A former FBI agent who was tapped to help investigate Missouri’s governor pleaded guilty on March 23 to tampering with evidence, deciding not to go to trial on seven counts. William Don Tisaby, 69, now a private investigator, was hired by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner to help probe Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens over an alleged invasion of privacy. Greitens resigned in 2018 after the investigation was opened. Tisaby was indicted on seven felonies, including perjury and evidence tampering, in 2019. Tisaby acknowledged in the plea deal that he said in a deposition that certain documents did not exist when, in fact, they did, Robert Russell, the special prosecutor in the case,

Comments:

Tisby another blight on the AA community.

Greitens was too conservative, so they railroaded him. They tried the same with Trump.

He was indicted on seven felonies but due to melanin and FBI connections, he skates off with zero prison time. It could have happened in pretty much any state too. To add further insult, this ended it and the law and order politicians will let it pass with no fight back.

FBI crimes help prosecutors do their politically corrupt persecutions, and then the prosecutors protect the criminal FBI agents from serious consequences. Back scratching. And both sides are fundamentally corrupt, NOT 'fighting crime' but creating crimes for political benefit.

After Stzock and Page and Comey and the 7th Floor HQ shenanigans, FBI corruption. No, tell me it aint so. This is not your old fashioned FBI, this is the new and politicized FBI. They no longer just investigate crime, they participate in crime.

Eric Greitens was a guest of Marc Cox on 97.1 FM this morning. He is one of six running for a senate seat. He says ex-wife is still after him, that their children's visitation program has been in effect for over 2 years. He says she is working with politicos maybe in DC and that it all will come out. Posters on the facebook page were mixed between being supportive and saying he should get out of the race. Greitens says his polling says he will win. I will vote for him. He was railroaded big time by Soros Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner. She has a date with a judge in a couple of weeks and hopefully will lose her law license. Democrats take care of their own. Tisaby's sentence was reduced to almost nothing.

Joe Biden’s recent Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, whom the president has admitted was nominated in part because she is a woman, stunned listeners on Tuesday when she refused to give a definition of what a woman is. “I can’t. … I’m not a biologist,” Jackson said after Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn asked her to provide a definition of the word “woman.” But for not knowing what a “woman” is, Jackson loves to use the word. Here are 14 times she invokes the fairer sex in just the first two days of her confirmation hearings, plus 34 times she’s used the word in her legal opinions as a judge

As some people have now been vaccinated for more than half a year, evidence is pouring in about Covid vaccine efficacy. When evaluating vaccine efficacy, it is important to distinguish between efficacy against infection, symptomatic disease, and transmission versus efficacy against hospitalization and death. For infection and symptomatic disease, the COVID-19 vaccines are not as efficacious as hoped, (snip) Here I summarize studies and reports that shed light on vaccine induced immunity against Covid. They highlight the problems with vaccine mandates that are currently threatening the jobs of millions of people. They also raise doubts about the arguments for vaccinating children.

Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), the top Republican on the judiciary panel, made clear during the first day of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing, private citizens aren’t alone in having trouble getting government agencies to produce copies of official documents the FOIA requires to be made public.

Again, it must consistently be repeated – trust nothing from western or Russian state media about the issues in the Ukraine conflict. Everyone is shaping the war narrative to fit their agenda. Question everything you see and hear, wait to get the fulsome picture, and eventually the truth will surface. Now they have been caught admitting to such nefariousness. Apparently, they still are exuberant about their slick shamelessness and simply can’t keep quiet. Wang Shujun, 73, of Queens, was one of five defendants charged in separate cases unsealed on March 16, that federal prosecutors said were part of the communist regime’s broader campaign to harass, intimidate, and spy on overseas Chinese dissidents. Two of the defendants, including Wang, allegedly worked for the Ministry of State Security (MSS), the Chinese regime’s top intelligence agency. In recent years, individuals associated with the agency, including hackers, spies, and company insiders, have been exposed by U.S. authorities for espionage activities.
