He didn't get paid for it three years ago, and let his political status dictate what he was saying. Today, he sees a big payday for defending a no account thug.

As we have reported numerous times in the past, psychedelic mushrooms are becoming increasingly popular in the US as a possible treatment for psychiatric disorders, with their main active ingredient, psilocybin, moving from the fringes of medicine, to become increasingly mainstream. Roland Griffiths, a professor who studies the neuropsychopharmacology of consciousness at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, received approval in 2000 to carry out the first experiments on psilocybin since the 1960s. He found in a survey of early study participants that more than half regarded it as one of the most meaningful experiences of their life. “The mystical experience

When I was a teenager, the cool kids smoked cigarettes. Today they cut off their weiners. A mom writing for Substack’s “Parents with Inconvenient Truths about Trans” is claiming that her kid went full trans-tard after going to a new, woke, trans-happy school. She starts her article with this: “My teenage daughter has decided that she is “trans”. So have all her friends. Not some of them. Not most of them. Every. Single. One.” The anonymous mother also states that her daughter showed no signs of gender dysphoria and had never heard the word “transgender” before enrolling at her new school. That’s where she met a group of nerdy, artsy kids.

This April 17 ABC News photo of a man petting a frightened dog with its paws wrapped around his leg beside the ruins of a home damaged by strikes amid Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine, speaks ever so loudly of the tragedy of war. Left in the rubble of what was once its home, was the poor little dog frightened and confused? Indeed, the photo is heart-wrenching to see. Wars—no matter where they happen—always claim the lives of innocent victims on both warring sides. Yet we have countless arm chair critics from thousands of miles away virtue signalling in claiming to “stand with Ukraine” and purveyors of propaganda dominating the headlines
The Democrat Plan to Stop Joe Biden 4 replies

The Democrat Party is much more worried about stopping Joe Biden than whatever Republican he might end up facing in 2024. Everyone expects Biden not to run, but no one told him that. Biden keeps talking about running again and it’s not a joke. After spending two generations clawing his way to power, the guy who would have been one of the youngest presidents when he first tried to make a dash at the big job, is not about to just walk away whistling to Delaware. The Democrats have become a gerontocracy of dementia patients with the party trying to push Senator Dianne Feinstein, 88 years old, and Rep. David Scott, 76,

Politico has to let us know that they (at Politico) recognize the politics of the situation, of course, but that they have no doubt about the wisdom of the absurd regime we lived under until late yesterday afternoon. To this point, Joe Biden has danced around the idea of running for a second term. His handlers have indicated that he plans to while leaving the door open for other circumstances to arise. When the president himself has spoken on it, he’s been even vaguer, mentioning his health and suggesting that Donald Trump possibly running again would be a deciding factor. A firm commitment has been largely elusive. According to The Hill, though, Biden has committed to staying in the game. The president made those comments to Barack Obama during the latter’s recent White House comeback tour. "President Biden has told former President Obama that he is planning to run

The review is part of Disney’s “Stories Matter” initiative, a wide-ranging effort to bring more inclusion into the Disney-sphere. From the project’s website: As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are in the process of reviewing our library and adding advisories to content that includes negative depictions or mistreatment of people or cultures. We all get that political strategists like to cheerlead for their party. Some might even say that it’s their job. I, however, think that a good strategist is willing to see and speak the truth. If their party is failing, they aren’t doing anyone any favors by pretending things are going well. Which brings me to Democratic strategist Donna Brazile, who appeared on ABC’s This Week on Sunday and gave the most laughable assessment of the upcoming midterms I’ve seen. According to Brazile, the GOP is “essentially running on fumes” from allegations of voter fraud in 2020, while Democrats “are running on the economy that’s roaring back” and “fighting inflation.”

The world leaders are acting like trapped men. Vladimir Putin, having begun what many would consider an ill-conceived invasion of neighboring Ukraine, is speeding down a road he probably realizes ends in disaster. Yet he cannot stop or exit on terms consistent with the basis of his power because any deals with Kyiv, except accepting its surrender, would be a sign of weakness. Since Russia lacks the material strength to compel submission, the only alternatives are to keep pulling the same ineffective levers harder, whatever the cost. The casualties mount even at the center. Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu, already rumored to be in disgrace, has allegedly suffered a

Local outlet NBC 10 reported Tuesday that two state Senators have removed their names from the bill, Bill S.2552. NBC 10 noted that those who violate the proposed mandate would “face a civil penalty of $50 and shall owe twice the amount of personal income taxes.” Employers would be responsible to enforce the mandate and require vaccine proof from employees or face a $5,000 fine for each worker who is unvaccinated.
