Edward Martin said. Capt. Martin, who is also an executive board member of the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas, said he’s been following this issue for years. “These people have direct access to the Texas DMV e-licensing system. It’s the same tag. It’s just issued illegally,” Capt. Martin.

An altercation happened at a rally-justice walk for Jim Rogers in Wilkinsburg.
Protesters have told KDKA that Jim Rogers’ niece, Diamond, was speaking at the rally and that’s when they said police officers told them to disperse and get out of the street.
Diamond said no and that’s when protesters allege that police responded with “violence” and arrested two people.

The free health care program was approved by lawmakers in Spring 2021. It is an expansion of Illinois' program to provide health benefits for immigrant seniors.
