Richardson went to the NSSF's Shot Show, triggering the gag reflexes of the anti-2A, bouncing off the ceiling Chipman crowd, creating the green pea soup rotary sprinkler effect. Whoever in this Bidiocy is deciding the demented anti-gun policies--they are demented and are not decided by Demento himself, who decides nothing--wants to disarm all law abiding civilians. No ifs, ands, or buts. The fact that what they're doing is patently unconstitutional and illegal is no deterrent. They don't intend to follow the law. Humptydumpty them, then fry them over easy. The most fanatical of them should be unemployed forthwith. Richardson was seemingly a reasonable man; therefore, he had to go. Narrative is everything.

If this were happening in the Trump administration, the story would be centered on Mr. Richardson's skin color. Why treat the Biden Regime any differently? Joe has shown more racist tendencies than Trump ever did.

Why is it that the Second Amendment is not OK. Is it because we as a nation have abandoned morality as the founders assumed?

Nevada Democrats lean on Harry Reid's
political machine as warning lights flash

Harry Reid spent decades perfecting his brand of machine politics that powered Democratic control across Nevada. Now, four months after the death of Reid, the venerated political titan who represented Nevada in Congress for 34 years, Democrats here find themselves relying on his legacy once again. In an already volatile environment nationally for their party, in which they’re contending with issues like rising inflation, soaring gas prices and dismal White House approval, they’re tasked with locking down Catherine Cortez Masto’s Senate seat, and the outcome could dictate control of the Senate. They’re also defending Steve Sisolak’s governorship, which had taken Democrats 20 years to claim from Republicans.

America’s supposed racial divide has a class element that we are all supposed to ignore. But for the past two years, I couldn’t ignore the number of media outlets and supposed intellectuals who have discarded the legitimate concerns of the middle class because they, the elite, supposedly know what’s best for us and our children. The anti-racism movement has come to Main Street, and no one asked for its arrival. The average American isn’t very ideological because that is a luxury most Americans can’t afford when they’re trying to make ends meet and support their families, unlike the economic and intellectual elite.

Will the 2022 Election Be a Teachable
Moment for the Democrats?

How bad will the 2022 election be for the Democrats? In all likelihood, quite bad. Biden’s approval rating is bad, his rating is worse on the most important issue, the economy, and it is truly terrible on high profile, contentious issues like crime and immigration. Democrats are behind on the generic Congressional ballot, despite the tendency of this measure to overestimate Democratic strength. The results of special and off-cycle elections indicate a very pro-GOP electoral environment. And midterm elections are typically bad for the incumbent party anyway. So there are not a lot of good signs here. In fact, hardly any.

Hispanic voters are rapidly reevaluating their relationship with the Democratic Party, creating a problem for Democrats that, in some ways, mirrors their struggle to retain working-class voters. A Quinnipiac poll published last week found that Hispanic voters disapproved of President Joe Biden’s job performance more than any other racial group, with just 12% of Hispanics saying they “approve strongly” of how he is handling the office. It followed a string of surveys showing Latino voters souring over the past year on both Biden specifically and on Democrats generally: By December of last year, less than a year into Biden’s presidency,

On Easter Sunday, CNN political analyst John Harwood decided to absolve Joe Biden of all of his sins. Harwood wrote a piece stating that there’s really nothing Biden can do about any of the major problems his administration faces. There’s just not much President Joe Biden can do about it. There’s not much he can do to curb inflation. There’s not much he can do to stop migrants from reaching America’s southern border. Or to reduce crime, or to make vaccine resisters get shots that would hasten the end of the coronavirus pandemic. There’s not much he can do to compel cooperation from defectors within his thin Democratic congressional majorities.

President Biden's approval rating among Hispanics has plummeted as the historically Democratic bloc's support for Republicans continues to increase, presenting an electoral problem for Democrats, whose immigration policies have fueled much of this shift.Only 26% of Hispanic voters approve of Biden's job performance, compared to 54% who disapprove, according to a Quinnipiac poll released Wednesday. Perhaps most striking, the poll found a staggering 41% of Hispanic voters "strongly disapprove" of Biden's handling of the presidency, while just 12% "strongly approve." Hispanics represent the country's second largest voting bloc by ethnicity. A downward trend in Hispanic support for Biden has been ongoing for months.

If you are skeptical of claims that an ascendant ruling class has been hard at work transforming the country into a single-party surveillance state in which only approved speech is permitted, your doubts should be allayed by the hysteria that greeted Elon Musk’s offer to buy Twitter. His proposal to pay $54.20 per share — 38 percent higher than its closing price on April 1 — was eminently fair. Yet it has been portrayed by our self-appointed patriciate as a dangerous power play by a sinister plutocrat with fell designs on democracy.

We’ve been covering the continuing drama of Elon Musk’s effort to buy Twitter. Where we last left you in the saga was that the Twitter board announced that it was going to adopt a “poison pill” defense – a move trying to prevent him from acquiring more than 15 percent of the company. It’s designed to make the acquisition less attractive. Now, the problem with this move is that it’s denying the shareholders the gain they would have made from the sale, so is detrimental to their interests. Musk was offering to buy for a share price much higher than what the shares were currently priced.

New York magazine recently exposed BLM’s October 2020 purchase of a $5.8 million Studio City, Calif., mansion, reporting that Cullors rapidly denounced as a “racist and sexist” attack because . . . well, as best we can tell,

Do a president’s words count, or not? If a president keeps making declarations that bear no relationship whatsoever to actual administration policy, he is at best irrelevant. But President Biden’s many verbal slip-ups and ad-libs can be expected to enrage Vladimir Putin and make him redouble his efforts when the United States should be exerting effort in the other direction, to encourage Putin to de-escalate.We’ve just learned that when President Biden called Vladimir Putin’s acts “genocide” the remark didn’t really count, any more than it counted when Biden called Putin “a war criminal,” (never mind, said his staff).

A little over a decade ago, two researchers at Wharton published a paper showing that, despite women’s increasing work and educational opportunities, their self-reported happiness was in steady decline. Back in 1970, women were on average happier than men; they are now less happy than men. Broadly, since 1970, everyone has gotten more miserable. But the decline in women’s overall happiness has outpaced men’s, and the happiness curve inverted sometime in the early 1990s. The paper also documents increasing anxiety and neuroticism, as well as decreasing social cohesion among women.

Shares of Netflix plunged 37% Wednesday morning after the streamer reported earnings Tuesday evening that showed it lost subscribers for the first time in more than ten years. The results and weak outlook led to a wave of downgrades from Wall Street over fears of the company's long-term growth potential. Netflix said several headwinds are impacting growth, including competition and the easing pandemic restrictions. The company had been significantly boosted by coronavirus stay-at-home orders, as more people sought out digital entertainment. But people spent less time on digital platforms as vaccines rolled out and mandates eased. Slower household broadband growth also played a role in the company's weak forecast.

President Joe Biden has reportedly told former President Barack Obama that he intends to run for re-election in 2024. He wanted to be president for decades, so his desire to keep the Oval Office is unsurprising. But the case for a second term is quite weak — and voters know it even if Democrats in dreamland don’t.Inflation is at its worst in 40 years, erasing wage growth. Crime is surging in many major cities. Employers are struggling with labor shortages. Illegal immigration could top 2 million encounters this year, amid a border crisis that has been spiraling out of control since virtually the moment Biden took office.
