New Yorkers working in Manhattan are so fed up with rampant crime that 40 percent said they want to leave the Empire State—with more than eight of ten people saying the Big Apple has gone to hell, according to a recent poll. The Morning Consult poll, conducted for Partnership for New York, surveyed 9,386 adults working in New York City from February 17 to March 11, with many voicing their frustration over the soaring crime and homelessness that has gripped the streets and subways.(Snip)Overall, 84 percent of respondents said conditions in the city have gotten worse over the past two years, with more than half agreeing

Comments:

In their stupid arrogance the only voting booth lever they will see in their new locations will have a "D" on it, and they'll immediately start complaining about how things were done back in Noo Yawk and demanding more government services. I'd wall the place off and make them stay, present company excluded, of course.

Isn't 84% of NYC voters the same amount that vote for brain-dead and extremely evil Demon-Rats (like AOC) in every election?!?!?!? Sorry, but I don't even feel anything but utter scorn for the lot of them. They voted over and over again for exactly what they are getting. If they weren't such brain-dead and close-minded idiots, they would have listened to the conservatives that warned them what was coming!!!

But I saw the writing on the walls. GIULIANI made NYC livable and made New Yorkers feel safe. SAFE NO MORE, NYC, YOU nave created your open toxic stew … now you can EAT IT.

New Yorkers need to go to Washington state or California just to decompress from the stress of living on the east coast. Earthquakes are a lot easier to deal with than Nor'easters and other damnyankee problems. After a few years of CA and WA taxes and restrictions, the New Yorkers will be more grateful to move to the flyover cities they so hate, despise and dismiss.

DW626's earlier post titled, "The Hostile Takeover of the Republican Party Will Continue" by J.B. Shurk of American Thinker, gets to the point - the uniparty must be beaten. If the NY'ers or anybody from a blue state wants to live here and they share this common objective, great, come on over. A unified America can defeat and eliminate the uniparty. Fat chance? Maybe. But this Republic has seen worse times in its short history. Just suppose we clean up our act here and get this Constitutional experiment back on track.

This report is in line with the recent survey that almost 75% of demosluts would leave rather than fight if this country were invaded. They'll fight as long as there is no opposition which became evident in the summer of 2020. So rather than change their minds and vote differently, they run away to poison another state and turn it into another hell hole like the one they left.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Sunday that the United States is not looking for 'regime change' in Moscow or anywhere else in the world after President Joe Biden said Vladimir Putin 'cannot remain in power.' Biden went directly after the Russian autocrat in an emotional speech on Saturday, warning if Putin's ambitions went unchecked it could lead to decades of war in Europe. Speaking to reporters in Jerusalem the next day, Blinken explained that his boss was likely referring to Putin's influence outside of his country—including Moscow's bloody and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine which has now spanned over a month. US President Joe Biden has visited the European continent in recent days to attend, among other things, a NATO and European Summit. Biden flew to Poland after talking about the war in Ukraine in Brussels to visit US troops stationed in Rzeszów. The president joined the soldiers at the table for a bite to eat, but the pizza he was served was just a little too spicy or Biden took a bigger bite than he can afford. Joe Biden’s call-to-arms speech in Poland was long on soaring rhetoric about the virtues of democracy but woefully short on what more the West will do to help Ukraine defeat the Russian invasion. But by the time he got to the finish, most of that was forgotten. What mattered most and what will be remembered for a long time was a single line the president of the United States said about the president of Russia: “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”(Snip)Maybe the idea just popped into Biden’s addled brain and he added it on the fly.

Fresh off her suspension from “The View” for saying “the Holocaust wasn’t racist,” Whoopi Goldberg is making headlines once again. The 66-year-old actress, known for her roles in the movies “Sister Act” and “Ghost,” is no stranger to making controversial statements. It was just last month that “The View” suspended her from the program for her widely panned comments claiming the Holocaust wasn’t about race. Now she’s on a tear about the British Royal Family, deploring their role in the country’s imperialist past and calling on them to apologize for what she perceives to be the British Empire’s historical sins.
