Vladimir Putin will edge closer to deploying a nuclear attack if Ukraine continues its valiant pushback against the invasion of Russian troops, a top US defense official warned. Lieutenant General Scott Berrier, director of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency detailed the grim concerns in a new 67-page summary of global threats on Thursday. It raises the specter of a possible nuclear attack on Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital which has so-far resisted Russian advances, and said a desperate Putin posed a threat to the whole world.

Previous to WW@ a group of pilots called the Flying Tigers volunteered to fly for China against the Japanese. They were well paid volunteers flying US Planes and they kept the US out of the conflict officially while helping China. Some volunteers today flying A-10's could put a hurt on Putin's mechanized armored vehicles.

#3 and #4 Hit the nail on the head. The same people who fear Putin feared the virus. And it's the same people who causes this same fear. Putin isn't taking over the Ukraine. He is destroying the BioLabs. Will any of you be surprised when you find out that this Cvirus was actually made in the Ukraine and transferred to China? Putin also is taking out the money laundering sites. Who laundered money. The Son of Biden was there. The Son of Pelosi was there. The Son of Romney was there. The Son of Kerry was there. Soros was there. The Clinton Foundation was there. And Putin is taking out the Trafficking sites. Putin cut off their money. (maybe that's why Biden wants to send all this money there) It's not for the people in the Ukraine, it's for the Deep State which is in the Ukraine. Putin isn't the bad guy.

#8, If Putin is not the bad guy, he’s certainly playing the part. Frankly, I don’t know who to believe but I believe he invaded Ukraine because he could. If he is exposing and eliminating the biolabs why didn’t he say so instead of telling us he was putting his old band back together? You very well may be right. I just don’t know. The only constant in my opinion is that we are at a deep disadvantage with Biden, his woke military and a deep state in which we have no idea where their loyalty lies. I do doubt it is with this country, however. War used to be cut and dried, good guys versus bad guys. Now, everyone is playing an angle and who knows who we can trust? The world has gone to hell in a handbasket since January 2021 primarily because of one man and his lawless party’s lust for power.

Re#8 Please explain how targeting hospitals, apartment buildings, theaters and schools addresses bio-labs which may or may not be working on weaponizing viruses? Putin may or may not have legitimate grievances. Regardless, his actions are excessive overkill. He can have legitimate grievances and still be a bad guy.

Good Guys? Bad Guys? Oh please, this isn't a Hollywood movie. It is not that simple. Putin is a vicious evil murderous thug but that doesn't mean Ukraine is all rainbows and light and innocence. Ukraine is a corrupt kleptocracy and the Bank of Family Biden. There is nothing good going on in Ukraine but Putin is not attacking because he's a Good Guy. This is a case of a Really Bad Guy attacking somewhat Lesser Bad Guys if you want the simplistic Hollywood version. Let them fight it out. Sell weapons to Ukraine so they can beat each other down. No American blood or treasure. Let Xi get a good idea of what he's in for vs American weapons if he attacks any of our actual allies, which Ukraine is not.

Russia is improving its weaponry? Certainly, the USA doesn't do any of that. Those defense-oriented manufacturers are standing idly by in the USA. So are those generals who mucked around in Afghanistan and still in Iraq. And life in Mons, Belgium, is tough posting for any American soldier. Rip van America needs to wake up to the real world around him.

Maybe instead of treating Ukraine like their personal cash machine, the Swamp should have been dealing with this issue head on and straight forward. But that would mean they put America first before their personal interests like money. The Swamp built Ukraine, and Putin has just been keeping his promise. What promise was that you say? No NATO nations on his doorstep, and that if Western influences got too pervasive in Russian neighbors, he would clean it out. Well Putin is cleaning it all out, from the bioweapons labs our Pentagon has been funding, to all the other corrupted things we put into Ukraine. Putin might be KGB, but he has the virtue of he puts Russia first. Our Swamp might take a few lessons from him. Oh and as to those bombings? Chances are real good that Putin was cleaning out all the munitions that the Idiot Zelensky put into civilian soft target areas. Like a maternity hospital, apartment complexes, schools and so on. This is on Zelensky and our own Swamp. Not Putin. Anybody who thinks Putin is a war criminal, needs to examine why they are okay with all the corruption and graft in our Swamp from Clinton to Biden along with members of congress and why the media is all fired up about protecting that corruption. Trump is the only president to not have gotten into either a threat of war or an actual war.

#9, he did say why he invaded and that what he destroyed were those biolabs that the Pentagon has been funding. The media felt free to ignore Putin's statement to the world because they were still orgasmic over Zelensky's little speech to congress. The reality and truth IS out there for all to see. Putin isn't the monster here. The Swamp and their minion puppet Zelensky are the monsters.

Our most recent nuclear weapon design is from 1987. The others in inventory are from 1981, 1979, and 1963. All have had several upgrades in electronics, but are still old weapons. Our nuclear ICBM missiles are the Minuteman in land silos and the Trident, on subs. The Minuteman first entered service in the early 60s. The Trident was first deployed in the late 70s, and both have been through numerous upgrades. We used to have missile silos all over the upper midwest, but they removed except for the ones in Montana, N.D and Wyoming. The ones that I used to fly over in Missouri are long gone. In the last decade the Russians have developed several brand new designs of land mobile ICBM launcher systems which can be moved daily if they desire, we have only fixed silos and our ever shrinking number of submarines. And the sub launched Trident missile has the capability to carry 12 warheads per missile, and target each of them at different targets. However, we have reduced that to some number around two to four, which is not publicly reported, because of a treaty - which has likely been abrogated by Russia. They stopped our on site inspection years ago. So instead of 24 missiles with 12 warheads each, and 18 subs, equaling 5184 warheads on subs, and typically half of those deployed at sea at any one time, we have 4 of the subs disarmed of nuke capability, so only 14 subs, each with 20 tubes, four tubes in each being permanently disabled, and the missiles "DeMIRVed" to perhaps two or three warheads each, so now we have about 560 - 840 total sub warheads, with about half of those deployed at any one time. There is some question if the subs are always even fully armed when they deploy, but that is classified. We have greatly reduced our capability, and ALL our nuclear ICBM and gravity bomb equipment is at least half a century old, some are even older. Congress refuses to fund new designs for warheads or clean sheet of paper design launch vehicles.

While Ukraine has not been the cakewalk he expected, Putin is nowhere near "getting his ass kicked". Even at the rate things are going Ukraine will fall in the next two months without the need to resort to nuclear weapons.
