Disney workers are planning walkouts during their breaks every day this week to protest CEO Bob Chapek's 'slow response' in publicly criticizing Florida legislation that critics have dubbed the 'Don't Say Gay' bill. The act of protest will culminate next Tuesday with a larger walkout by LGBTQ workers and their supporters at Disney worksites in California, Florida and elsewhere, the group of Disney employees said this week on their website. Organizers asked Disney workers to respond online whether or not they were planning to participate in the full-scale walkout next week.(Snip)Statements by Disney leadership over the Florida legislation 'have utterly failed to match the magnitude of the threat

“It also requires districts to 'adopt procedures for notifying a student's parent if there is a change in the student's services or monitoring related to the student's mental, emotional, or physical health or well-being,' something LGBTQ advocates argue could lead to students being outed to their parents without the student's knowledge or consent”
OK - we’re talking about 5 to 9 year olds here. Why SHOULD’T their parents be notified? What 5, 6, 7 year old even thinks about sexual orientation, unless someone older has introduced the topic to them? Good grief, let children have their childhood unencumbered with sexual politics!

Good luck with driving your employer into bankruptcy or becoming America's gay/pedo resort. Either way, Disney gets what it deserves and they will not see any of my money.

Someone needs to tell these LGBTQRSTUVW'S that the people of Florida don't think that the topics prohibited in this law are appropriate for young children. More than enough time for this deviancy later in life. Leave the kids alone already.

Anyone besides a parent talking to ANY minor about gender, sexuality and the like is predatory sexual grooming. Plain and simple.
They should lose their jobs on the spot, do serious jail time where the inmate population will serve up swift hard justice, and then put on sex offender registration.
To do less is endangering the welfare of children.

One of the reasons I have gone to Disney properties only twice in my 65 years in due to their first allowing communism a hold in their ranks and now LGBTQ. Walt wanted a family friendly business and you people have turned it into hell. You can't make anything these days without appealing to pedophiles and depraved people who hate traditional families - which still make up 80% of successful civilization.
you will eventually offend so many, you will fall. God save your souls.

I think DeSantis has already made it quite clear that Disney will have zero influence on legislation in Florida, and neither will the 5.5% of the population who claim to be gay. So Disney can pander to this group with as many millions as they wish. This law has overwhelming support by Florida voters and there’s nothing else Disney can offer.

Read the text of the law and SHOW me where the threat to LGBTQ community and children is. Is the threat that they will no longer be able to indoctrinate K-3 students? Is the threat that their activism in schools is being called out and they may be held responsible for any unwanted advances on children? I wonder what run of the mill, everyday gay people, the non activist kind of gay people, who just live their lives, and do not push any agenda, think about these loud mouthed activists who make all gay people look like subversive child molesting pedophiles whose main focus in life is who they get to have sex with and to make sure that everyone knows that they are GAY GAY GAY and that is all they are.

About 20 years ago, we took our kids to Disney Land one year, and Disney World the next year. They really were fun and exciting places, and we all had so much fun.
But I guarantee that we saw none of the sodomite culture that seems to permeate Disney these days.
You couldn't pay me to go back there now. Lie-berals and homosexuals destroy everything they touch!!!

Fire them. A work place is not an employee’s playground to be used for their own personal enjoyment. This bill has nothing to do with their work place. A work place is not to be used for expressing personal political opinions. It is time such employees stop thinking with their sex organs and start thinking with the head on their shoulders. The public schools in Florida are falling short of teaching what really matters. Schools are not meant to replace parents nor are they meant to be a place for brain washing social engineering agendas. At the age of the kids this bill is targeting, it’s the parent’s job to handle such topics as they see fit and not from a group of individuals that as a whole do not have children to raise and think they know what is best. It’s time schools are no longer thought of as a parent replacement or as a daycare center.

Disney already is so disgustingly gay, even around children, that I would not give them a penny. And yet, nothing short of Disney CEO Bob Chapek's resignation, and replacement by a homosexual or better yet a transgender pedophile, will please this crowd, such is their tolerance for anyone not on the LGBTQPedo train.
