President Biden’s climate envoy, John Kerry, says he’s putting the natural gas industry “on notice,” suggesting it has a decade at most to solve for the emissions that are driving Earth’s temperature dangerously higher. (Snip) “We have to put the industry on notice: You’ve got six years, eight years, no more than 10 years or so, within which you’ve got to come up with a means by which you’re going to capture, and if you’re not capturing, then we have to deploy alternative sources of energy,” the one-time presidential candidate said. How about this, Lurch? You've got 8 to 10 years to prove any causative relationship between natgas emissions and rising global temps. Hint: the earth has been warming for the last 14,000 years, and has been through at least several dozen ice ages (followed by warm periods).

What a dolt! It is because of and thanks to increased clean-burning natural gas that our emissions have been falling for the past 10 years. The US has had a larger decrease in emissions than any other country in the last decade.
