News during any war always follows a simple pattern. Nothing is what it seems. Nothing published is the truth. The truth is always something else and it will likely never be spoken. During peacetime it is the same.

I am not sure why we care about these "human interest" stories. Here is what it comes down to: the invasion of Ukraine by Russia is a bad thing, the fall of the Ukraine to Russia would make that worse. That does not mean that the Ukrainian government are good guys, merely that their success in defending the country is a better outcome than their failure. Is the war in Ukraine being used as a distraction by the Democrats? Yes, and Sundance is contributing to that distraction by publishing stories such as this one.

There are no good guys here. Who's lying? They are all lying. They are all trying to claim the moral high ground here. Don't let them. They don't deserve it. It's not just Ukraine. The same thing is going on with regard to Climate Change and Social Justice. These jerks claim the moral high ground to justify all the damage they are inflicting on society. The people doing this think they are justified. They are not, and they know it.

FTA: From the Comments: "Putin is the white hat in this one. I’m backing Putin 100% with my prayers and my pleading the Blood of Christ Jesus over him and his mission." "God bless Putin and his forces to rescue trafficked humans, capture the bioterrorist/scientists and destroy every last ion of bioweapons they have ready to destroy all of mankind." "Putin is an amazing warrior and he is kicking butt and with minimal casualties. I only know of 7 truly reported dead in the entire battle so far. And Putin, I truly believe, grieves each one." I'm not aligning myself with CTH if Sundance or his faithful believe Putin is a white hat. Are we to believe that Ukraine, has not been invaded by Russian forces or that Ukrainians are not being killed and their cities destroyed? Seven "truly reported dead is believable?" How is "truly reported" determined? Everything appears entirely subjective, including the opinions of CTH. Propaganda abounds in all wars, no doubt. That normal Americans would think that Russia is forthright and not a world-class purveyor of propaganda is hideous. Is the Ukrainian president more of a liar than the current American president and his progressive minions running our government?

The big picture remains the big picture. Russian forces are stalled outside of Kiev. Ukraine resistance and resolve remains firm. Because they cannot advance into the city Russian strategy is to bombard it into submission and to that end they are attacking civilian apartment blocks. The Russians cannot advance and they dare not retreat. In all likelihood their logistical tail cannot support the tip of the spear. They probably should have left half that firepower back in Russia and brought more trucks instead.

CTH moved their website to a new host not that long ago to be able to allow all opinions to be aired, within the set guidelines Sundance laid out. Who wears the white hat? I don't know; don't care. All I am conserned with is that the US Government, the UNIPARTY crowd, doesn't start shedding American blood in Ukraine. The US has no vital national interest there. Western Europeans do - and if they want to shed the blood of their youth without trying to invoke NATO to involve the US, they can have at it. Bring home the 101st, and all other US troops garrisoned in Europe. We've got our own democracy to defend.

It seems irrelevant to me. Zelensky went to visit a hospital. Fortunately he is not such a dope as to send out the video the same day it happens - being as the Russian Federation wants to put a bag over his head, kidnap and disappear him. The issue here is not what kind of videos the Government of Ukraine puts out. The issue here is an attack on the innocent. The issue here is not Democrats, not Alexandra Chapala, not Victoria Nuland, not Soros, not Biden. The issue is that innocent people are under attack, and too many people think the bigger context is their pre-existing partisan positions for which everything that happens is adornment or challenge.

I have a friend who follows at least a small part of the logic that Sundance posts here. Putin is a white hat, working (with Trump) to eradicate neo-Nazis, child traffickers, and bioweapons in Ukraine. She goes further, saying that the Putin we see is not the bad Putin but a devout Christian duplicate who is trying to save Ukraine, not destroy it. I get links from her daily, trying to convince me that we need to back Putin, not criticize him. I back the people of Ukraine and the mothers of the young Russian soldiers sent to fight them. I give credit to Zelensky for rallying his people, not backing down, and for not leaving his people when offered the choice. The entire thing is very sad and I worry for America knowing that the person at the helm of our ship is FJB. Since the COVID debacle I have difficulty believing anything that I can't actually witness. That's scary.

From where I sit, we appear to be on the threshold of yet another propaganda about-face. The Ukraine “war” is increasingly looking like it was all about Russia having found a moment when the NATO-associated World Economic Foundation client states were distracted by other matters, and then seizing the opportunity to put a halt to the gradual assimilation of Ukraine into the NATO alliance.
