. He is not King of Georgia, he is Governor of Georgia. Many of us who live in the state feel he has been smeared by both sides on this issue.

This called a "wishful thinking/getting ready for more fraud" poll. The plan is to fraudulently elect the Abrams tank.

Kemp could have called for a special session which many in the legislature wanted to happen. He didn’t do it - why?

#11 - Speaker David Ralston made it clear that he didn't want a special session called, and honestly, at the time, I don't think many republicans in our state legislature had the backbone nor enough tangible information at the time to do anything. There was a lot speculation but as we have seen, it takes a while to gather all the evidence...which, of course, the Democrats knew and used that to their advantage.

Lots of folks dropped the ball after the 2020 election. The courts, many Republican-led legislatures, and such. When it came to it just being folks like Gov. Kemp or VP Pence, there wasn't much left that could be done. That being said, Gov. Kemp didn't provide a heck of a lot of support in those days in November and December 2020.
Is Perdue the better choice? Well, he lost to Pajama Boy in 2020. Like I said, Babe Ruth didn't bat 1.000. Neither does Donald Trump when it comes to endorsements. Could be worse. I think Obama did back a dog catcher that won in Chicago once. Or was it a mayor who looks like a dog catcher?

Why couldn't Kemp as Gov. send a Jay Corman letter to DC : re evidentiary, procedural, and other concerns, which were being brought to the govt post election?
Surely he has Standingggggggggg to seek the time to set up a review the allegations, the processes, and the certification itself, for fatal errors?
That would have cleared the air and invited others to do likewise.
Rather, he acted like he had guilty knowledge-of the machines, the bogus consent decree--- perhaps worse.
He behaved as though he were covering up, for his own purposes.
The GA GOP behaved as though they were cowering entitlement snowflakes, with little to offer their fellow Georgians.
Perdue acts like a chicken; but Pyjama Boy acts like the predator.
The voters were too angry to be cognizant of all the signal, not the noise.
I worked there for a spell. The judicary alone are stone lunatics.
GA may not know what good governance looks like.
GA needs to clean house and create a strong bench-it can't be done in 1 election cycle-but Ossoff and Tank should not have been allowed to take advantage.
They did, b/c the GOP at all levels rolled over and played dead, imho.

Georgians, be careful. If the Repblicans split the vote (by one side staying home on election day). Stacy will be your governor, much like Ossoff and Warnock became your senators.
